Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is often called "the silent killer" because it often occurs without complaint so that sufferers are not aware of it, and then find themselves having a disease or complications from hypertension. Hypertension cases according to WHO 2015 data show that there are around 1.13 billion people in the world and it is estimated that by 2025 there will be 1.5 billion people affected by hypertension and every year 9.4 million people will die from hypertension. Objective: This research was conducted to analyze the risk factors for hypertension in the Depok City area. Methods: This research uses qualitative methods which are carried out online through Google form observations (questionnaires). Data processing was carried out from secondary data (Depok City Health Profile 2019 and other supporting journals) and primary data (questionnaire – Google Form) using Microsoft Excel. Results: The results of this study show that genetic factors, behavioral factors, and health service factors are risk factors for the incidence of hypertension in the Depok City area. The coverage of informants who experienced hypertension was 98 (9.6%) out of 207 (21%) who had a risk of genetic disease. Conclusion: The biggest factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in Depok City were lack of physical activity for 54 people out of 98 hypertension incidents and not having regular health checks for 59 people out of 98 hypertension incidents. To increase physical activity and regular health checks, provide education about good healthy lifestyles so that people want to improve their lifestyles and avoid the risk of hypertension.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases often referred to as "the silent killer" because it frequently occurs without symptoms, leaving the affected individuals unaware of their hypertension. Subsequently, they may discover complications or complications arising from hypertension. Objective: To analyze the factors causing hypertension in the Beji Primary Health Care (Puskesmas) area, Depok. Method: This research utilizes a descriptive-analytic research method aimed at identifying health problems, determining the causes of health problems, and providing alternative solutions to health problems or the suboptimal implementation of Health Service Programs in a health service institution. It also considers the health profile of Depok City and several previous journal studies. Results: The study indicates that genetic factors (heritage), behavioral factors (physical activity, food and beverage consumption, and the use of antihypertensive drugs) influence the occurrence of hypertension. Conclusion: Factors related to the occurrence of hypertension in the Beji Depok Health Center from 60 respondents show that community health behavior in daily life is still inadequate in 42 individuals (70%), knowledge about hypertension is insufficient in 36 individuals (60%), and irregular consumption of antihypertensive drugs is noted in 42 individuals (70%).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the interpersonal communication strategy of the Head of Administration at MAN 2 Palembang in the context of management administration services. The type of research carried out is field research and uses a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentation. Using a purposive sampling technique, the informants in this research were the head of administration (KTU), school principals, teachers and staff. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research found that the head of administration at MAN 2 Palembang had implemented three strategies, namely first, a formalist structural strategy by prioritizing manners, proportion and professional service with the principles of kinship and mutual respect. Second, a humanist cultural strategy by creating an atmosphere that is supportive, together and full of empathy. And third, an inclusive equality strategy by creating a supportive, fair and open environment. Thus, the interpersonal communication of the head of administration at MAN 2 Palembang was successful because it integrated credibility, integrity and clear message delivery by implementing these three strategies.

Abstract

Marketing mix is an important concept in marketing strategy involves the integration of various key elements, such as product, price, distribution, and promotion, to meet market needs and achieve business goals. In the context of Islamic education services, the application of the marketing mix concept it is becoming increasingly important to ensure effectiveness in attracting interest and maintaining public trust in educational services Islam. This article reviews the importance of a deep understanding of this issue typical characteristics of Islamic education services and how these factors can be influence effective marketing strategies. Apart from that, this article too discusses appropriate market segmentation, use of internal innovation marketing, and the influence of religious values in formulating strategies responsive and integrated marketing. Through a thorough review to current literature and practice, this article provides insight in depth about the importance of adopting an appropriate marketing mix and innovative in the context of Islamic education services to ensure growth and the sustainability of educational institutions amidst challenges and changes continuously in the world of education and marketing.

Abstract

Various educational problems in Indonesia can be studied by supervising education. Educational supervision is a process of assistance and support given to teachers in developing their abilities consisting of knowledge, skills, and creativity in teaching and commitment or motivation as a teacher. This study aims to examine and describe the source of authority for implementing educational supervision. This research is a literature study research. The results of this study state that in its implementation, the source of authority for the implementation of educational supervision in schools is carried out by the Principal or school supervisor, called a supervisor, who serves as a supervisor and controller of teacher performance. This supervision and control is carried out so that the teacher does not deviate from the role of teacher or educator. Based on the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003, the principal or school supervisor supervises to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. In this case, the principal or school supervisor is an illustration that a supervisor must have an official position that has authority or authority in supervising education.

Abstract

Purpose – The study aims to investigate how leadership influences and facilitates organizational change, with a focus on the education sector. Through literature analysis, this article highlights the importance of adaptability and flexibility in leadership to align with the evolving needs of change in the digital and globalization era.Method – Using a literature review approach, this research examines the role of leadership in organizational change, particularly within the educational context, emphasizing adaptability and flexibility as essential traits.Findings – The findings underscore the significant impact of effective leadership on the success and sustainability of the change process at various organizational levels. Effective leadership plays a crucial role in navigating organizational change, particularly in dynamic environments marked by digitalization and globalization. Research Implications – This research provides an understanding of the importance of leadership in driving organizational change, offering practical insights for leaders to enhance organizational performance and adaptation amid evolving challenges in the modern era. However, the study also acknowledges limitations, such as the need for further empirical research to validate the findings and the potential contextual differences in the applicability of leadership approaches across diverse organizational settings.
