Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe and analyze marketing performance through digital marketing for micro business actors in the trade sector at South Sulawesi (2) describe and analyze the dominant factors that affect marketing performance through digital marketing on micro businesses in the trading sector at South Sulawesi. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. Validation of data using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Data analysis used is data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the data analysis as well as those that have been described show the three indicators which as a measure in analyzing Marketing Performance Improvement through Digital Marketing show very good results.

Abstract

Berdasarkan kajian dalam Al Qur’an, Hadits dan teori-teori serta hasil penelitian, dikemukakan bahwa agama memiliki hubungan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha. Secara khusus, agama Islam sangat kondusif memerintahkan umatnya untuk berwirausaha. Dengan demikian, bukti-bukti empiris menunjukkan bahwa agama mempengaruhi perilaku ekonomi, dan memiliki hubungan dengan para pelaku wirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui wirausaha dalam pinsip kebebasan hukum ekonomi syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka (library research) yaitu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mempelajari berbagai buku refrensi serta hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang sejenis dan berguna untuk mendapatkan landasan teori mengenai permasalahan yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islam mengakui adanya kebebasan dalam melakukan kegiatan bisnis/usaha. Namun demikian, Islam juga mengajarkan para pedagang/pengusaha untuk melakukan aktivitas bisnisnya sesuai syariah: menghindari transaksi bisnis yang diharamkan dan menghindari penggunaan harta yang tidak halal, seperti: riba, transaksi spekulatif, menimbun harta, berlebih-lebihan/menghambur-hamburkan uang/berfoya-foya, dan persaingan yang tidak fair.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the formation of the brand image through influencer and viral marketing on the local cosmetic brand Something. Brand image variable indicators include strength, uniqueness, and superiority or preference. The indicators of influencer variables include expertise, trust, and attractiveness. Meanwhile, indicators of viral marketing variables include product knowledge, product information clarity, and product discussion. The research method used is quantitative. The sample used is the sample formulated by Slovin, namely as many as 100 respondents, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data obtained were processed using data analysis techniques in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the brand image variable, influencer, and viral marketing partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pendampingan Kelayakan Bisnis Pada Usaha UMKM Kedai Pojok Makassar, Faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam usaha UMKM Kedai Pojok Makassar, fokusnya terhadap kelayakan usaha dengan menggunakan jenis metode pendampingan, pelatihan, dan penyesuaian standarisasi produk UMKM. Hasil PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Kedai Pojok Makassar dinyatakan layak karena sudah memenuhi aspek-aspek menurut analisis studi kelayakan bisnis diantaranya seperti aspek legalitas, aspek keuangan, aspek teknis produksi, aspek manajemen dan organisasi, aspek sosial ekonomi, aspek dampak lingkungan, namun pada aspek pasar dan pemasaran belum optimal baik secara online dan offline. Faktor pendukung Bahan baku usaha kedai pojok Makassar meliputi segi harga yang terjangkau, lokasi yang strategis dan membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Adapun faktor penghambatnya seperti pembukaan cabang dibeberapa wilayah yang strategis lainnya serta proses pemasaran yang belum menjangkau pasar luas karena belum optimalnya penerapan alat teknologi yang modern.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the business determinants of white copra in katumbangan lemo, polewali mandar regency, west sulawesi. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely field research, then the results are analyzed descriptively and arranged systematically. The research results show that the determinant factors consist of two things. First, the supporting factors are: (1) investors’ interest in profit sharing in this whitw copra business, (2) farmers’ capital needs which increase during the harvest process, (3) labor intensive, and (4) farmers’ mindset regarding differences prices between white copra managers and businessman who are intermediaries. Second, the inhibiting factors are: (1) many farmers choose to take out loans from banks, (2) capital turnover is not smooth, and (3) white Kopra is very dependent on sungliht.

