Abstract

This article aims to find out the effect of providing work incentives and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo. This type of research is causal associative research. The variables of this research are independent variables, namely work incentives (X1), work motivation (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). In this study, the population is only 38 people, so that all employees in the Custom Clearance division at PT. The Jakarta Transportindo Agile Award was used as a sample. The data analysis consisted of validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results of the data analysis show that the work incentive variable has a significant influence on employee performance. There is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. The variables of work incentives and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The results of the partial and simultaneous determination coefficient test, it can be concluded that the work incentive variable (X1) has a weak influence on employee performance by 28.9%. The variable of work motivation also had a weak influence on employee performance by 13.8%. Simultaneously, the variables of work incentives and work motivation had a not very strong influence on employee performance by 35.6%, meaning that there were still 64.4% variations in employee performance that were influenced by other factors

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT Kasoem Group , Baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan atau frontliner PT Kasoem Group yaitu berjumlah 40 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Sifat penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Metode analisa data yang digunakan antara lain uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier sederhana dan persamaan regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Pengaruh Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dapat dilihat dengan hasil uji thitung = 3,178 sedangkan ttabeel = 2,024 (thitung > ttabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,003 ttabel) deengan taraf signifikansi 0,002 < 0,050, Pelatihan dan Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dapat dilihat dengan hasil uji f hitung = 7,198 sedangkan ftabel = 3.25 (thitung > ttabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,002 < 0,050. Kontribusi pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 60,9% sedangkan sisanya seebeesar 39,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

Komunikasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Swadaya Sarana Berlian. Komunikasi yang efektif dan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat diyakini dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Mendapatkan data populasi jumlah keseluruhan karyawan PT Swadaya Sarana Berlian sebanyak 63 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan sensus. Analisis data menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis yaitu uji T dan uji F, uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan uji F, diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu 58,210 > 3,15. Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilai ρ value < Sig. 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara komunikasi (X1) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada pada PT. Swadaya Sarana Berlian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif dan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi internal dan gaya kepemimpinan agar kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan secara maksimal.

Abstract

K3 dan Motivasi Kerja sangat penting untuk menopang keberhasilan dan kesejahteraan di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Enseval Putra Megatrading Tbk Metodelogi yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif statistic dengan melakukan observasi dan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Populasi dan Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 41 yang meliputi karyawan warehouse, general affair, admin dan driver logistik. Dalam penelitian ini, uji t dan uji F digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Secara parsial, penerapan K3 dan motivasi kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Hal tersebut telah ditunjukkan Nilai t-hitung = 9,005 > t-tabel = 2,021 menunjukkan bahwa penerapan K3 memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara persial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan K3 merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Motivasi Kerja secara persial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut telah ditunjukkan Nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,678 > nilai t-tabel sebesar 2,021 menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. Kinerja karyawan di PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh penerapan K3 dan motivasi kerja, sesuai dengan hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Human resource problems, vision and mission that are not according to needs, work programs and budgets must be immediately responded to by the leadership of the UM Library so that he has a competitive advantage in carrying out his duties and functions properly. This study aims to obtain a method of how the UM Library implements strategic management by describing and analyzing the environmental analysis process, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation carried out by library leaders in developing the competitive advantage of UM libraries. This study explores data and information based on direct interviews with UM Library leaders and documentation related to strategic management in developing the advantages of UM Libraries. At the stage of environmental analysis with structuration theory, developing multi-directional communication, resources exceeding national standards, realizing an eco campus, observing user behavior and collaborating with other organizations. The strategy formulation stage, by formulating a contextual and flexible vision and mission, making goals in line with the goals of institutions, national libraries and ministries, implementing coopetition strategies, and making institutional and non-institutional policies. UM Library Leaders in implementing the strategy by running programs both written and intended, optimizing capital and making easy and simple work procedures. At the strategy evaluation stage, the UM library leadership conducts internal, external, formal and informal evaluations.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi mendorong perubahan  seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, baik sosial, budaya, ekonomi, dan berbagai aspek lain, termasuk transportasi. Masyarakat mengalami transformasi dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, belanja secara online, berinteraksi dengan media sosial, bahkan berpergian meggunakan aplikasi online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ojek online gojek di Tangerang. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif statistik menggunakan smartPls 4. Metode pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara, dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik sampling  non probability sampling dengan  sampling kuota. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  t statistic > t table dan nilai sig. > P value. Maka  kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan  Kualitas sdm berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan melalui  kualitas pelayanan. Uji structural inner model nilai R square 0,666 artinya  kualitas sumber daya manusia dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 66,6%., termasuk kategori pengaruh moderat.

