Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the structure and condition of seagrass communities  in the waters of hadirin Beach and Batu lawang karimunjawa. national park. This exploratory research used descriptive qualitative methods, each study location is divided into two transects. Data identified at SPTN Office 1 Kemujan Karimunjawa National Park. The results of the study were six species of seagrass, namely: Holodule uninervise, Thalassodendron ciliatum, Halophila minor, Syringodium isoetifolium, Thalassia hemprichii and Cymodocea serrulata. The percentage of seagrass cover namely Holodule uninervise is 38.04 %. Thalassodendron ciliatum of 6.25%, Halophila minor of 29.56%, Syringodium isoetifolium of 31.25%, Thalassia hemprichii at 14.21% and Cymodocea serrulata to 16.9%. The highest density of seagrass species in Hadirin Beach is from the Uninervise holodule species 72.30%, with 858 stands on the first transect and 54.66% on the second transect with 253 stands. Whereas for the highest Batu Lawang Beach is the species of Thalassia hemprichii 51.1% with 162 stands, on the first transect and 44.9% with 114 stands. The substrate has the type of sandy clay and coral fragments. Holodule uninervise is the most dominant species found on the beach of Hadirin meanwhile Thalassia hemprichi is the most dominant species in Batu Lawang.

Abstract

Desa Limbasari secara geografis terletak di Kecamatan Bobotsari Kabupaten Purbalingga. Desa Limbasari merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang baru di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Desa ini mempunyai potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata dalam segi wisata kebumian dan geoheritage. Daya tarik wisata yang ada berupa River Tubing, landscape pegunungan batuan gunung api yang terdapat batu jasper hijau “nogo sui”, dan situs kebudayaan prasejarah. Di samping itu keunikan budaya serta sejarah masyarakat juga menjadi daya tarik bagi masyarakat perkotaan. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah mengulas kelayakan geosite dan geomorphosite di Desa Limbasari sebagai sebuah solusi bagaimana memanfaatkan kekayaan geologi beserta berbagai dinamikanya untuk kegiatan wisata edukasi dan ekonomi yang berwawasan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemetaan potensi geologi sebagai kawasan wisata, inventarisasi pada lokasi yang mempunyai cagar budaya dan sejarah serta wawancara dengan pihak terkait dan studi literatur. Dari hasil kelayakan di kawasan wisata Limbasari mempunyai nilai kelayakan antara 47.5% - 73.5%. Dengan demikian, Kawasan Desa Wisata Limbasari, Kabupaten Purbalingga layak menjadi objek geowisata dengan aspek penilaian didasarkan pada nilai kuantifikasi berbagai keindahan antara alam dan proses geologi yang mengontrol terbentuknya obyek geowisata tersebut.Limbasari Village is geographically located in Bobotsari Subdistrict, Purbalingga Regency. Limbasari Village is one of the new tourism villages in Purbalingga Regency. This village has great potential to be developed as a tourist destination in terms of earth tourism and geoheritage. The tourist attractions are River Tubing, mountainous volcanic mountain landscape with green jasper stone "nogo sui", and prehistoric cultural sites. In addition, the cultural and historical uniqueness of the community is also an attraction for urban communities. The purpose of this study is to review the potential of Geotourism and geoheritage in the Village of Limbasari as a solution to how to utilize the rich geological and cultural sites along with various dynamics for educational activities that are environmentally friendly education and economy. The method used in this study is the mapping of geological potential as a tourist area, an inventory of locations that have cultural and historical reserves as well as interviews with relevant parties and literature studies. From the results of research in the tourist area Limbasari has a feasibility value between 47.5% - 73.5%. Thus, the Limbasari Tourism Village Area, Purbalingga Regency deserves to be a geotourism object with the assessment aspect based on the quantification value of various beauties between nature and the geological process that controls the formation of the geotourism object.