Abstract

This study aims to understand student perceptions regarding entrepreneurship learning in Islamic Higher Education, specifically focusing on the Sharia Economic Law Study Program. Conducted as a survey, this research involves 121 students who responded to an online questionnaire designed to capture personal, cultural, and psychological aspects influencing perceptions. A regression analysis was used to analyze the data, revealing distinct findings across the three aspects. From a personal perspective, students expressed a strong inclination towards entrepreneurship, driven by the growing trend of youth entrepreneurship, which serves as an inspiration and motivation. In terms of cultural influence, students acknowledged the supportive role of their families, particularly noting that their parents grant them the freedom to pursue careers aligned with their interests, including entrepreneurship. Lastly, the psychological dimension highlighted that students perceive entrepreneurship courses as catalysts for generating new ideas, fostering creativity, and enhancing problem-solving skills. These findings underscore the multifaceted impact of entrepreneurship education, suggesting that exposure to entrepreneurship courses shapes students’ aspirations and attitudes toward career development, personal empowerment, and the entrepreneurial mindset. This study provides valuable insights for curriculum developers, emphasizing the need to integrate practical components that reinforce the personal, cultural, and psychological dimensions of entrepreneurship learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the accuracy of qibla direction measurements conducted by mosque employees in the Limboro District, Polewali Mandar Regency, using the Google Earth application. The research method employed is descriptive field research with sociological, normative Islamic, and astronomical approaches. Data was collected through direct measurements by mosque employees using qibla compass tools combined with smartphone compass applications. Subsequently, the qibla direction of mosques and musala was evaluated using the Google Earth application. The research findings indicate that out of 12 mosques and 1 musala sampled, only 3 mosques have accurate qibla directions consistent with the measurements. Meanwhile, the other 9 mosques and 1 musala show significant deviations in qibla direction. These deviations point toward countries such as Yemen, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, and Egypt, with variations ranging from 2° to 27°. The implications of this research can be used to enhance qibla direction measurement methods to align with Islamic Sharia regulations.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan pemuda harus disesuaikan dengan zamannya. Berbeda masa, berbeda pula pola kepemimpinan. Tadangate Institute dan Ruang Belajar Tadangate (RBT) merupakan salah wadah kegiatan kepemudaan yang konsen pada pendidikan dan pemberdayaan SDM yang ada di Dusun Pasada Desa Botteng Utara Kabupaten Mamuju, Sulawesi Barat. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kembali peran dan fungsi pemuda agar ikut berperan dalam pembangunan desa. Metode pelaksanaan PkM ini merupakan kerjasama antara Tadangate Intitute, Ruang Belajar Tadangate, mahasiswa KKN Universitas Sulawesi Barat (Unsulbar), dan Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) STAIN Majene. Kegiatan ini menghadirkan narasumber yang membahas tentang: (1) Pemuda dan ekonomi oleh Nur Astaman Putra, M.Pd; (2) Pemuda dan politik oleh Nurul Islam, M.Si; (3) Pemuda dan media sosial oleh Muh. Aswad, S.Kom.I., M.Sos; (4) Pemuda dan olahraga di Botteng oleh Yusman Harun, S.Pd.I, dan (5) Kuliah di kota pendidikan Majene oleh mahasiswa KKN Unsulbar. Melalui PkM dengan tema "Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pemuda" ini, diharapkan kalangan remaja dapat sadar posisi mereka di masyarakat dan dapat mengambil bagian pada proses penting pengambilan keputusan bersama masyarakat Desa Botteng Utara.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has become a crucial pillar in economic development, particularly in addressing the challenges posed by globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0). This study aims to quantitatively describe the impact of entrepreneurship education on students' entrepreneurial interest. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method, selected based on the researchers’ considerations. The reason for this sampling technique was that the selected classes had completed the entrepreneurship course. Total sampling was used, resulting in a sample of 121 students from four selected classes. The research instrument was an online questionnaire distributed to the students, and the collected data were analyzed using regression analysis to evaluate students’ perceptions of entrepreneurship education. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurship education has a “positive” impact on students' entrepreneurial interest, as represented by indicators such as self-confidence, creative and innovative thinking, future orientation, as well as the enhancement of honesty and independence values among students.