Abstract

Background: Ratus as a traditional Javanese health ritual historically associated with purity and marital preparation, has undergone a significant transformation in meaning among contemporary women. This study aims to explore how Ratus is reinterpreted as a cultural, spiritual, and personal practice, revealing women’s bodily agency and negotiation within the dynamics of modernity. Methods: This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, nonparticipant observation, and documentation involving eight Javanese women aged 25–50 from Yogyakarta and Bantul, selected purposively for having practiced Ratus for at least two years. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis, supported by source triangulation and member checking to ensure data validity. Results: Five main themes emerged: (1) transformation of Ratus from a sacred ritual to a self-care practice; (2) spiritual and emotional healing dimensions; (3) reinforcement of cultural identity and female solidarity; (4) commodification of tradition within beauty markets; and (5) negotiation between tradition and modernity as symbolic resistance to Western medical and beauty norms. Conclusion: Ratus now functions as both a holistic health practice and a medium of cultural self-expression, reflecting Javanese women’s adaptive agency amid modernization. This study recommends strengthening the preservation of ratus practices through a sustainable cultural approach by involving women, health workers, and community leaders in efforts to maintain its meaning and health benefits.

Abstract

Promotion and price are important factors in realizing a company's sales goals. Promotion is very influential on the company's efforts to achieve maximum sales volume, as well as price perceptions will determine consumer behavior in deciding purchases. This research was conducted on customers of PT. Aneka Rasa Citra Sejati, Jakarta aims to analyze promotional factors and price perceptions that influence customer purchasing decisions for bear brand milk during the covid-19 pandemic. The sample in this study amounted to 105 respondents with a simple probability sampling method. The method used in data analysis is descriptive quantitative with correlation coefficient test, regression equation, F test, T test and Determination test, statistical data processing using SPSS 25 software. The results show that R square is 0.536 or 53.6%. This means that 53.6% of purchasing decisions are influenced by promotion and price factors. The correlation value between promotion and price on purchasing decisions is 0.732, which means there is a strong influence between variables X1, X2, and Y. Multiple linear regression coefficient test shows that Y= 1.723+0.395X1+0.354X2. The analysis above shows that sales promotion and price perception have a strong and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and the conclusion Ha is accepted that there is an influence of promotion and price on purchasing decisions of bear brand milk

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the sale of Bear Brand Milk during the covid-19 pandemic at PT. Various Taste of True Image, Jakarta. Companies engaged in the distribution of products PT. Nestle Indonesia in the form of coffee, cereals, and several kinds of milk, one of which is bear milk. The target market is Traditional Markets, Bakery, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Business Industries, School Canteens, Mini Markets, and Cooperatives. The implementation of sales is an important stage that has been determined by the company in the context of the company's operational activities. In conducting sales input using the ND6 program. This type of research is policy research (policy research) with a qualitative descriptive method. Methods of data collection using, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis phase with preparation, exploration, and reporting. This study shows that the implementation of sales starts from consumer orders to sales, is forwarded to the administration to make sales invoices and letters of delivery of goods. The invoice is checked by the head of the warehouse, and loading is carried out. When it is finished loading, the invoice and travel document are handed over to the driver and then sent to the customer's address, the consumer receives the goods and signs the delivery letter. Document data required in the form of direct order (Additional Order) or CMO (Cofirm Monthly Order) order a month earlier for products that are out of stock, PO (Purchase Order) Sales Invoice, and Travel Letter.
