Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of a coaching module for supervisors of SMK in Situbondo Regency. This module developed from the school supervisor's workbook that was published by the development center of education personal of human resource development, education quality assurance the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia in 2015. The development was carried out on the discussion of SMK relation with business world and industry world. The development of this module is supplemented with supervision support instruments as a supervisory guide in conducted monitoring, evaluation of SMK activities program involving business world, and industry world. Product validation test of this research is conducted by material experts, linguists and supervisors as product users. The validation results of materials, experts and users if converted on a Likert scale, a scale of 5 indicates that were good qualification, achievement level (%) 75 - 89 revisions as necessary.

Abstract

Konseling realitas merupakan pendekatan konseling yang berfokus pada masa kini dan masa akan datang, serta bertujuan untuk membantu konseli menghadapi kenyataan dan memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya. Konseling realitas didasarkan pada teori pilihan, yang menjelaskan bahwa manusia berfungsi secara individu dan sosial dengan pilihan perilaku yang bertanggung jawab. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan sikap santri yang kurang percaya diri menjadi lebih positif dan sesuai dengan kadarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan (action research) dengan dua siklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Pada setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi hasil dan refleksi sebagai bahan perenungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konseling realitas dengan tahapan WDEP terbukti dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri bagi konseli untuk semangat dalam belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the development of fiqh education at Ma'had Aly Situbondo, an Islamic boarding school that integrates a multi-madhhab approach with democratic pedagogy and multicultural education. This study aims to identify how the multi-madhhab curriculum and democratic learning methods improve students' fiqh competence and intercultural skills. This approach focuses on more inclusive and adaptive learning, in line with the needs of contemporary multicultural societies. The methodology used is a mixed methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques. The main data sources are curriculum documentation, interviews with educators, administrators, and students, as well as participatory observation at Ma'had Aly Situbondo. The research population involves Ma'had Aly Situbondo students with a purposively selected sample. Qualitative data analysis techniques used thematic analysis, while quantitative data were analysed using descriptive statistics and paired sample t-tests to measure changes in student competence before and after participating in the multi-madhhab curriculum programme. The findings show a significant increase in fiqh understanding, fiqh application skills, and student confidence in making decisions based on a multi-madhhab perspective.

Abstract

Professional zakat is a contemporary issue in Islamic law that has emerged alongside changes in the modern economic structure, particularly the dominance of the service sector and bureaucracy. In Indonesia, professional zakat is not only developed through fiqh discourse. Still, it is also institutionalized through public policies, such as the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara Number 15 of 2016 concerning the management of professional zakat for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This article aims to analyze these policies from the perspective of fiqh and fiqh proposals, with an emphasis on the validity of the Qiyās method and the application of the structure of ḥukm waḍ'ī zakat. This study employs a juridical-normative approach, analyzing classical and contemporary fiqh literature. The results of the survey show that professional zakat is a matter of ijtihadiyyah, disputed among scholars, and its determination as an administrative obligation through regional regulations may raise methodological concerns, particularly regarding qiyās Ma'a Al-Fāriq and the neglect of zakat conditions and barriers. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate the professional zakat policy to align more closely with the principles of Islamic law.

Abstract

Pernikahan merupakan bersatunya dua karakter yang berbeda dan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis calon pengantin. Bimbingan pranikah menjadi salah satu layanan yang digunakan untuk membantu calon pengantin menumbuhkan kesiapan mental sebelum memasuki pernikahan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bimbingan pranikah dalam menumbuhkan kesiapan mental calon pengantin di KUA Kecamatan Cikarang Barat Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses bimbingan pranikah di diawali dengan melakukan pendaftaran oleh calon pengantin yang dilanjutkan adanya undangan dari pihak KUA kepada calon pengantin untuk mengikuti bimbingan pranikah. Metode bimbingan pranikah yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga, yakni ceramah, tanya jawab, dan diskusi. Materi bimbingan pranikah, yakni undang-undang pernikahan, psikologi pernikahan, kehidupan berkeluarga, pembinaan keluarga, dan kesehatan keluarga.