Abstract

Pemerintah daerah sebagai suatu lembaga penyelenggara pemerintahandisuatu daerah sangat penting dalam kegiatan pembangunan daerah. Padakegiatan perencanaan pembangunan daerah akan berisi program dan kegiatanyang sesuai dengan visi dan misi suatu daerah. Program dan kegiatan yang direncanakan oleh suatu daerah akan dapat berjalan dengan lancar apabiladidukung dengan anggaran yang memadai dan sesuai dengan sasaran yang tepat. Anggaran yang dikeluarkan harus sesuai dengan program dan kegiatan yang diajukan oleh setiap SKPD di lembaga pemerintahan daerah. Efisiemsi dan ketepatan anggaran menjadi suatu hal yang penting dalam rangka penciptaan anggaran yang tepat dilingkungan pemerintah daerah. Analisis Standar Belanja (ASB) mempunyai tujuan untuk membantu pemerintah dalam penentuan anggaran suatu program dan kegiatan pembangunan. Penggunaan Analisis Standar Belanja (ASB) akan memmbantu dalam penentuan anggaran, karena disusun berdasarkan program dan kegiatan yang sudah pernah di lakukandengan memperhitungkan nilai inflasi pada suatu tahun anggaran yang dibuatdalam bentuk rancangan database. Rancangan basisdata Analisis Standar Belanjadibuat menggunakan model relational, rancangan ini akan memberikan gambarankepada pemerintah daerah sebagai user mengenai basisdata yang akan dibuat dalam rancangan Analisis Standar Belanja

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi infromasi yang sangat pesat pada dewasa ini menuntut setiap lembaga bagik itu lembaga pemerintah maupun swasta untuk dapat mengikuti perkembanganya guna bersaing dalam dunia usaha. BAPPEDA Kabupaten Pemalang merupakan suatu lembaga pemerintah daerah yang mempunyai tugas untuk melakukan pendataan terhadap kemajuan dan perencanaan pembangunan di Kabupaten Pemalang. Pendataan kemajuan dan perencanaan pembangunan akan dapat tersampaikan dengan baik apabila mempunyai suatu sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dalam penyampaian informasi. Sarana tersebut antara lain adalah dukungan sistem informasi yang baik. Sistem informasi yang baik akan didapatkan dari perancangan dan analisa yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dari penggunanya. Pengembangan berorientasi objek merupakan suatu metode yang menekangkan pengembangan dengan didasarkan pada kebutuhan user yang paling mendasar,disamping itu pengembangan ini juga mendasarkan pada objek – objek yang akan dikembangkan dalam pengembangannya. Sehingga akan didapatkan suatu sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan user.

Abstract

Sistem  informasi merupakan  suatu  kebutuhan  yang  pada  era  sekarang  ini menjadi suatu  hal  yang  sangat  penting  didalam menunjang  kemajuan,  perkembangan  suatu daerah  dan  pemerintahan.  Perencanaan  pembangunan  yang  dibuat  dalam  bentuk sistem informasi akan sangat membantu dalam melakukan pendataan dan melakukan perancanaan terhadap pembangunan suatu daerah. BAPPEDA Kabupaten Pemalang merupakan  suatu  lembaga  yang  diberikan  tugas  dan  wewenang  untuk merenacanakan,  melakukan  pembangunan  daerah  Pemalang.  Dukungan  sistem informasi  sangat  diperlukan  untuk  menunjang  kegiatan  serta  perencanaan  dan pendataan  kegiatan  yang  akan  dan  telah  dilakukan  oleh  BAPPEDA  Kabutapen Pemalang.  Pendekatan  terstruktur/prosedural  merupakn  salah  satu  teknik  didalam pengembangan aplikasi  sistem  informasi. Dengan pendekatan  terstruktur/prosedural perancangan  sistem  informasi  yang  akan  dibangun  berorientasikan  pada  data  yang digali  dan  didapatkan  dari  kebutuhan  user.  Disamping  itu  pada  pendekatan terstruktur/prosedural  lebih  menekankan  pada  aliran  data  yang  masuk  dan  keluar dari sistem informasi. Sehingga akan menghasilkan modul-modul dengan aliran data yang rinci. Kata kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Terstruktur/Prosedural, Perencanaan Pembangunan.

