Abstract

Styrofoam waste is a type of waste that is hazardous for human health and environmental damage causes. The main of problem to community people objects is waste, because traders and residents still use Styrofoam packaging for food. The aim of this research is to raise health awareness and love for the environment by reducing the use of Styrofoam and to improve the economy of occupant. Activity is begin after obtaining permission from the Kebagusan sub-district as an object. The activity is carried out through counseling and training related to Styrofoam products. Counseling provides information regarding the negative impacts on health and the environment due to Styrofoam. Participants give acquire to make various kinds of handicraft products from Styrofoam and then learn to market through social media to improve family's income. Implementation process of community service is successfully through counseling and training so that the Participant realize related Styrofoam negative impact on health and the environment. Beside, able to make various kinds of handicraft products from Styrofoam.

Abstract

The adoption of digital payments by micromerchants in South Jakarta remains low. This study aims to investigate the reasons behind this reluctance, identify the factors that contribute to it, and suggest potential solutions. Qualitative research method was used. The research sample consisted of microentrepreneurs in the culinary, food and beverage, grocery, and home laundry sectors. Data were collected through interviews and observations in order to gain a more detailed understanding. The findings indicate that a significant proportion of small entrepreneurs remain reluctant to utilize digital payments because of a lack of comprehension regarding its utilization. This underscores the necessity for the provision of education and training to micro-merchants regarding the advantages and operational aspects of digital payments. This could potentially enhance the adoption of digital payments among micromerchants and facilitate more efficient business operations.

Abstract

The existence of Law No. 33 of 2014, which contains changes in the authority of halal certificates ­from the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) to the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH), has created a polemic in society. Halal certificate, which was previously voluntary, has now become mandatory. This change in authority raises polemics. The civil society and business actors as agents and the JPH Law as a structure are the basis for the relationship between agents and structures in reconciling this polemic. Giddens' theory, which conceptualizes the duality between agents and structures, can be a useful analysis to reconcile these issues. This study aims to analyze the relationship between agents and structures in the change of authority and explain the duality between agents and structures from the perspective of structuration theory. This type of research is qualitative by using an interpretative approach to the core object of the problem in the study. The result of this study is the existence of a relationship between agents and structures to walk together in implementing halal certification. The agents who play a role in changing halal authority, consisting of BPJPH, business actors, and the general public in the structure (JPH Law), are expected synergize. It is intended to generate civil society who understands the dynamics of agent and structural changes in changing the authority of this halal certification.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), yang diukur melalui kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan manajerial, terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021–2024. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda atas 94 observasi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Assets (ROA), sedangkan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA. Kedua variabel, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan kontribusi penjelasan sebesar 57,9%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa struktur kepemilikan yang seimbang dapat memperkuat kinerja perbankan, sementara dominasi manajerial yang berlebihan justru dapat menurunkan efisiensi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada diskursus tata kelola perusahaan pasca-pandemi dengan menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan kepemilikan untuk meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kepercayaan investor di sektor perbankan Indonesia. Studi ini juga menyarankan agar struktur tata kelola disesuaikan dengan tantangan terkini seperti digitalisasi dan risiko operasional dalam sektor perbankan.

Abstract

This research is quantitative, descriptive, and associative type. The population in this study was 70 employees at the Gambir Tiga Jakarta Primary Tax Service Office. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. With the total sampling technique, a sample of 70 employees was taken at the Gambir Tiga Jakarta Primary Tax Service Office as respondents in this study. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is an influence of work ethic on employee performance, as evidenced by the count for the X1 variable (Work Ethic) of 13,491, while the value of the t table for n = 70 is 1,994. So t arithmetic> table or  13,491> 1,994, it can be concluded that the  Work  Ethic variable influences partially the Job Performance of Employees. The coefficient regression value of the. The work ethic variable (X1) to the Employee Job Performance variable (Y) is 0.405. This means that if the Work Ethics variable (X1) rises by 1 unit it will increase the. Employee Job Performance (Y) variable by 0.405, assuming the Work Ethics variable (X1) is considered constant. 2) There is an influence of the work environment on employee work performance, as evidenced by the count for the X2 variable (Work Environment) of 16,862, while the value of the table for n = 70 is 1,994. So tcount>table or 16,862>1,994, it can be concluded that partial  Work  Environment variables affect Employee Work Performance. The value of the regression coefficient of the Work Environment variable (X2) to the Employee Job Performance variable (Y) is 0.605. This means that if the Work Environment variable (X2) increases by 1 unit, it will increase the Employee Job Performance (Y) variable by 0.605, assuming the Work Environment variable (X2) is considered constant. 3) There is an influence of work ethic and work environment together on employee work performance, as evidenced by the ANOVA or Ftest or Fcount test in the value of 302,319 which is greater than Ftable of 2.74 with a significant level of 0,000 because 0,000 <0.05, so it can be said that the Work Ethics variable (X1) and Work Environment variable (X2) together influence the Employee Performance variable (Y). While the Adjusted R. Square value of 0.900. This shows that 90% of the work ethic and work environment simultaneously (jointly) affect employee work performance, while the remaining 10% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

