Abstract

Pada zaman sekarang ini moral remaja sangatlah minim, karena kurangnya etika sopan dan santun dalam diri remaja membuat remaja berprilaku tidak baik seperti penganiyaan, pembunuhan, pelecehan, pencurian dan narkotika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis peran kegiatan keagamaan dalam membentuk karakter remaja di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LKPA) Kelas 1 A Tanjung Gusta Medan Sumatera Utara. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan observasi partisipatif, penelitian ini berfokus kepada Peran Keagamaan terhadap perkembangan nilai- nilai akhlak,spiritualitas, hubungan sosial, perilaku positif, dan pemberdayaan diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan keagamaan di Lapas memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk karakter remaja, memperkuat keyakinan, meningkatkan kualitas hubungan sosial, mengurangi perilaku negatif, dan memberdayakan remaja untuk merencanakan masa depan yang lebih baik. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya mendukung dan mengintegrasikan kegiatan keagamaan dalam program pembinaan remaja di Lapas guna menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan positif remaja yang berada dalam masa pembinaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan program pembinaan yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan di Lapas.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in improving the quality of relationships in Islamic education guidance and counseling. Interpersonal communication, which involves direct, personal, and often reciprocal interactions, is an important mechanism for understanding students' needs, providing emotional support, and encouraging moral and spiritual growth. Using a descriptive approach and qualitative literature study methods, this research explores the principles of interpersonal communication, the dynamics of relationship development, and their application in the context of Islamic educational guidance. The research results show that effective interpersonal communication can increase mutual trust, understanding and cooperation between counselors and students. This creates a conducive learning environment and supports the holistic development of students in accordance with Islamic values. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of effective communication as the basis for harmonious relationships in guidance and counseling in Islamic education. This research also provides practical insights for Islamic education counselors in optimizing their interactions to achieve better educational goals.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the influence of religiosity on academic resilience of students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication of UIN North Sumatra Medan. Low academic resilience often causes students to experience difficulties in facing academic challenges, which can lead to stress and mental health problems. Students often face challenges in completing college assignments, but these challenges are not always accompanied by maximum effort and seriousness to complete them.  The method used was an explanatory quantitative approach with a sample of 50 students, where data was collected through a questionnaire measuring religiosity and academic resilience using a Likert scale. Furthermore, data assumption tests and simple liner regression were carried out with SPPS version 25. The results of the analysis showed a significant positive relationship between religiosity and academic resilience, with a correlation coefficient of 0.639 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 40.8%.  The significance value (p=0.000) is smaller than 0.05, so the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. This confirms that there is a significant influence between religiosity and students' academic resilience partially. These findings indicate that an increase in religiosity contributes to an increase in students' academic resilience.   Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh religiusitas terhadap resiliensi akademik mahasiswa Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Rendahnya resiliensi akademik sering menyebabkan mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik, yang dapat berujung pada stres dan masalah kesehatan mental. Mahasiswa sering menghadapi tantangan dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas kuliah, namun tantangan tersebut tidak selalu diiringi dengan upaya maksimal dan kesungguhan untuk menyelesaikannya.  Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan sampel 50 mahasiswa, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang mengukur religiusitas dan resiliensi akademik menggunakan skala Likert. dilakukan uji asumsi data dan regresi liner sederhana dengan SPPS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan resiliensi akademik, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,639 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 40,8%.  Nilai signifikansi (p=0.000) lebih kecil dari 0.05, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima. Hal ini mengonfirmasi bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara religiusitas dan resiliensi akademik mahasiswa secara parsial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan religiusitas berkontribusi pada peningkatan resiliensi akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

Declining environmental quality is one of population caused by household consumption behavior. Some of the highest contaminant contributions are domestic waste, waste, and company waste. Waste contamination will lead to dead fish, decreased water quality and disease transmission. Community approach can be done to solve the waste problem, especially at the household level. This study uses quantitative methods to analyze the effect of intervention and waste management training on changes in household waste management knowledge and practices. This type of research uses quasi experiment with one group of pre and post test design. The results showed that there was an increase of knowledge about waste management after being given intervention by the researcher because the p value ≤ 0,05. The results also show that there is an increasing practice on waste management after being given intervention by researchers because the p value ≤ 0.05. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the provision of intervention is effective for improving knowledge and practice in the household waste management.
