Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan empati pada remaja sebagai upaya efektif mengatasi bullying. Menurut Muhrima menyatakan bahwa Empati merupakan kondisi emosi yang dimana seseorang dapat merasakan terhadap apa yang dialami orang lain layaknya dia mengalami hal tersebut, dan apa yang dirasakannya setara dengan perasaan dan situasi orang yang bersangkutan. Orang yang tidak memiliki empati cenderung tidak dapat memposisikan diri sebagai orang lain.  Individu yang berempati merupakan orang yang bersifat toleran, mampu merasakan yang dirasakan orang lain, dan dapat mengendalikan diri. Metode penelitian mengunakan studi literatur, dengan menganalisis 23 jurnal sebagai data primer. Analisis data dengan beberapa tahapan, tahap pertama menentukan tema, tahap kedua menyeleksi artikel jurnal yang relevan dengan tema dan sesuai dengan tenggat waktu 10-21 tahun terakhir, tahap ketiga proses review sebanyak 7 artikel jurnal, tahap keempat pengkategorisasian dan tahap kelima penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empati sangat berpengaruh terhadap komunikasi interpersonal, membangun hubungan baik, meningkatkan perilaku prososial seperti altruisme, dengan media seperti film yang juga dapat membantu meningkatkan empati.

Abstract

This research aims to look at multicultural values ​​in SKI learning books for class XI Madrasah Aliyah. This research method uses a qualitative approach with methods library research. The results of the research show that in the SKI Madrasah Aliyah learning book, there are multicultural educational values, consisting of tolerance values, democratic values, equality values ​​and justice values. It needs to be instilled in the younger generation so that they are able to internalize and apply multicultural values ​​in everyday life so as to avoid division, forming a character that accepts the diversity around them.  The multicultural education curriculum in the Islamic cultural history book at Madrasah Aliyah class The values ​​of multicultural education (tolerance, democracy, equality and justice) have been integrated into the History of Islamic Culture learning curriculum for class a larger multicultural and multireligious community that is consistent with the environment and serves as a role model for students.​​

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers' efforts in improving students' motivation and interest in learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SMPN 15 Bengkulu City. The research methods used were observation and interviews with PAI teachers and curriculum representatives. The results showed that teachers applied various techniques to improve students' motivation, such as effective classroom management, varied learning methods (lectures, discussions, interpretations, questions and answers, and study groups), and giving awards in the form of educational awards or punishments. In addition, the use of technology-based learning media, although limited, and the application of emotional approach strategies, also play a role in building students' enthusiasm for learning. External factors such as family background, social environment, and the influence of technological developments also influence students' interest in learning. To overcome these obstacles, teachers provide personal guidance, create a pleasant learning atmosphere, and involve students in religious activities at school, such as sholawatan, congregational dhuha prayers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of gamification as an innovative strategy to increase motivation to learn Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMP Negeri 15 Bengkulu City in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that PAI teachers successfully integrated gamification elements such as points, badges, leaderboards, and weekly challenges into their Lesson Plans (RPP). These elements were implemented through digital platforms such as Kahoot!, Quizizz, and ClassDojo, creating an interactive and collaborative learning environment. The implementation of gamification has been proven to increase students' intrinsic motivation through healthy competition, symbolic rewards, and a fun learning environment, while also being in line with the characteristics of the digital generation. However, obstacles remain, including limited infrastructure, unequal technological literacy, and inadequate assessment supervision. Therefore, support in the form of teacher training, provision of digital resources, and student mentoring is needed. These findings can serve as a reference for educators in designing more contextual and effective PAI learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada analisis pengaruh kreativitas dan inovasi dalam berusaha terhadap minat beli konsumen, dengan penerapan konsep Starling pada bisnis Kopi Pablo yang beroperasi di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposive, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 97 orang responden sebagai partisipan dalam studi ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda serta pengujian statistik seperti uji normalitas, uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa baik elemen kreativitas maupun inovasi usaha secara individual maupun kolektif berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan dalam memengaruhi minat beli konsumen. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh bentuk persamaan regresi linear sebagai berikut: Y = 4,186 + 0,363X1 + 0,446X2 + e. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,9% mengindikasikan bahwa hampir setengah variasi dalam minat beli konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa peningkatan kreativitas dan inovasi merupakan komponen strategis dalam menarik minat konsumen dan menjaga keberlangsungan usaha Kopi Pablo.
