Abstract

This study aims to describe how to strengthen Islamic boarding school-based inclusive education at the Subulus Salam Islamic boarding school Pajarakan Probolinggo. In order to obtain data from research results, researchers used a qualitative case type approach. This research was conducted at the Subulus Salam Islamic boarding school. Data collection techniques with participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses the Spradley model with four types of analysis, namely domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, component analysis, and theme analysis. The results of this study indicate that the strategies undertaken to strengthen inclusive Islamic education based on Islamic boarding schools at the Subulus Salam Islamic boarding school are inclusive Islamic education policies, development of inclusive Islamic education curricula, integration of inclusive values through learning in schools, internalization of inclusive values through religious activities. and social, Kiai's exemplary role model.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the Design of HOTS-Based Learning Evaluation to Improve Critical Thinking Skills and Achievement in Islamic Education (PAI). In order to obtain data from the research results, a qualitative approach and a case study method were employed. The research was conducted at Paiton Islamic Junior High School, Probolinggo, from September to Nopember 2023. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques used the Miles Huberman model, which involves data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the Design of HOTS-Based Learning Evaluation Improves Critical Thinking Skills and Achievement in Islamic Education (PAI) at Paiton Islamic Junior High School, Probolinggo, includes: Arranging Learning out comes (LO) of PAI, Training on HOTS-based learning evaluation, Implementation of School Exams with HOTS-Based Questions, and evaluation monitoring.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school-based change management has become relevant in dealing with global dynamics and societal development. This research aims to analyze the readiness of Islamic boarding school institutions to implement change management and identify innovative strategies that can be implemented. The research method involves surveys and interviews with various related parties in Islamic boarding school institutions. The results of the analysis show that the readiness of Islamic boarding school institutions to change still has challenges, including cultural, leadership, and infrastructure factors. Therefore, innovation strategies need to be implemented holistically to increase the readiness of Islamic boarding school institutions to face change. The proposed innovative strategies include developing leadership training programs, integrating technology in the learning process, and strengthening Islamic boarding school values globally. In addition, inter-institutional cooperation and community empowerment were also identified as key factors in increasing the readiness of Islamic boarding school institutions for change. This research contributes to the development of an Islamic boarding school-based change management model that similar institutions can adopt. The practical implication of these findings is the need for support from the government, stakeholders, and communities in increasing the readiness of Islamic boarding school institutions to adapt to changes in the continuously developing global context.

Abstract

Education is an important foundation in the development of a nation. Therefore, this research was conducted to describe the strategies implemented by the school principal in an effort to improve the quality of education at Taruna Dra Zulaeha Middle School, Leces. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, exploring data through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, as well as direct observation in the school environment, as well as documentation data. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and verification, with a focus on the strategies implemented by the school principal. Research findings show that school principals have implemented various holistic strategies. First, the school principal plans the program carefully, paying attention to the needs of educators and education staff, designing the curriculum, and establishing policies for adding subjects. Second, teacher development programs are an integral part of the strategy. Third, the school principal supervises the teaching and learning process, output and student development from the admissions process to graduation. In addition, the school principal is active in motivating and involving stakeholders, including parents and the community, to support improving the quality of education in schools. Through implementing this strategy, the quality of education at Taruna Dra Zulaeha Middle School, Leces, has experienced a significant increase. The research results show that the active participation of school principals in planning, implementing and evaluating educational policies has a positive impact on the quality of learning and student achievement.

