Abstract

This article discusses innovation in the implementation of Sharia-compliant sales contracts through a multidimensional approach: digital technology integration, practical efficiency analysis, and the application of sustainability principles (Environmental, Social, and Governance/ESG) in contemporary Islamic economics. This study uses a qualitative method with a desk study approach, examining six main contracts: Murabahah, Salam, Istisna', Ijarah, Wadiah, and Qard al-Hasan. The findings indicate that digitalization offers opportunities to increase transaction efficiency and transparency, but requires attention to Sharia compliance. Furthermore, the ESG approach demonstrates the alignment of Sharia values ​​with global sustainability principles. This research emphasizes the importance of collaboration between regulators, industry players, and academics in developing innovative Sharia-compliant contract models that are responsive to the challenges of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the company's financial performance at PT. Kalbe Tbk. before and after Covid-19. Financial performance is calculated using financial ratios which include quick ratio, return on assets, debt to equity ratio, and total assets turn over. The population and sample in this study are the financial statements of the company PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk for the period 2016-2020 which is listed on the IDX. The data analysis method used is the Independent Sample T-test which was previously tested for normality. The results of data analysis show that from the four ratios tested there are no significant differences, so it can be concluded that there is no difference in financial performance at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. before and after Covid-19.

Abstract

Abstract: This study attempts to assess variable influence macroeconomic that is represented exchange rates, inflation and interest rates to profitability represented ROA and ROE PT. Bank muamalat Indonesia, Tbk period of 2008 until 2015. The Objects research is the bank muamalat Indonesia. An analysis of data using multiple linear regression on the SPSS 23.0 version. The research suggests that simultaneously variables macroeconomic is not affect on ROA and ROE Bank Muamalat Indonesia period of 2008 until 2015. A partial only variable inflation significant negative on ROA and ROE PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk while variable exchange rates and interest rates is not affect on ROA and ROE Bank Muamalat Indonesia.

Abstract

AbstrakInvestasi di pasar modal, terutama obligasi, bergantung pada lembaga atau perusahaan pemeringkat. Tujuan utama dari pemeringkatan adalah memberikan informasi kepada investor tentang kondisi penerbit obligasi dan risiko yang terkait, sehingga investor dapat mempertimbangkan dengan bijaksana sebelum berinvestasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan pada Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. yang terdaftar di Pefindo tahun 2014-2021. Pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Teknik Sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan pertimbangan atau kriteria tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi logistik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara individual tiga variabel independen yaitu profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, sedangkan leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi. Sedangkan hasil dari uji likelihood ratiosecara simultan ataubersama-sama variabel profitabilitas, likuiditas, leveragedan ukuran perushaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Peringkat Obligasi AbstractInvestments in the capital market, especially bonds, depend on rating agencies or companies. The main purpose of the rating is to provide information to investors about the condition of the bond issuer and the risks involved, so that investors can consider wisely before investing. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage and firm size at Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. registered at Pefindo in 2014-2021. This research approach is quantitative which is associative. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with certain considerations or criteria. This study uses logistic regression data analysis techniques. The results showed that individually three independent variables namely profitability, liquidity, and firm size have a significant effect on bond ratings, while leverage has no significant effect on bond ratings. While the results of the likelihood ratio test simultaneously or together the variables of profitability, liquidity leverage and firm size have a significant positive effect on bond ratings. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of customer knowledge and behavior in choosing student savings at BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng, Cukir Cash Service Office. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The population of research subjects was 244 people with a total sample of 82 respondents using the Slovin sample. The type of research is quantitative. The data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability, Simple Linear Regression Test, Significant Test (t), and coefficient of determination (R2) using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 21 program. The results of this study show that customer knowledge has no effect significant impact on decisions, while behavior has a positive and significant influence on customer decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh indikator pelayanan prima yaitu kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, perhatian, tindakan dan tanggung jawab terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah Tulungagung. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian assosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Menggunakan data primer dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden melalui kuesioner (angket) yang dibagikan. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan berupa uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas dan uji heterokedastisitas), dan analisis regresi linier berganda (uji F, uji R2 dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah, (2) sikap berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah, (3) variabel penampilan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah, (4) perhatian berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah, (5) tindakan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah, (6) tanggung jawab berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota, (7) variabel kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, perhatian, tindakan dan tangungjawab secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan prima, Loyalitas, BMT
