Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the cooperation strategy for improving the quality of extracurricular services at MI Mambaul Ulum Bondowoso. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. School leaders, teachers, and parents are informants who participated in this study. Data collection methods involve in-depth interviews, observations of educational activities, and document analysis. Source triangulation and data triangulation techniques are used to ensure the validity of the data. Research findings reveal some findings. First, extracurriculars can support each other and create holistic education. Second, integrated extracurricular service quality implementation also involves coordinated teacher resources, being a benchmark in reaching students with diverse motivations, and contributing to future development policy formulation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of human resources in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis procedure was carried out interactively, starting with data collection, presentation, reduction, and concluding. The results of the study show that the performance of human resources in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools is carried out through the competence of administrators in various fields, high aspirations, and support from leaders. This research provides implications about the importance of effective performance in realizing organizational goals.

Abstract

Student achievement improvement in sub-subjects can be done with various methods so that it can be achieved. CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) is one of them. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, a case study type. Informants from KSK FAZA MTs Nurul Jadid through interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data with data collection, data reduction and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation (researchers, data sources, methods and theories). The results of the study explained that the implementation of CTL in improving student learning achievement in Arabic material was carried out by applying story-based media in improving maharah kitabah, through two stages, namely in the odd semester mufrodat enrichment, text analysis, and composing simple sentences. In the even semester giving meaning with synonyms of the same sentence, memorizing, depositing, writing understanding and narrative descriptions. While the inhibiting factors in the ineffectiveness of effective days are caused by Pesantren or regional activities that require KSK students to attend, short duration of learning time, lack of mastery of mufrodat, varying students' ability to grasp subject matter. While the supporting factors for the application of this learning media are KSK students' competence in maharah kitabah, the habit of writing in Arabic and having competence in understanding the rules of nahwu and shorrof.

Abstract

construction and development of centri through Total Quality Control in the Practice of Fallout. The researchers use a qualitative method aimed at explaining the truth of a phenomenon that has the aim of obtaining objective data. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there are three stages that are carried out by Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid in carrying out quality development. First, to follow the Furudul Ainiyah Construction Program (FA 3 months). Second, to take the FA Graduation Test. Third, to move to the development hostel according to the talent and interests of the centre. In addition, it also shows that the application of Total Quality Control (TQC) in the practice of Walisuh as a method of construction and development of the center has brought a significant positive impact. Thus, the integration of TQC into Walisuh practices can be seen as a strategic step to improve the quality of construction and development of the centre holistically.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren memiliki kewajiban meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan bagi para penggunanya. Hal itu dapat dilakukan dengan adanya dukungan kemandirian pada sektor perekonomian yang kontributif. Layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas membutuhkan dana yang cukup. Fenomena tersebut dapat kita rasakan sampai detik ini. Kenapa demikian?, karena kemandirian ekonomi yang baik pada suatu lembaga pendidikan dapat memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap terwujudnya kelengkapan fasilitas-fasilitas pendidikan yang bahkan tidak dapat diadakan dengan hanya mengandalkan keterbatasan sumbangan pendidikan dari para peserta didik. Dan kelengkapan fasilitas tersebut realitanya dapat meningkatkan layanan dan menjadikan peserta didik berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan campuran untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan sehingga ditemukan hasil penelitian yang autentik. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kualitas layanan pendidikan dapat diwujudkan dengan strategi memandirikan perekonomian yang ada dengan melibatkan berbagai aspek sumber daya yang ada sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap kebutuhan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas

Abstract

Increasing retail business profit is the main goal in trading business management. The implication is to contribute to the welfare and development of other retail businesses. However, not all managers can focus on increasing profits for the retail businesses they manage. Many of these efforts are just running away but have not met the required targets, due to various reasons that have developed. Of course, in this case it is necessary to find a solution by learning through research in order to find effective and efficient strategies to do in increasing retail business profits.This study aims to describe the strategy to increase retail business profit at MJ Swalayan at Al-Mashduqiah Kraksaan Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo. The research approach is qualitative with the type of case study. Using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. While the data analysis technique applied is the Miles and Huberman model using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data verification. By testing the validity of the data through credibility with the source triangulation technique.The results show that in order to increase retail business profit, MJ Swalayan management uses the following strategies; recruitment and selection of Professional HR, implementing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for retail services, implementing controlling, ideal merchandising, completing merchandise, establishing cooperation, implementing automatic retail and wholesale pricing systems, implementing low pricing determination, FGC (Focus Group Discussion) on a regular basis , and direct response and problem solving.