In the world of business and enterprise, competition is something that cannot be avoided. Especially in this contemporary era, business practices are experiencing very rapid changes due to advances in digital technology which requires business people to be ready to face competition. In an effort to face competition in business, an attitude of discipline, creativity and innovation is needed by business people or businesses. In an effort to maintain market share, an entrepreneur must be able to see an opportunity and have the courage to take a risk. It is through courage and opportunity that an entrepreneur becomes equipped to remain capable and even win market competition. This research aims to find out what kind of creativity and innovation are carried out by business actors in dealing with changes in market share in the current era. This research uses a qualitative research method using a case study approach. The results of this research are that the application of creative management and innovation carried out by the UMKM industry, Ms. Sumiatin's peanut brittle business and the restaurant industry, namely Lim's Cafe Kisaran and Bang Kendik Cafe Rantauparat, has had a positive impact and is able to create competitive advantages in the contemporary era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan atas inisiatif dan inovasi pengembangan pelayanan mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen IMMI Jakarta Selatan. Dengan semakin majunya jaman teknologi saat ini mewajibkan STIMA IMMI untuk mengimbangi kemajuan jaman dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa agar memudahkan mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah : Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh positif Tingkat Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen IMMI. Dan untuk mengetahui besar atau kuatnya pengaruh Tingkat Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen IMMI. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari uji koefisien korelasi didapatkan nilai R sebesar 0.863 dan nilai R Square sebesar 0.744, yang menandakan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Akademik memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan sebesar 74.4% terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen IMMI Jakarta Selatan. Dan dari hasil uji T didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 23.092 dan t table sebesar 1.653 yang menandakan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Akademik memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa pad Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen IMMI Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

Analysis of International payments through letter of credit on coal export trade at PT. Mandiri Intiperkasa. Discusses coal export payment procedures using Letters of Credit. The research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in preparing this thesis were direct observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are that international payments use letters of credit in theory in Amir MS's book and in reality in PT. Mandiri Intiperkasa is in compliance. Letters of Credit are safe for both parties. This has been required by the government for coal mining companies to use Letters of Credit in coal commodity export transactions. This is required because it supports the country's foreign exchange. It is hoped that PT. Mandiri Intiperkasa to have books related to international trade, especially coal. To increase information for employees regarding the payment system using a Letter of Credit.

Abstract

Pengaruh Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (HRIS) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT Bank XYZ Kota Depok. Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (HRIS) dapat didefinisikan sebagai kumpulan sistem informasi yang saling berinteraksi yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengumpulkan dan memproses data untuk memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi semua tingkatan manajemen dalam kegiatan perencanaan dan pengendalian. Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (HRIS) pada suatu perusahaan diduga dapat meningkatkan hasil kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Bank XYZ yang mempunyai aplikasi kepegawaian, yaitu aplikasi yang digunakan oleh para pegawainya untuk menunjang aktivitasnya dalam hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Human Capital (HC). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan antara penggunaan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (HRIS) dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank XYZ.Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 87 karyawan, peneliti menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Tempat dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah PT Bank XYZ di Kota Depok. Peneliti menggunakan aplikasi komputer IBM SPSS Statistics 28.0.0.0 dengan melakukan uji uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, serta uji signifikansi (uji t). Melalui uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 18,487 ttabel 1,98827 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (HRIS) mempunyai hubungan yang sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil uji koefisien korelasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,895 dan R Square sebesar 0,801 atau berdasarkan nilai Koefisien Determinasi (KD) sebesar 80,1%. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (HRIS atau variabel X) mempunyai hubungan sebesar 80,1% dengan Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dan sisanya sebesar 19,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang belum diteliti peneliti seperti budaya kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lain-lain. dll. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (HR Management), Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (HRIS) dan Kinerja Pegawai
