Abstract

Boster vitaliquid memiliki kandungan vitamin A sebanyak 500.000 IU, vitamin D3 sebanyak 100.000 IU, vitamin K3 sebanyak 1.000 mg, vitamin E sebanyak 1.500 mg, vitamin B1 sebanyak 3.000 mg, vitamin sebanyak B2 2.000 mg, vitamin B6 sebanyak 3.000 mg, vitamin B12 sebanyak 1.500 mcg, vitamin C sebanyak 5.000 mg, Ca Panthothenate (vit. B5) sebanyak 2.000 mg, folic acid (Vit. B9) sebanyak 1.500 mg, biotin (Vit. B7) sebanyak 2.000 mcg, inositol sebanyak 1.000 mg, nicotinamide (Vit. B3) sebanyak 10.000 mg, choline chloride sebanyak 10.000 mg, L-Lysine sebanyak 5.000 mg, DL-Methionine sebanyk 5.000 mg, Excepient add 1 liter.

Abstract

The research was carried out for 3 months starting from April to July 2024, at two different locations, namely Motadikin waters and Kletek waters, Central Malaka District, Malacca Regency. The parameters observed in this study were growth in absolute weight, absolute length, survival and water quality. Comparison of the growth and survival of blood cockles can be seen that the highest growth in absolute weight and absolute length is found in Kletek waters and the lowest in Motadikin waters.

Abstract

The floating aquaponic system using different types of plants can be an environmentally friendly cultivation solution, easy to apply on a household scale and profitable. However, various types of plants in aquaponics have different nutrient absorption capacities that can affect the quality of fish meat. This research aimed to see the type of plant that is best at producing quality of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) meat produced from cultivation with a floating aquaponic system using different types of plants. The types of plants used included spinach (Ipomoea aquatica), pakcoy (Brassica rapa), lettuce (Lactuca sativa), and control (without plants), which were repeated three times. Experimental method is used in this research. The results showed that the best treatment was I. aquatica plant treatment which produced a dry weight of tilapia meat of 19.608%; protein of 61.575% DW (Dry Weight); fat of 3.586% DW and ash content of 8.239% DW. The results showed that using I. aquatica plants produced better meat quality than the other two plants. Compared to the control treatment, the difference was very significant. This method has the potential to be widely applied at the household scale in urban and semi-urban areas to get a source of nutritious animal protein and vegetables with minimal use of land, facilities and water.

Abstract

Bandeng fish (Chanos chanos) is a type of fish cultivated in brackish water. So that, with production centers in Bipolo Village, Kupang Regency. Moringa leaves are a material that can be used as raw material for artificial feed because it has a fairly complete nutritional content. The aim was to determine the growth and survival of milkfish (C. chanos) fed from moringa leaf meal (M. oleifera). The research was carried out for 2 months, taking place in Bipolo Village, Sulamu District, Kupang Regency. The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications so that 12 research units were tried: treatment A = feed without 0% moringa leaf powder formulation, B = feed with 2% moringa leaf powder formulation, C = feed with 4% moringa leaf powder formulation, D = feed with 8% moringa leaf powder formulation. The maintenance period lasts between 60 days and 15 days apart to obtain research data. Parameters observed were absolute weight growth, daily growth rate, absolute length growth and survival. The results showed that the artificial feeding of moringa leaf powder had no significant effect on absolute weight growth, daily growth rate and survival (P>0.05) meanwhile absolute length growth had a significant effect (P<0.05). The absolute length growth was in treatment D (8.05 cm) and the lowest in treatment A (6.06 cm).
