Abstract

MOL (Local Microorganisms) are commonly cultivated microorganisms. MOL contains Azotobacter sp., Lactobacillus sp., and photosynthetic bacteria function in decomposing organic compounds. MOL is a composting concept that can be completed in 3 weeks. The main raw material in making MOL consists of 3 components, namely: Carbohydrates: rice washing water (starch), used rice (stale) which is often used is starch water. Glucose: from brown sugar, granulated sugar and coconut water and Sources of bacteria: golden snail, gamal leaves, and so on. Just choose materials that are easily available around us. The steps in making MOL: 1. Separating the leaves from the mother petiole, 2) Gamal leaves are crushed using a mortar or in a blender, 3) Mix the mashed Gamal leaves with rice washing water and brown sugar, 4) after all the ingredients put the mixture in a jerry can or airtight container, 5) After about 3 weeks the MOL can be harvested, 6) MOL is considered successful or finished if it gives off an aroma like the smell of tape, 7) Filter the MOL results. For the use of MOL gamal leaves as a pesticide, use a solution of 1 liter of MOL gamal leaves mixed with 5 liters of water. for use as liquid fertilizer, a MOL solution of gamal leaves is used with a ratio of 1: 10 liters of water.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMA Negeri 2 Parepare, menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar biologi peserta didik kelas XI MIA 3 SMA Negeri 2 Parepare yaitu 70, tidak mencapai nilai KKM 75. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka diterapkan strategi pembelajaran Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA). Penelitin ini dilaksanakan bulan April sampai Mei 2018. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIA 3 SMA Negeri 2 Parepare tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dengan jumlah peserta didik 37 orang, laki-laki berjumlah 17 dan perempuan berjumlah 20. Hasil belajar biologi peserta didik meningkat dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Giving Question and Getting Answer pada peserta didik kelas XI MIA 3 SMA Negeri 2 Parepare . Hal ini ditunjukkan pada hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) meningkatnya hasil belajar biologi peserta didik mulai siklus I sampai siklus II ditinjau dari rata-rata skor siklus I yaitu 60,65 % meningkat pada siklus II yaitu 80,76 % dan diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal siklus I yaitu 11 % dengan kategori “tidak tuntas” meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 86 % dengan kategori “tuntas”.Hendaknya upaya yang dilakukan pendidik untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan penerapan strategi pembelajaran Giving Question and Getting Answer.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik sebelum dan setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran terhadap keterampilan kalobarasi peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis Pre-Eksperimental. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas X Macca di SMAN 4 Parepare yang terdiri dari 7 Rombongan belajar. Pengambilan sampel diambil dengan teknik Random sampling yang diambil dari siswa kelas X Macca di SMAN 4 Parepare. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk melihat keterampilan kolaborasi menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis statistic inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT terhadap keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik kelas X Macca SMA Negeri 4 Parepare. Hal ini ditunjukkan pengukuran dengan analisis dekriptif keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik yaitu rata-rata persentase keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran 54,68 (Cukup) dan Rata rata persentase setelah menggunaan model pembelajaran NHT 82, 69 (Sangat Baik). Hasil analisis data pengukuran statiska infersial di peroleh  maka  diterima dan  ditolak yang artinya ada pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT terhadap keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik kelas X Macca SMA Negeri 4 Parepare.

Abstract

This activity aims to enhance the understanding of Biology teachers at the senior high school level (SMA/MA) in Parepare City regarding the deep learning approach based on artificial intelligence (AI). The implementation involved 11 participants from the MGMP Biology group, using methods such as material presentation, simulation of lesson module design, and evaluation through questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that 81.8% of participants understood the concept of deep learning; however, its practical implementation remained limited (9.1%). The participant satisfaction level reached 72.5%, indicating the success of the workshop in enriching teachers' pedagogical literacy and practical skills. This workshop contributed to bridging the gap between theory and practice and promoted innovation in designing AI-based teaching modules. The recommendations highlight the importance of continuous training and the development of technology-based learning resources to support educational transformation in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the learning profile and analyze the influence of using the school environment as a learning resource on the biology learning outcomes of class X Science 2 students at SMA Negeri 5 Enrekang. The type of research used is Pre-Experimental. The design used is a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research population was class XI MIPA students, with a sample of class XI MIPA2 students, sampling was carried out by random sampling. Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year. Data collection was carried out by administering an initial test (Pretest) and a final test (Posttest). The results of the research show that previously biology learning was only carried out in the classroom using textbooks as a learning resource, but after the use of the school environment was implemented, student activity increased to become active and enthusiastic. Inferential statistical analysis shows that the use of the school environment has a significant influence on improving student learning outcomes. By utilizing the school environment as a learning resource, student learning outcomes increase significantly, especially in plant classification material. This is caused by students' interest and motivation being stimulated by new learning experiences. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers actively utilize the school environment in the learning process to improve student learning outcomes in biology learning.
