Abstract

One of form economic that develop in this modern era is MLM (Multi Level Marketing) business. One of MLM business that can interest Situbondo society is 4Jovem MLM. This business promise exciting rewads like money, HP, car, umroh, and others. Requirements about Islamic MLM contained in DSN MUI No. 75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009 as one of reference in determining the halal haram of MLM. This research have purpose to present practice 4Jovem MLM business completely and it’s analysis based on Fatwa MUI until the society can take a stand about this 4Jovem MLM. Based on analysis presented, it be concluded that the implementation of the 4Jovem MLM business in Situbondo especially, most of them is have been fulfilled provisions and applied the contract in Fatwa MUI about Syari’ah Direct Sales. However, in the fied practice, there are some 4Jovem practice that have not been fulfilled provisions of Fatwa MUI, that is advanced prerequirement in the Agya reward. For reach that agya car, must recruit of 700 point or members at right and 800 point or members at left. Not only this is gharar in marketing plan, but also 4Jovem practice is ighra’.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of a coaching module for supervisors of SMK in Situbondo Regency. This module developed from the school supervisor's workbook that was published by the development center of education personal of human resource development, education quality assurance the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia in 2015. The development was carried out on the discussion of SMK relation with business world and industry world. The development of this module is supplemented with supervision support instruments as a supervisory guide in conducted monitoring, evaluation of SMK activities program involving business world, and industry world. Product validation test of this research is conducted by material experts, linguists and supervisors as product users. The validation results of materials, experts and users if converted on a Likert scale, a scale of 5 indicates that were good qualification, achievement level (%) 75 - 89 revisions as necessary.

Abstract

Cash endowment has become one of the pivotal instruments in Indonesia's economic and social development. However, after the enactment of Wakaf (Islamic endowment) regulations in 2004, there are still several challenges in the country's optimal utilization of cash endowments. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the challenges, opportunities, and necessary steps to optimize the utilization of cash endowment in Indonesia after enacting the 2004 Wakaf regulations. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is employed to gather, evaluate, and synthesize various Indonesian cash endowment studies. The analysis reveals that despite challenges such as regulatory ambiguity, lack of public understanding, and administrative hurdles, there are significant opportunities for cash endowment development, including the growth of the Islamic finance sector and increasing government support. Strategic steps such as enhancing public education, regulatory improvements, and collaboration among stakeholders are required to capitalize on these opportunities optimally. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of cash endowment dynamics in Indonesia and guides policymakers, practitioners, and academics in promoting sustainable and inclusive cash endowment development in the future.

Abstract

Konseling realitas merupakan pendekatan konseling yang berfokus pada masa kini dan masa akan datang, serta bertujuan untuk membantu konseli menghadapi kenyataan dan memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya. Konseling realitas didasarkan pada teori pilihan, yang menjelaskan bahwa manusia berfungsi secara individu dan sosial dengan pilihan perilaku yang bertanggung jawab. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan sikap santri yang kurang percaya diri menjadi lebih positif dan sesuai dengan kadarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan (action research) dengan dua siklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Pada setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi hasil dan refleksi sebagai bahan perenungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konseling realitas dengan tahapan WDEP terbukti dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri bagi konseli untuk semangat dalam belajar.
