Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze: The Effectiveness of the Implementation of Women's Economic Development Program at Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population and Family Planning in Southeast Sulawesi Province The method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The data obtained comes from interviews, observations and document studies. The results showed that the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Women's Economic Development Program, the Women's Empowerment Agency, Child Protection, Population and Family Planning in Southeast Sulawesi Province has been implemented in accordance with established procedures, but not yet optimal.

Abstract

This study provides an overview of the implementation of Village Fund management in Konawe District, as well as the factors that influence implementation and strategies that must be carried out in order to improve implementation, as well as providing assistance to Local Governments in developing Village Funds. The implementation of the Village Fund management policy in Konawe District has been carried out since 2015. However, with the approval of the goals, the implementation of the Village Fund in Konawe District has not been optimal. The planning formulation process has not yet been approved according to established procedures, discussion of the objectives of improving governance, development and community empowerment, has been carried out optimally, but the goal of continuing to increase the capacity of community institutions in the village in planning, implementing and developing development has not run optimally. Likewise, the accountability program has not been carried out optimally which does not have a standard operating procedure on the systematic arrangement of the responsibility. Some of the factors that influence the implementation of the Village Fund in the Konawe Regency are communication, resource capabilities, implementing attitudes, and bureaucratic structures. the main instrument in research is the researcher itself. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data relating to policies and empirical requirements for the implementation of the Village Fund Management Policy. In this study, also using survey research to obtain primary data on village funding policies in Konawe District.

Abstract

This study aims to find out Community Empowerment Based Tourism Development in Toronipa Coastal Tourism Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative approach, and the methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation study The results of this research are to find out what should be done by the Regional Government for the development of tourism in Toronipa Beach, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, explored from communication, resources, implementing attitudes and bureaucratic structures. the resource has been implemented and shows a good situation, but in the aspect or dimension of communication, the bureaucratic structure cannot be implemented properly Factors that influence the implementation of tourism development in Toronipa Beach, Kon Regency awe Southeast Sulawesi, is a supporting factor consisting of natural resources, affordability, safety and comfort of tourists and social media technology used for tourism promotion. While the inhibiting factors consist of, local government service factors, limited facilities and infrastructure and supporting facilities for Toronipa beach tourism.

Abstract

SD Negeri 13 Salak di Kota Sawahlunto adalah sekolah multikultural dengan keberagaman agama, budaya, dan adat istiadat. Sekolah ini berhasil melaksanakan moderasi beragama, menjadikannya pilihan bagi orang tua non-Muslim untuk menyekolahkan anak-anak mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan moderasi beragama di SD Negeri 13 Salak melalui komitmen kebangsaan, tindakan anti-kekerasan, toleransi beragama, dan penerimaan terhadap tradisi/budaya. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Informan terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan dua siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan teknik triangulasi untuk validasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komitmen kebangsaan dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan seperti upacara bendera, gotong royong dua kali sebulan, dan karnaval pada perayaan HUT RI; (2) Tindakan anti-kekerasan dilakukan melalui penerapan tata tertib, pembentukan tim TPPK, pemasangan poster tentang kekerasan atau bullying, serta koordinasi yang baik antara sekolah, guru, komite, dan orang tua; (3) Toleransi beragama dijalankan tanpa paksaan pada siswa yang berbeda agama; (4) Penerimaan terhadap tradisi dan budaya lokal juga diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sekolah. Penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana SD Negeri 13 Salak telah berhasil menerapkan moderasi beragama dalam lingkungan yang beragam secara efektif.

Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of Leadership Style on Teacher Performance Behavior at SDIT Ishlahul Ummah, Sawahlunto City. The focus is on the six main leadership styles, namely transformational, transactional, autocratic, charismatic, bureaucratic and democratic. This article has provided deep insight into leadership styles; democratic, transformational, bureaucratic and autocratic leadership have a positive impact on the performance of SDIT Ishlahul Ummah teachers in Sawahlunto City. This article uses analysis of primary data and secondary data that has been carried out. The analysis uses a quantitative approach, with the help of survey instruments, based on a questionnaire survey. Secondary research has been carried out through a review of previous literature set out to achieve the research objectives. The results of this article suggest that charismatic, bureaucratic and transactional leadership styles have a negative relationship with performance. Transformational, autocratic, and democratic leadership styles, on the other hand, have a positive relationship with teacher performance at SDIT Ishlahul Ummah, Sawahlunto City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendefinisikan dan mendeskripsikan konsep Mall Pelayanan Publik sebagai sebuah inovasi dalam pelayanan publik di Indonesia. Mall Pelayanan Publik merupakan konsep yang diperkenalkan oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Kementerian PAN-RB) pada tahun 2014. Konsep Mall Pelayanan Publik didasarkan pada ide menyediakan berbagai layanan publik dari berbagai instansi pemerintah dalam satu lokasi terpadu, sehingga masyarakat dapat memperoleh berbagai layanan dengan lebih mudah, cepat, dan terpadu. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses, efisiensi, dan efektivitas pelayanan publik.Berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka, Mall Pelayanan Publik memiliki beberapa karakteristik utama, yaitu: 1) Terintegrasi, 2) Terpusat, 3) Mudah diakses, 4) One stop service, dan 5) Bernuansa mall atau pusat perbelanjaan modern. Implementasi Mall Pelayanan Publik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik serta mendorong percepatan reformasi birokrasi dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di Indonesia.

