Abstract

Pola hidup modern yang dipengaruhi perkembangan teknologi menjadikan masyarakat lebih melek terhadap produk-produk global yang semakin marak berkembang dan memperluas pasarnya. Perubahan pola hidup tersebut berdampak pada kecenderungan mereka dalam mengkonsumsi merek-merek global. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel dalam konsep Susceptibility to Global Consumer Culture yang diantaranya conformity to social norms, quality perception, brand credibility, social prestige, dan internet technology readiness terhadap minat beli produk Topshop secara simultan dan parsial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kausal dengan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif variabel conformity to social norms, quality perception, brand credibility, social prestige, internet technology readiness dan minat beli secara keseluruhan berada dalam kategori baik. Hasil teknik analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh simultan conformity to social norms, quality perception, brand credibility, social prestige, dan internet technology readiness adalah sebesar 54,1% terhadap minat beli. Secara parsial conformity to social norms, quality perception, brand credibility, social prestige, dan internet technology readiness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Besarnya pengaruh paling tinggi yaitu internet technology readiness dan pengaruh paling rendah yaitu conformity to social norms

Abstract

Hospital-acquired infections, which are infections acquired by patients while in healthcare facilities, present a serious challenge in healthcare delivery with widespread impacts on care quality and costs. These infections not only worsen the patients' conditions but also place additional burdens on the healthcare system as a whole. According to existing data, the prevalence of hospital-acquired infections in Indonesia ranges from 10% to 15%, highlighting the importance of prevention efforts. This community service report details the implementation of health education at Undata Hospital in Central Sulawesi Province, aimed at increasing patients' and families' knowledge about preventing hospital-acquired infections. The implementation methods involved thorough planning, development of educational materials, and practical training on infection prevention techniques. The results of the education showed a significant improvement in participants' knowledge and skills, with understanding increasing from 45% to 85% and prevention compliance reaching 80%. However, challenges such as resource limitations and varying levels of adherence persist. Therefore, regular education, facility improvements, and periodic evaluations are recommended to optimize the prevention of hospital-acquired infections. This study underscores the need for a multifaceted and comprehensive approach to reduce the incidence of hospital-acquired infections and enhance patient safety in healthcare facilities

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji upaya meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pelajaran fikih melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning/PjBL) dalam konteks pendidikan formal, serta menilai efektivitasnya dalam mendorong keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana strategi ini mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa serta mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan tantangan yang dihadapi selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, memperkuat pemahaman konsep fikih, dan mengembangkan keterampilan kolaboratif serta tanggung jawab individu. Namun, tantangan muncul terkait pengelolaan waktu dan kesiapan guru dalam merancang proyek yang sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan PjBL secara berkelanjutan dan integratif dengan metode pembelajaran lain guna menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih bermakna dan partisipatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan pendekatan pendidikan karakter dalam konteks pendidikan formal dengan membandingkan implementasinya di Amerika dan Indonesia serta menilai efektivitasnya dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana pendekatan pendidikan karakter membantu siswa dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai positif serta mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangan dari masing-masing pendekatan di kedua negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter di kedua negara memiliki dampak positif terhadap pengembangan sikap dan perilaku siswa, meskipun terdapat perbedaan dalam metode pelaksanaan dan tantangan kontekstual. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan pendidikan karakter secara berkelanjutan dan integrasi dengan budaya lokal serta kebijakan pendidikan nasional guna meningkatkan efektivitasnya dalam membangun karakter siswa.

Abstract

The number of small, micro and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia has increased significantly, but only a few MSMEs have implemented an accounting system in their financial records. Hakuna Matata MSMEs still carry out accounting records manually through recording expenses and receipts so that the owner does not know the exact amount of inventory and profit or loss earned. Manual recording can cause recording errors and the risk of losing data. The method used by the author in this research is descriptive qualitative with the type of case study. The data obtained is processed and then implemented into accurate software. From this research it can be concluded that the application of accurate software in Hakuna Matata MSMEs will ensure the preparation of financial reports more quickly and accurately, MSMEs can also find out the company's profit or loss. Computerized sales and purchase transactions also make it easy to find out inventory stock. The application of financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM presents financial statements consisting of three components, namely the Statement of financial position, Income Statement and notes to financial statements prepared based on financial reports from accurate software.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between after-sales service, product quality, and brand resonance on brand loyalty with customer satisfaction acting as a intervening variable at PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor. This study uses a non-probability sam-pling method with purposive sampling, by applying the Slovin formula to determine the sample size. Data were collected through questionnaires, resulting in a sample of 400 consumers of PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor in Jabodetabek. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that after-sales service has a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction. Product quality also has a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, brand resonance also significantly and positively affects customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of this study show that customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between after-sales service, product quality and brand resonance among PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor customers. These findings provide valuable insights for PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor as well as other four-wheeler automotive companies, regarding the importance of creating after-sales service that meets consumer expectations, good product quality and creating and maintaining good relationships between brands and consumers.
