Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to develop a suitable picture card media product for use on the subject of mushrooms. The development model used in this study is the ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The presentation of the results of this study was obtained from the results of the test of material experts 94%, with good qualifications, design expert test 94%, media expert test 97%, small group test 79% and large group test 86%. Based on data from experts, it can be seen that according to material experts, design experts, media experts, small group trials and large group trials with the total number of presentations is 90%. The percentage of the assessment shows a positive response to the learning media for picture cards that are developed, thus indicating that the form of the image developed is suitable for use as a learning media because the form of learning media for picture cards is in accordance with the learning objectives. This is because the form of picture card Learning Media that has been developed has its own advantages, where the image characters contained in the picture card media can attract students' attention so that the learning material will be easier for students to understand and can help teachers to teach mushroom material.Keywords: Development, Learning Media, Picture Cards

Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on a statement by the science class VIIA middle school teacher n 6 middle school Balfai mussels, on classification material teachers have not applied a devoted modal of learning only monoton pafa teacher. This invoves having students become passive ( recording and being less creative in optimizing all of the skills in them for the laerning process that results in low learning. Thestudent”s ability to remember, understand, apply, analyze,edit anf produce anything from the materis is stiil less becausw students are srill glaued to books and talks and lack of practices given by the teacher. Unquote student VIIA class of this materieal from a total of 25 students is only 10 pople who meet the minumum criteia for ketchness. One attempt to address the promblem is to implement a learning model in order to improve the results of the student cocktail cycle . The kind of research thats structured in research is a class action study, the instrument used i our research is obserform and test, data analysis used for descriptions and percents. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which has lasted more than a year, has had an impact on various aspects of life. One of them is in the learning process at school. SMA Negeri 3 Fatuleu also experienced various problems in the learning process during the covid-19 pandemic including: (a) teachers do not yet have the ability to use online media optimally; (b) the limited use of online learning media at SMA Negeri 3 Fatuleu; (c) Students do not understand the material due to the lack of use of online learning media that is attractive and easily accessible to students. The purpose of this service activity is to provide training on how to create various online learning media. This PKM uses the presentation method, demonstration method and practical method. PKM involved 20 teachers from SMA Negeri 3 Fatuleu. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it showed that there was an increase in the ability of teachers to use online learning media. 50% of teachers gave a very good response in understanding the material for using zoom and google meet. 60% of the teachers said they were very good at understanding the material for making E-books, 50% said they were very good at understanding the Google Form material and 50% of the teachers said they were very good at understanding the audiovisual-based mind mapping material. In addition, based on the questionnaire, as many as 65% of teachers stated that they were very good at understanding and applying the training materials while 35% said they were good in understanding and applying the training materials

Abstract

The local potential of Tanah Merah Village is fish and lontar, which are still in the form of caught fish, dried fish, and lontar sugar. The fishermen and women of GMIT Siloam Oebele stated that fish, which is the village's potential, is often not sold out and dries up. Fish processing has not been done much by the existing community, and the sales are mostly done in traditional markets. Through the steering committee of Artha Wacana Christian University, community service activities with partners are intended to be members of local potential for learning and mentoring innovations for partners. The objectives of this program are: 1). Transfer of knowledge of fish cracker processing innovations from local ingredients, 2). Creativity to improve branding and marketing system to UKAW partners, 3). Adding soft skills and hard skills outside the classroom, 4). Increase cooperation between Artha Wacana Christian University partner’s. The method applied to service activities is adult learning through counseling and empowerment and in producing fish crackers. The method applied in the service activity is adult learning through counselling, empowerment, and assistance in producing fish crackers. The activity stages began with the SC Service Team conducting a survey of potential resources at the location, designing utilisation activities, training and mentoring in product creation, packaging, and marketing in a simple manner for UKAW partner businesses. The result of this activity is that the fisherwomen and Women of the GMIT Siloam community have the ability to make fish cracker products and packaging that can be marketed online as a product that can improve the community's economy. Products were judged to have excellent taste, color, and shape, and participants were satisfied with the activities. Sustainability of activities with UKAW and partners can be done through other programmes such as preventing the disposal of damaged fish into the environment and training in simple bookkeeping.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada Jemaat Klasis Timor Tengah Utara dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui pelestarian dan pengembangan pangan lokal Laku Tobe. Kegiatan dirancang sebagai bentuk diakonia transformatif yang tidak hanya melestarikan tradisi kuliner lokal, tetapi juga meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi jemaat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi koordinasi dengan mitra, pelatihan pembuatan Laku Tobe, pendampingan perolehan izin usaha dan hak kepemilikan produk, serta pelatihan strategi pemasaran, termasuk pemanfaatan media digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran jemaat terhadap pentingnya pelestarian tradisi pembuatan Laku Tobe, bertambahnya keterampilan dan kapasitas dalam mengembangkan usaha kecil berbasis pangan lokal, serta meningkatnya daya saing produk melalui inovasi pemasaran. Dengan demikian, program ini berkontribusi pada pelestarian budaya sekaligus penguatan ekonomi jemaat secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Menggunakan model pembelajaran aktif seperti model Snowball Throwing yangdikombinasikan dengan alat peraga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaranBiologi di SMPN 11 Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modelpembelajaran Snowball Throwing menggunakan alat peraga terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materisistem pernapasan manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasieksperimen.Populasinyaterdiridari288siswakelasVIIIdari8kelas,dengansampeladalahsiswa darikelasVIIIGdanVIIII,masing-masingterdiridari31siswa.Desainpenelitianyangdigunakan adalah Post-test Only Control Design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakantes pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 8,279 dengan nilai p sebesar 0,000,yang lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05; oleh karena itu, H1 diterima. Model pembelajaranSnowball Throwing yang dibantu dengan alat peraga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadaphasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Biologi di SMPN 11 Kota Kupang untuk tahun ajaran2019/2020. Keuntungan dari model Snowball Throwing yang menggunakan alat peraga adalahmembantu siswa berpikir tentang merumuskan pertanyaan dan mencari jawaban tentang materiyang dipelajari, yang dikemas dalam permainan bola salju aktif, sehingga pembelajaran menjadilebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa.

Abstract

Mangrove merupakan ekosistem yang memiliki fungsi ekologi, ekonomi dan biologi. Spesies mangrove yang umum ditemukan adalah Api-api (Avicenia sp.), Bakau (Rhizopora sp.), Ceriops tagal, Bruguiera sp. Sonneratia sp. dan spesies yang berasosiasi dengan mangrove seperti Nypha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai keanekaragaman jenis dan potensi pemanfaatan tumbuhan endemik mangrove dari kawasan Cagar Alam Maubesi, Kabupaten Malaka. Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan jelajah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis mangrove. Data demografi pemanfaatan mangrove diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode wawancara semi terstruktur, kemudian dikonversikan ke dalam nilai ekonomi masyarakat. Tumbuhan mangrove yang ditemukan di Desa Alas Selatan, Litamali dan Umatoos, Kecamatan Kobalima Timur, Kabupaten Malaka sebanyak 4 famili dan 7 spesies yaitu Rhizophora apiculata (Bi), Rhizophora mucronata (Lmk), Ceriops tagal (Perr) dan Brugueira parviflora (Roxb) (F. Rhizophoraceae), Avicennia alba (F. Avicenniaceae), Acanthus ilicifolius (F. Acanthaceae) dan Xylocarpus granatum (Koen) (F. Meliaceae). Pemanfaatan tumbuhan mangrove yang bernilai ekonomis berupa bahan bangunan, kayu bakar dan arang. Nilai jual per bulan berkisar antara Rp 500.000, hingga Rp 1.000.000.