Abstract

Implementasi Program Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Kesehatan Masyarakat Pada Puskesmas Lambuya Kabupaten Konawe. Penelitian Ini Didasarkan Pada Hasil Pengamatan Awal Pada Puskesmas Lambuya Kabupaten Konawe Menunjukan Bahwa Puskesmas Lambuya Masih Kurang Mampu Untuk Memberikan Pelayanan Yang Efektif Baik Kepada Pasian Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Maupun Non-Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan. Tujuan Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Bagaimana Implementasi Program badan Penyelenggara jaminan Sosial (BPJS) kesehatan Dan Untuk Mengetahui Peningkatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Masyarakat Melalui Program Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) kesehatan Pada Puskesmas Lambuya Kabupaten Konawe. Analisis Data Dalam Penelitian Ini Yaitu Analisis Kualitatif Yang Dilakukan Dengan Menganalisis Semua Data Dengan Cara : (1) Reduksi Data, (2) Display Data, (3) Menyimpulkan Dan Verifikasi. Dari Hasil Penelitian Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Implementasi Program Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Pada Puskesmas Lambuya Sudah Sebagian Besar Berjalan Dengan Baik Meskipun Masih Perlu Adanya Peningkatan Pemahaman Masyarakat Terkait Program Ini. Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Masyarakat Melalui Program Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Pada Puskesmas Lambuya Berhasil Memberikan Peningkatan Dalam Aspek Tangibles (Penampilan Fisik), Assurance (Jaminan) dan Empathy (Empati). Namun Belum Sepenuhnya Berhasil Memberikan Peningkatan Dalam Aspek Reliability (Penampilan Fisik) Dan Aspek Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap) Pada Masyarakat.

Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan efektivitas organisasi, termasuk di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Konawe. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang dominan di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Konawe adalah kombinasi antara kepemimpinan partisipatif dan transformasional. Para pemimpin mendorong keterlibatan aktif pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan, memberikan motivasi, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk inovasi dan pengembangan kompetensi. Gaya kepemimpinan ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi, kinerja pegawai, serta memperkuat sinergi antar bagian dalam organisasi. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan kurang optimalnya koordinasi lintas sektor. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah meningkatkan pelatihan kepemimpinan, memperkuat komunikasi organisasi, serta mendorong evaluasi kinerja secara berkala. Dengan penerapan kepemimpinan yang efektif, Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Konawe diharapkan dapat semakin berkontribusi dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan daerah.

Abstract

This study presents a literature review on the types and leadership styles in the context of Islamic education management. It aims to analyze relevant types of leadership and examine the effective leadership styles contributing to the success of Islamic education management. Through a comprehensive literature review, various types of leadership, including transformational, instructional, participative, and values-based leadership, are identified in the context of Islamic education management. Effective leadership styles such as consultative, collaborative, and visionary approaches are also analyzed based on relevant literature. The study emphasizes the importance of understanding and implementing leadership types and styles that align with Islamic values in Islamic education management. Strong leadership based on Islamic values has a positive impact on organizational culture, teaching quality, and staff development in Islamic educational institutions. The findings of this literature review provide valuable insights into the relevant types and leadership styles in Islamic education management. The study offers guidance for Islamic education leaders in leading and managing educational institutions. Furthermore, it contributes to a better understanding of the role of leadership in Islamic education and serves as a foundation for further research in this field.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the implementation of employee transfers at the Regional Civil Service Agency of Konawe Regency, shows that the placement of employees is still not appropriate when viewed from the composition of employees, clearly not based on educational background, this is certainly contrary to the principle of the right man in the right place, namely the placement of the right person in the right place. . In addition, the placement of employees here is also considered not objective because they are placed on the basis of work experience without looking at the competence and background of the employee. Of course it requires human resources with an educational background in civil engineering, where this agency is engaged in the construction of road and bridge spatial planning, but the work is carried out by people who are not suitable, the results will not run optimally. Thus, the assigned mutation employees have been able to even increase productivity in accordance with the main tasks and functions of each employee's work unit. Civil servants with mutations in the Regional Personnel Agency are said to have been able to adapt to their new jobs, especially in the administrative field, but the placement of Civil Service Civil Servants in the technical field of adaptation takes 1 to 6 months especially for Civil Servants who do not have basic skills in this field. As a transfer employee, the Civil Servant assigned to this new work unit admits that being placed in a new job can clearly eliminate employee boredom and boredom towards work, especially with the implementation of a transfer, PNS can improve employee career paths as an effort to improve careers higher.
