Abstract

Flats Directorate of The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing is government agencies in charge of providing flats. The research method used is the method of observation, interview method, and method of study documentation. The official script is the organization of written communication which includes setting the type, format, filling, legitimacy, security, distribution, storage of the official script, and media used in official communication. The implementation of electronic service on the flats directorate of public works and public housing shall be in accordance with Ministerial Regulation No.54 of 2009. Electronic service script is an application used for the storage, distribution, and security of service scripts. The weakness of this application is on inputting outgoing mail, but can be overcome by inputting manually. By the existence of this electronic service script, the work in the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing is expected can be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Abstract

Right now in this era of globalization, the information technology is speeding up. The computer is a device that was created to facilitate human work, while achieving good progress in the manufacture of hardware and software. PT. Korma Jaya Utama requires a computerized system that supports and provides good service for its employees. That's why the author tries to make the Final Project on Payroll Program Design at PT. Korma Jaya Utama Jakarta. PT. Korma Jaya Utama is a company engaged in the food processing industry, especially soy sauce. The existing system at PT. Korma Jaya Utama is done semi-computerized, so it has frequent constraints such as errors in the calculation and payment of salary, search data long enough, recording absent absences are still done manually, errors in calculating overtime until making reports that require time long. So with a computerized system is the best solution to solve the problems existing in this company, as well as with a computerized system can be achieved an effective and efisisen activities in supporting activities in this company.

Abstract

Administration is an important activity in managing a business. The role of administration is very influential in supporting business growth, without good administrative handling, business actors will have difficulty knowing the data that the company wants. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of property sales administration at PT Satwika Permai Indah Jakarta, and various obstacles and solutions to overcome them. Qualitative descriptive research form with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that PT Satwika Permai Indah Jakarta in the implementation of cash and credit sales administration, there were 10 parties involved, namely consumers, sales marketing and admins, cashiers, finance, taxes, law, the Home Ownership Credit (HOC) team, banks, directors, as well as a notary. Documents required include Proof of Marketing Receipt, PPJB, SP3K, AJB, SSP, Certificate of Ownership, Certificate. The process starts from the consumer selecting the unit, making the payment, interviewing the bank's credit analyst, until it is ratified by a notary, and PT Satwika Permai Indah handing over the unit that is ready to be occupied by the consumer. In making land deeds, sometimes there are delays due to incomplete or invalid consumer data. This is a concern for legal parties to remind consumers to update the necessary data.

Abstract

Promotion and price are important factors in realizing a company's sales goals. Promotion is very influential on the company's efforts to achieve maximum sales volume, as well as price perceptions will determine consumer behavior in deciding purchases. This research was conducted on customers of PT. Aneka Rasa Citra Sejati, Jakarta aims to analyze promotional factors and price perceptions that influence customer purchasing decisions for bear brand milk during the covid-19 pandemic. The sample in this study amounted to 105 respondents with a simple probability sampling method. The method used in data analysis is descriptive quantitative with correlation coefficient test, regression equation, F test, T test and Determination test, statistical data processing using SPSS 25 software. The results show that R square is 0.536 or 53.6%. This means that 53.6% of purchasing decisions are influenced by promotion and price factors. The correlation value between promotion and price on purchasing decisions is 0.732, which means there is a strong influence between variables X1, X2, and Y. Multiple linear regression coefficient test shows that Y= 1.723+0.395X1+0.354X2. The analysis above shows that sales promotion and price perception have a strong and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and the conclusion Ha is accepted that there is an influence of promotion and price on purchasing decisions of bear brand milk

Dengan kemajuan teknologi terutama pada bidang teknologi informasi, website salah satu media yang tepat untuk memberikan layanan informasi. Dengan membanguni sebuahi perangkati lunaki layanan informasii berbasisi mediai website, tentunyai segala layanani informasii yangi hendaki diberikani terhadap masyarakati ataupuni sekedari mengenalkani identitas perusahaani itui sendirii dapati menggunakani media websiteo tanpai adai keterbatasani ruangi informasi karenai websitei bersifati dinamisi sehinggai dapat berubah-ubah isi website itu sendiri sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Perancangan sistem informasi ini diharapkan menjadi metode alternatif dalam melakukan promosi dan transaksi pembelian yang lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini terfokus pada user (pembeli) dan admin. Fitur yang dapat diakses oleh pembeli setelah melalukan pendaftaran dan login yaitu melakukan proses pemesanan. Pembuatan sistem penjualan ini memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan proses pembelian serta memudahkan pemilik toko dalam melakukan promosi produknya agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci : Perancangan, sistem informasi dan penjualan pakaian.

