Abstract

Ide pembaharuan kurikulum Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia menurut Azyumardi Azra perlu melihat dari input-output dunia pendidikan islam. Input dari masyarakat ke dalam sistem pendidikan yang terdiri dari idiologis-normatif, mobilisasi politik, mobilisasi ekonomi, mobilisasi sosial, dan mobilisasi kultural. Kesemuanya ini merupakan sistem pendidikan yang pokok atau bisa disebut konvensional. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitan kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan metode dan pendekatan kualitatif-diskriptif; menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi; dan menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) sebagai pisau analisis berbagai data yang dieksplorasi dari berbagai karya Azyumardi Azra yang kemudian dirangkai dalam berbagai narasi yang sistematis. Walhasil Tawaran gagasan modernisasi Kurikulm pendidikan Islam Azyumardi Azra lebih banyak terfokus di pendidikan Tinggi Islam, khususnya IAIN dan UIN yang dirumuskan dalam empat langkah fundamental, yakni(1) reformulasi tujuan perguruan tinggi, (2) restrukturisasi kurikulum, (3) simplifikasi beban belajar, (4) dekompartementalisasi. Sehingga pendekatan dalam pembaharuan kurikulum, maka kurikulum yang diimplementasikan adalah tidak lagi diarahkan pada subject matter melainkan kepada child oriented dan keadaan sosial yang dikembangkan dalam kerangka integrasi ilmu agama dengan ilmu umum, sains, dan teknologi.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of pesantren, Indonesia's oldest Islamic educational institution, on practicing environmental education based on Islamic values. This study adopts the method of library research, in which it uses secondary data from scientific books, journal articles, research reports, official documents, and Islamic texts. Three main aspects of the analysis include the theological basis of environmental responsibility in the Qur'an, the global and local context of environmental education, and pesantren education in terms of structure and culture. Khalifah, Mizan, and Hifdz al-bah are considered sustainable, ethical frameworks. The findings revealed that pesantren encountered major challenges in combining modern environmental education but possess special strengths like solid moral principles, local values, and close relationships between teachers and students. These include the constraints of the curriculum, the lack of resources, and teachers not being trained for this type of interdisciplinary and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) methodologies. Notwithstanding these barriers, pesantren can adapt traditional religious teaching to meet contemporary sustainability demands through curriculum reform, community-based initiatives, and partnerships with external funders. The model developed in this study shows that pesantren can be a transformative institution to promote sustainability with a potent amalgamation of Islamic ethical values and modern forms of education. This may lead to a transformative education approach for sustainability from pesantren. The new model underscores systematic curriculum development, teacher capacity-building, and external partners that can help support resource provision. As moral and educational forces in society, pesantren are expected to play important roles in local and global sustainability, shouting to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in quality education and climate action.