Abstract

Community Participant Program Services (In Indonesia: Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) is an activity that must be carried out by final year students in Indonesia. Community Participant Program Services are intended so that students can apply the knowledge gained in lectures to people's lives. The Covid-19 pandemic made all available resources mobilized to be able to cope with the pandemic that occurred, Community Participant Program Services were directed by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture to be able to help the situation by making Community Participant Program Services in the form of Covid 19 volunteers. Indonesia is an archipelagic country consisting of 33 provinces and more than 17000 islands with diverse geographical contours and unattended telecommunication facilities in all locations requiring a volunteer monitoring system that is simple, effective, and easy to use. The system proposed in this research is based on telegram which has the advantage of ease and speed of development in adapting to changes in the rules that apply during the epidemic period. This research has contributed to monitoring the activities and health of the 2847 Covid-19 volunteers from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman who are scattered throughout Indonesia and facilitating decision.

Abstract

The Course Scheduling System is a website-based system that has the function of compiling course schedules at the Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Sudirman University. This system is used by several users, namely Bapendik/admin and vice dean, while the results of the scheduling will be inputted into SIA and viewed by SIA users. This system has features to manage lecturer data, course data, room data, slot data, day data, and arrange course scheduling. Previously, the preparation of courses was still using the manual method, namely by entering the course data one by one. Based on the existing problems, the author tries to build a frontend of the Course Scheduling System to facilitate users in compiling a computerized and automatic course schedule through the system. The system is built using the DevOps development method and the javascript library, namely React Js. The results of system testing show that all functions on the system can run according to user needs.

Abstract

Distributed databases have been a research subject that attracted many researchers to study. Distributed databases have many advantages, such as reliability and data availability. There are still many problems in this subject area that need to be solved through researches. In this paper, query data extractor, a subsystem of distributed database system, is designed and implemented. Query data extractor reside at the heart of the distributed database system. The main task of the query data extractor is to extract query data issued by applications sitting at a site to result data needed by optimizer subsystem in fragmentation and allocation processes.

Abstract

The application of information technology in the library can increase the acceleration of information to the public. One of the library activities that quite a lot of using paper media is borrowing books. The use of ledgers in borrowing books is tantamount to spending a lot of paper with large data and will cause piles later. Therefore, it is necessary to update the book lending system with integrated information technology in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the library. The Book Borrowing System or known as TEMANKU is a book lending system that is integrated with the internet to improve operations in book lending activities in the library. In carrying out this activity, a method must be used to implement it. The waterfall method was chosen because it is easy to implement and the system implementation can be implemented in a better and structured manner. On the other hand, the approach used in the design uses data flow diagram ( DFD). The results of this study resulted in the design of a website-based book lending system.

Abstract

Stroke is the second most deadly disease in the world according to WHO. The sufferer has an injury to the nervous system. Because of this, health experts, especially in the field of nursing, need special attention. Technological advances continue to change over time so that information needs are needed in life. Currently the data on stroke sufferers is extensive enough so that adequate information presentation techniques are needed so that the information received is very accurate and in accordance with user needs. Therefore, it is necessary to process data mining on stroke patient data to obtain useful information for users. This study aims to prove the performance of the Elbow Method to produce the optimum k value in the stroke prediction data using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm. The optimum k value is generated from the Elbow Method which is executed with the Google Collaboratory using the Python programming language. The test results show that the Elbow Method produces the optimum k value at k = 7. The KNN model that uses the optimum k value from the Elbow Method can increase the accuracy and precision values ​​reaching 6% and 0.12, respectively.