Abstract

  Explores the application of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) in the school setting and its impact on student academic achievement and emotional well-being. The findings of this study provide in-depth insight into the benefits of implementing REBT in the school setting and provide a basis for developing more effective intervention approaches to improve student well-being and academic achievement. As a cognitive-based therapeutic method, REBT was implemented to identify and manage emotional and behavioral tendencies that might affect students academic achievement and emotional well-being. The research method involved applying REBT in an educational context and collecting data through surveys, interviews, and literary achievement analysis. The results of this study provide an in-depth look at the benefits of implementing REBT in a school setting and provide a basis for further development in understanding the relationship between emotional well-being, academic achievement, and psychological interventions in education. The practical implications of the findings can assist schools in designing programs that focus on student well-being and improving academic achievement through an integrated psychotherapeutic approach.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology causes a shift in morals, and children are very easily influenced by negative behavior. Religious education is an effort to protect children from being affected by behavior prohibited by religion. Implementing religious education is always linked to madrasas and Islamic boarding schools, which are the key to children's success in balancing the goals of this world and the hereafter. Madrasas and Islamic boarding schools should be integrated into an institution so that learning can be fully formed to form reasonable minds and morals. Therefore, this article describes the management of the Islamic boarding school-based madrasah curriculum, in which case MA Nurul Qur'an Patokan Kraksaan is the object of the research study. The focus of the study is the planning, implementation, organization, and evaluation of the madrasa curriculum. Through interview observations and documentation, it was found that MA Nurul Qur'an Patokan Kraksaan carries out madrasa curriculum management integrated with well-managed Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze innovative educational management strategies that can increase parental involvement at Sirojul Ummah Prasi Gading Senior High School (SMA). Data analysis using data collection methods carried out observations, interviews and documentation analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced in parental involvement and develop innovative strategies that can be implemented. This research uses qualitative analysis research methods. With the research location at Sirojul Ummah Prasi Gading High School (SMA). In this case, collaboration between schools and parents is the main key. The research identified several innovative strategies, such as using digital platforms for real-time communication, involving parents in decision making through regular meetings, and organizing joint activities that involve parents in the educational process.

Abstract

The researchers use a qualitative method aimed at explaining the truth of a phenomenon that has the aim of obtaining objective data. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there are three stages that are carried out by Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid in carrying out quality development. First, to follow the Furudul Ainiyah Construction Program (FA 3 months). Second, to take the FA Graduation Test. Third, to move to the development hostel according to the talent and interests of the centre. In addition, it also shows that the application of Total Quality Control (TQC) in the practice of Walisuh as a method of construction and development of the center has brought a significant positive impact. Thus, the integration of TQC into Walisuh practices can be seen as a strategic step to improve the quality of construction and development of the centre holistically.

Abstract

This research was carried out to remember the importance of education in Islamic boarding schools in increasing Islamic boarding school innovation so that education in Islamic boarding schools is more active and implemented. By creating a professional educational atmosphere, new innovations are needed in education or ideas to achieve future educational targets existing Islamic boarding schools today, as well as being high quality Islamic boarding schools, By creating a professional working atmosphere, innovation is needed in the form of changing ideas or thoughts to achieve the future targets of the madrasah, as well as becoming a quality institution led by it. The head of the Islamic boarding school in managing his leadership includes providing direction and encouragement to his subordinates to carry out their duties and responsibilities. The aim of this research is to find out new innovations. The aim of this research is to find out the innovation of the head of the boarding school in improving the performance of administrators at the Ar-Rofi'iyyah Islamic boarding school and to find out how the management performs after making innovations at the Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the implementation of Taqdimul Bayan implemented at BPK Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative research method, case study type. This research was carried out at BPK MTs. Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo class VII and VIII, located in Karanganyar Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. This research was carried out from October to November 2023. The data collection technique was using the snawball sampling technique. The data sources used were primary and secondary. The informants in the research were the Chair of the BPK, BPK Arabic Language Teacher, Head of the Organization, and BPK students. Data collection techniques used participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results of the research show that BPK Nurul Jadid implemented it through several processes, namely: (1) Formulating Maharah Kalam Capability Standards, (2) Carrying out Taqdimul Bayan Activities , (3) Class Meeting Competition. So it is hoped that it will be able to produce the ability to develop students' anger. Through Observation methods, Interview methods and Documentation methods to become better and more inclusive. This research can provide valuable insight for Arabic language education unit institutions in developing the potential to speak Arabic fluently among students. Apart from that, the results of this research can also contribute to the literature on the Maharah Kalam Development Strategy.