Abstract

Direktorat Rumah Susun Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat adalah instansi pemerintah yang bergerak dalam penyediaan rumah susun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode studi dokumentasi, Tata naskah dinas merupakan penyelenggaraan komunikasi tulis yang meliputi pengaturan jenis, format, pengisian, pengamanan, pengabsahan, distribusi, dan penyimpanan naskah dinas. Serta media yang digunakan dalam komunikasi kedinasan, pelaksanaan tata naskah dinas elektronik pada Direktorat Rumah Susun Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat harus sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri nomer 54 tahun 2009. Tata naskah dinas elektronik adalah sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk penyimpanan, pendistribusian, dan pengamanan naskah dinas. Aplikasi ini masih terdapat kekurangan dalam penginputan surat keluar. Meskipun ada kekurangan tersebut namun masih bisa teratasi dengan cara penginputan secara manual. Dengan adanya tata naskah dinas elektronik ini diharapkan dapat membantu pekerjaan di Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat agar lebih efektif dan efisien Kata Kunci : Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik.

Abstract

Pelayanan jasa merupakan kegiatan yang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhannya berupa kemudahan, kecepatan, dan kenyamanan. Pelanggan yang merasa mendapatkan layanan yang prima tentu akan merasa puas, demikian juga sebaliknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan studi pada nasabah BPJS Ketenagakerjaan cabang Grogol jakarta dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 orang, dengan teknik random sampling. Bentuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data; observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi, regresi dan determinasi dengan pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,978 artinya terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat anatara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Uji Koefisien regresi diperoleh persamaan Y= -1,303+1,035X. Hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 95,7% yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan. Pelayanan dyang diberikan bagian customer service pada nasabah BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta memberikan kepuasan bagi para nasabanya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the sale of Bear Brand Milk during the covid-19 pandemic at PT. Various Taste of True Image, Jakarta. Companies engaged in the distribution of products PT. Nestle Indonesia in the form of coffee, cereals, and several kinds of milk, one of which is bear milk. The target market is Traditional Markets, Bakery, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Business Industries, School Canteens, Mini Markets, and Cooperatives. The implementation of sales is an important stage that has been determined by the company in the context of the company's operational activities. In conducting sales input using the ND6 program. This type of research is policy research (policy research) with a qualitative descriptive method. Methods of data collection using, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis phase with preparation, exploration, and reporting. This study shows that the implementation of sales starts from consumer orders to sales, is forwarded to the administration to make sales invoices and letters of delivery of goods. The invoice is checked by the head of the warehouse, and loading is carried out. When it is finished loading, the invoice and travel document are handed over to the driver and then sent to the customer's address, the consumer receives the goods and signs the delivery letter. Document data required in the form of direct order (Additional Order) or CMO (Cofirm Monthly Order) order a month earlier for products that are out of stock, PO (Purchase Order) Sales Invoice, and Travel Letter.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat menuntut adanya pemanfaatan suatu sistem informasi dalam mendukung aktifitas transaksi dalam suatu perusahaan. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi akuntansi menjadi keunggulan kompetitif dalam menghadapi persaingan dalam bidang perdagangan, termasuk penjualan obat. pemanfaatan sistem informasi akuntansi akan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam menangani transaksi penjualan obat. Apotek Anugrah yang merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan obat, saat ini masih menggunakan sistem penjualan secara manual dengan menggunakan dokumen kertas dan aplikasi Microsoft office. Hal tersebut menyebabkan masalah dalam penanganan transaksi penjualan dan pengolahan data keuangan, seperti kesalahan perhitungan, kurang amannya penyimpanan data, serta lamanya proses pembuatan laporan. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut maka dirancang suatu sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis komputer dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Peneliti menganalisis sistem yang berjalan pada Apotek Anugrah untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi dan merancang arsitektur perangkat lunak, merancang database dan interface sebagai solusi pemecahan masalah. Untuk mengimplementasikan sistem digunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP My SQL. Dengan sistem informasi akuntansi yang terkomputerisasi, permasalahan yang selama ini muncul dapat diselesaikan secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di tengah persaingan bisnis penjualan obat