Abstract

Pendidikan sufi ini menjadi sangat penting dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh individu dan masyarakat. Karakter moral masyarakat yang lemah perlu dikembangkan lebih jauh melalui berbagai cara yaitu pendidikan sufi secara vertikal adalah moral dan penyembahan kepada Allah, dan secara horizontal merupakan moral yang baik bagi sesama makhluk. Beberapa contoh hal yang dapat meningkatkan tingkat moral dan karakter adalah; Pertama, pendidikan awal dalam keluarga menanamkan karakter sejak dini oleh orang tua dan lingkungan sekitar seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, keberanian, sopan santun, rendah hati, murah hati dan sebagainya. Kedua, mengadakan kegiatan spiritual seperti pembacaan rutin, Kelahiran Nabi, habituasi zikir / wird setelah sholat. Ketiga, mengadakan pelatihan (Riyadlah) dalam bentuk munajat kepada Allah SWT. Murshid Tanbih TQN Suryalaya pada dasarnya menawarkan rangkaian solusi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang menekankan nilai-nilai penciptaan manusia yang sempurna. Abstrak This Sufi education becomes very important and much needed by individuals and society. The weak moral character of society is needs to be developed further through many ways which is Sufi education vertically is morals and worship Allah properly, and horizontally is a good moral to fellow beings. Some examples of things that can increase the level of moral and character is; First, the early education in families instill character early on by parents and the surrounding environment such as honesty, responsibility, courage, courtesy, humble, generous and so forth. Second, hold spiritual activities such as regular recitation, Birth of the Prophet, habituation zikir / wird after prayer. Third, hold trainings (Riyadlah) in the form of munajat to Allah SWT. Murshid Tanbih script TQN Suryalaya essentially offers a suite of solutions to realize education that emphasizes the values ​​of the creation of perfect man.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the researchers' interest in the management of kitab kuning reading acceleration program at the Maktuba Mambaul Ulum Islamic boarding school, East Bira. The management carried out resulted in something extraordinary, where students who were still on average 7-12 years old managed to take part in the acceleration program for mastering the kitab kuning and master a series of other Islamic disciplines in just 2 years. If we relate to psychological theories, this is certainly a remarkable thing, considering that at their age in general they still live in the world of playgroup and education in the family. However, this does not make the management carried out ineffective, in fact this institution is able to create a pleasant learning atmosphere, and the target of this program can be achieved properly. This study focuses on the implementation of the kitab kuning reading acceleration program and its management in the pesantren. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type is descriptive research. As in the qualitative approach in general, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is by reduction, display, and verification. The research results show; first, the implementation of the acceleration program is by grouping students into 5 to 10 small groups with direct guidance for 24 hours by a musyrif. The two managements of kuning kuning reading acceleration program at the pesantren were carried out effectively and very well through planning, organizing, directing, and supervising carried out by this institution.

Abstract

Abstract Perencanaan karir menjadi urgen diterapkan dalam rangka menyiapkan siswa menjalani dan menghadapi tangtangan kemajuan zaman yang saat ini sudah memasuki era society 5.0. Para siswa perlu diarahkan dan didorong agar mengenali, mengasah dan melatih potensi diri, minat dan bakat yang ada pada diri masing-masing individu siswa. Sebab pada era society 5.0 ini menjadi sia-sia membimbing siswa tampa disesuaikan dengan potensi diri, minat dan bakat mareka, sebab jika tidk akan cendrung ikut-ikutan dalam memilih jenis pekerjaan, terlebih di desa Pragaan Daya yang rata-rata memiliki kecendrungan memilih jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua maskipun pekerjaanya adalah mengemis. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan potensi diri, minat dan bakat siswa dan mengenalkan jenis karir yang sesuai minat dan bakat masing-masing individu. Metode pelaksanaan pendampingan meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil pendampingan perencanaan karir kepada siswa kelas akhir meliputi 1) siswa mengenali potensi diri, minat dan bakat yang tependam dalam diri masing-masing individu; 2) siswa melakukan upaya penguatan terhadap potensi diri, minat dan bakat yang mereka miliki; dan 3) siswa melatih dan mengasah potensi diri, minat dan bakat agar dapat merencanakan dan menetapkan jenis karir yang sesuai dengan minat potensi diri, dan bakat mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMPN 3 Pamekasan, especially in Islamic religious education. Qualitative approach. Case study type. Data were collected from the principal, curriculum vice principal, teachers, and students through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analysed with an interactive model and validated with various techniques. The results showed that the independent curriculum involves intracurricular, Pancasila learner profile strengthening projects, and extracurricular. The independent curriculum provides flexible, creative, and meaningful learning experiences and maintains the Pancasila learner profile. The independent curriculum also provides opportunities for students to develop academic and non-academic potential. The independent curriculum in Islamic religious education includes subjects such as Al-Qur'an and Hadith, Aqidah, Akhlak, and Fiqh. Implementing an independent curriculum involves continuous planning, implementation, and evaluation. The independent curriculum positively impacts students, teachers and schools but also requires support, commitment and further research.

