Abstract

Pertukaran Pemuda Antar Negara (PPAN) merupakan program tahunan yang diadakan oleh Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga (Kemenpora) dalam rangka menjaring pemuda-pemudi Indonesia pilihan untuk dikirim ke berbagai negara sebagai Duta Muda Indonesia yang memperkenalkan Indonesia ke khalayak Internasional. Tujuan umum Pertukaran Pemuda Antar Negara adalah untuk meningkatkan rasa toleransi dan memperluas serta memperkuat kerjasama antar negara. Selain memperkenalkan PPAN lebih lanjut kepada mahasiswa, kegiatan tersebut juga diisi dengan tanya jawab dengan peserta yang ingin mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai program ini.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Merjosari 3 Kota Malang dilakukan secara bertahap, dimulai dari kelas I dan IV, kemudian kelas II dan V, dan terakhir kelas III dan VI. Sebagian kelas mengintegrasikan Kurikulum 2013 dalam materi dan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam metode pengajaran. Untuk mendukung implementasi tersebut, sekolah mengadakan kegiatan Komunitas Belajar (KOBEL) setiap hari Jumat, yang berfungsi sebagai wadah bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan. Kegiatan ini juga menjadi forum refleksi bersama untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga dapat ditemukan solusi yang tepat dan kontekstual. Selain itu, penerapan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dilakukan secara terstruktur dan melibatkan seluruh elemen sekolah, termasuk siswa, guru, dan orang tua, dengan tujuan membentuk karakter siswa yang berintegritas dan siap menghadapi dinamika sosial. Evaluasi secara berkala dan kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat menjadi kunci dalam memastikan keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum ini, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mempersiapkan generasi masa depan yang kompeten dan adaptif.

Abstract

The Banda Aceh City Departement has an important role in regulating and supervising various strategies public transportation of office public. Based on Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, Article 53 states that periodic testing is required for public passenger cars, buses, goods cars, trailers and attached trains operated on the road. However, in reality there are still land public transports that do not meet roadworthy standard requirements and do not carry out routine testing and continue to operate on the roads as public transport. The research method used is qualitative research with an empirical juridical approach, namely field research by examining the applicable legal provisions in accordance with the realities of society regarding the implementation of the feasibility and safety of public transport in the City of Banda Aceh. The data sources used are based on the results of interviews and observations with a number of respondents and informants who are directly related to the problem under study. The results of the research show that monitoring the feasibility and safety of public transport has not been carried out optimally due to the lack of road raid supervision. As well as low awareness of the public and public transport business actors to carry out periodic testing. According to siyasah tanfidziyah, in carrying out regular feasibility and safety tests of public transportation vehicles, which are carried out by the Banda Aceh City Transportation Service. In order to maintain order, security, prevent accidents that cause loss of life, it is appropriate and appropriate to do this to create benefits for the community.

Abstract

This journal is entitled The Use of Digitalization Technology in the Cirebon City Resort Police to Fulfill Services to the Community. Technological developments have brought changes in the public service process, including in the preparation of Police Record Certificates (SKCK). The introduction of the PRESISI POLRI application as an online platform for the creation of SKCK has increased the efficiency and accessibility of services. This research aims to be a means and forum for information in online SKCK making services to increase public trust in police institutions and optimize performance in law enforcement as a form of improving the quality of public services and realizing integrated Porli public services. This study uses a qualitative method through a descriptive approach by taking the research location at the Cirebon City Resort Police. The data collection technique involves triangulation, which is the combination of several methods such as observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study have four dimensions to measure effectiveness, namely the accuracy of program goals, program socialization, program objectives and program monitoring. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the SKCK making program through the PRESISI Application has not been fully effective. Socialization of the application is still not optimal, causing some people to not understand or use the application. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the program showed that while the application has been successful in achieving the accuracy of the goals and monitoring of the program, there are still shortcomings in the socialization and achievement of the program objectives. This research highlights the need for further efforts in wider and sustainable socialization, as well as increased efficiency in the process of making online SKCK
