Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru secara parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 3.061 dimana tenik sampling yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dan mendapatkan sampel sejumlah 100 responden. Data yang sudah terkumpul akan melalui uji asumsi klasik untuk selanjutnya dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kota Palembang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan yang didapatkan dibawah 0,05 (0,01 < 0,05). Hal ini membuktikan bahwasanya kepemimpinan yang positif yang ditampilkan kepala sekolah memberikan dampak yang baik bagi kinerja guru. Budaya kerja guru juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kota Palembang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig yang didapatkan kurang dari 0,05 (0,00<0,05). Hal ini menjelaskan bahwasanya budaya kerja guru yang baik dapat memberikan dampak yang baik pada kinerja guru. Sumbangan pengaruh variable kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya kerja guru SMA di Kota Palembang terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 25,8% dimana selebihnya mendapatkan pengaruh dari variabel lain selain dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

The existence of the Taklim Council as a religious institution with distinctive Indonesian characteristics, with a fairly large number of female congregants and growing almost evenly throughout Indonesia, has received attention and appreciation from many parties. The State has even acknowledged the existence and role of the Taklim Council as stated in the National Education System Law, where the Taklim Council is a form of non-formal educational institution. As well as its important role in cultivating faith and devotion. Its quite populist existence is not only known in rural areas but also in urban areas. However, many people still view its existence as merely a routine activity as an alternative activity for women to utilize their free time and remaining years. Therefore, most of the congregation is a group of housewives aged 30 years and over and also elderly. In fact, the activities of the Taklim Council are only considered as part of compensation activities for various life problems faced by women, especially in domestic life

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the interpersonal communication strategy of the Head of Administration at MAN 2 Palembang in the context of management administration services. The type of research carried out is field research and uses a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentation. Using a purposive sampling technique, the informants in this research were the head of administration (KTU), school principals, teachers and staff. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research found that the head of administration at MAN 2 Palembang had implemented three strategies, namely first, a formalist structural strategy by prioritizing manners, proportion and professional service with the principles of kinship and mutual respect. Second, a humanist cultural strategy by creating an atmosphere that is supportive, together and full of empathy. And third, an inclusive equality strategy by creating a supportive, fair and open environment. Thus, the interpersonal communication of the head of administration at MAN 2 Palembang was successful because it integrated credibility, integrity and clear message delivery by implementing these three strategies.

Abstract

Dalam lembaga pendidikan arsip berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi dan sebagai pusat ingatan dan dapat dijadikan landasan dalam penentuan evaluasi berikutnya. Mengingat pentingnya arsip siswa bagi kelangsungan lembaga pendidikan maka diperlukan pengelolaan yang baik dan teratur untuk mencegah kerusakan dan kehilangan setiap arsip siswa yang dimiliki sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kearsipan siswa dan menganalisis faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat yang dihadapi dalam menerapkan pelaksanaan kearsipan siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Rimau Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan objek penelitian secara verbal melalui data yang telah terkumpul melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan informan pihak sekolah, staf tata usaha dan guru. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian di SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Rimau Banyuasin menunjukan bahwa secara umum sekolah ini telah telah melakukan pelaksanaan kearsipan siswa yang cukup baik hal ini dilihat dari penyimpanan arsip yang diawali dengan identifikasi arsip, klasifikasi dokumen, pengumpulan dokumen, pengarsipan/penadaan, penyimpanan dan pemeliharaan arsip. Lemari, container box, dan komputer menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung kearsipan di SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Rimau Banyuasin, meski demikian masih kurangnya peralatan (sarana, prasarana dan sumber daya) menjadi faktor penghambat dalam melaksanakan kearsipan di SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Rimau Banyuasin.

Abstract

Abstrak: artikel ini berjudul Strategi Kepala Sekolah Dalam Menumbuhkan Kedisiplinan Siswa di SMPN 2 Babat Toman. Adapun permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu terjadinya pelanggaran yang dilakukan siswa, seperti melanggar aturan tata tertib sekolah, berkelahi dan membolos sekolah Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan masyarakat Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode obesrvasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan pengecekan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan siswa di SMPN 2 Babat TomanKepala sekolah memiliki beberapa strategi dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan peserta didiknya, yaitu adanya aturan tata tertib yang jelas, memberikan teladan yang baik kepada peserta didik, memberikan pembinaan, komunikasi dengan wali murid, dan memberikan sanksi kepada peserta didik yang melanggar aturan tata tertib sekolah.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Kepala Sekolah, DisiplinSiswa Abstract: This article is entitled The Principal's Strategy in Growing Student Discipline at SMPN 2 Babat Toman. The problems that occur are violations committed by students, such as violating school rules, fighting and skipping school. This research uses qualitative methods. The informants in this study were school principals, deputy principals, teachers, students and the community. Data collection techniques were through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation, verification, and checking the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the principal in cultivating student discipline at SMPN 2 Babat Toman The principal has several strategies in cultivating the discipline of his students, namely the existence of clear rules of conduct, setting a good example for students, providing coaching, communicating with student guardians, and provide sanctions to students who violate school rules and regulations.Keywords: Strategy, Principal, Student Discipline

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the concept of self-accounting system in the perspective of the Qur'an as a means of education to realize humans as khalifah on earth. This study uses a qualitative method that describes the concepts and types of library research, namely research whose object of study uses library data in the form of books as the data source. The results of this study are the concept of self-accounting system (self-accounting) is a form of scientific and technological development that does not conflict with the perspective of the Qur'an and through this concept can remind humans about their existence as caliphs on earth; The concept of a self-accounting system plays a very important role as a means of improving the quality of education because it can become an applied concept as a means of improving education in families, schools and communities; Changes and challenges in the application of the concept of self-accounting system in the era of globalization is a necessity that must be faced. The development of technological science has been applied to support that the concept can be relevant as a medium to help develop the world of Islamic religious education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Learning of Tahfidz Al-Qur`an in shaping the Islamic character of Students at SD IT Islahul Ummah Prabumulih City. Learning evaluation The research was conducted at SD IT Islahul Ummah, Prabumulih City, 2022 to 2023. The research subjects were Tahfidz Al-Qur`an tutors, Madrasa Heads, Administrative Staff, and students of SD IT Islahul Ummah, Prabumulih City. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and document studies. All data collected was then analyzed in two stages. The first stage was when the data collection process was in progress, and the second stage after all data was collected was then analyzed by means of descriptive analytic. From this research, it was obtained an explanation that: 1) The Al-Qur'an tahfidz Learning Curriculum has been applied in the form of a syllabus 2). In learning, the supervising teachers have made a written plan, letters that must be memorized, 3). Implementation of Al-Qur'an Tahfidz Learning is carried out outside of class hours. 4). The method of memorizing the Qur'an uses the muroja`ah and sima`i methods. 4). The supervising teacher has a great influence on students in learning Taffid Al-Qur`an. 6). Learning Evaluation is carried out for each student's memorization deposit to the supervising teacher.