Abstract

Online gambling has emerged as a significant threat to youth in the digital era, particularly in regions with high internet penetration but low digital literacy. This community service program was conducted among the Salo’lo’ Youth Generation (Generasi Pemuda Salo’lo’/GPS) in Lawangan Daya Subdistrict, Pamekasan, aiming to enhance knowledge, digital skills, and critical awareness regarding the dangers of online gambling. The methods employed included interactive counseling sessions, group discussions, educational video screenings, digital literacy training, and simulations on identifying and reporting harmful content. Evaluation was carried out using pre- and post-tests as well as participant observation. The results revealed a substantial increase in participants’ understanding of various forms, patterns, and impacts of online gambling 90% of participants were able to identify types of digital gambling, 88% understood its psychological, social, and economic consequences, and 85% grasped its legal and religious implications. Participants' digital competence also improved, with 87% successfully distinguishing between legal and illegal sites and 82% capable of reporting harmful content through official channels. The active participation rate reached 92%, and the program produced additional outcomes, such as the formation of the Anti-Online Gambling Task Force (Kelompok Kerja Anti Judi Online/KKAJO) and the dissemination of digital campaign materials. These findings suggest that community-based educational approaches, reinforced by local cultural values, are effective in fostering youth resilience against the growing menace of online gambling.

Abstract

This study examines the humanistic and moderate-oriented model of classical fiqh learning in the M2KD Program at Pesantren Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Pamekasan. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Findings reveal four key points: (1) humanistic values emerge through egalitarian, dialogical, and reflective learning; (2) fiqh instruction applies an accelerative, multi-level strategy based on the zone of proximal development; (3) moderation is fostered through discursive methods emphasizing tasamuh, ta‘adul, and tawazun; and (4) M2KD integrates classical text mastery with inclusive character formation. This model balances tradition and contemporary relevance.

Abstract

Kesenjangan pemahaman keagamaan di tingkat komunitas akar rumput, khususnya dalam aspek fikih ibadah dan kewanitaan, masih menjadi tantangan serius dalam pemberdayaan perempuan Muslim. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman fikih ibadah dan kewanitaan ibu-ibu Muslimah di Desa Seddur, Kecamatan Pakong, Kabupaten Pamekasan melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Pendekatan ini memungkinkan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam seluruh proses mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga refleksi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pembinaan tematik, simulasi, diskusi kelompok, dan penyusunan modul kontekstual berbasis pengalaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta terkait thaharah, wudu, tayamum, salat, haid, nifas, dan istihadhah. Peserta tidak hanya mampu memahami teori, tetapi juga mempraktikkan ibadah secara tepat sesuai tuntunan fikih mazhab Syafi’i. Selain itu, pengabdian ini membentuk ruang belajar yang aman dan inklusif bagi perempuan, mengurangi kesenjangan literasi keagamaan, serta mendorong lahirnya komunitas pengajian kecil berbasis lokal. Evaluasi formatif dan sumatif menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rasa percaya diri peserta dalam menjalankan ibadah dan membimbing anggota keluarga. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif berbasis komunitas mampu menghadirkan solusi yang aplikatif, relevan, dan berkelanjutan dalam konteks pemberdayaan keagamaan perempuan di desa. Hasil ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan tantangan serupa sebagai model pengabdian yang transformatif.

Abstract

Moderate Islamic education with a tolerant curriculum amidst diversity is crucial in shaping a generation that not only understands religious teachings but also values social and cultural differences. In Indonesia, which is rich in pluralism, the development of an Islamic education curriculum that prioritizes moderation and tolerance is a key challenge in fostering social peace. This study aims to recommend a model for designing Islamic education curricula that instills values of moderation, interfaith tolerance, and respect for differences. The approach used in this study is qualitative, with a library research method, relying on the collection of relevant literature to explore the concepts and best practices in moderate curriculum design. The results of the study indicate that an Islamic education curriculum that emphasizes moderation and tolerance must integrate materials on religious pluralism, apply dialogical and collaborative teaching methods, and include assessments based on attitudes of tolerance toward differences. Additionally, the curriculum should prioritize teaching universal values such as peace, justice, and mutual respect. Collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and society is essential to realizing an adaptive, inclusive Islamic education curriculum that can create a more peaceful and harmonious society amidst diversity.
