Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompentensi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Negeri Sipil pada kantor BPKAD Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai BPKD Kota Tidore Kepulauan dengan jumlah 56 Pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompentensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja hal ini di tunjukan dengan nilai koefisiensi sebesar 0,143 dengan nilai Thitung 3,151 > Ttabel 1,673. Dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,003 <0.05. stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. hal ini di tunjukan dengan nilai koefisiensi sebesar 0,075. dengan nilai Thitung 0,845 < Ttabel 1,673. Dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,402 > 0,05. kompentensi dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan Fhitung 7,11 > 3,15 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Tidore Islands City, 2019-2023, with a measurement method using the Value for Money method. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that 1). In terms of economic ratios, the financial performance of BPKAD of Tidore Islands city from 2019 to 2023 meets the Economic indicators 2. In terms of efficient ratios, the performance of BPKAD of the city of Tidore Islands from 2019 to 2023 meets the inefficient indicators. 3). Financial performance at BPKAD of Tidore Islands city in 2019 meets the Effective criteria, and in 2020, 2021, and 2022 meets the criteria for very Effective, while for 2023 it meets the criteria for ineffective. This finding shows significant fluctuations in financial performance, especially a decrease in effectiveness in the last year, which is a serious concern for the Agency. These results are important for evaluating ratio-based financial performance and making practical contributions in strengthening budget planning and control at the agency level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education level, training, and motivation on the performance of village officials in Oba Tengah District, Tidore Kepulauan City. This study uses quantitative methods and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The sample in this study consisted of 109 respondents. The results of the simultaneous test showed that the F count was 9.917 > 2.69 with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. This means that education level, training, and motivation simultaneously and jointly have a significant effect on the performance of village officials. However, in terms of partial variables, the level of education with a T value of 3.048 > T table 1.659. With a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05, this means that the level of education has an effect on the performance of village officials. Meanwhile, the training variable with a T value of 0.580 < T table 1.659. With a significance level of 0.563 > 0.05. This means that training does not affect the performance of village officials. The motivation variable has a T-value of 1.197 < 1.659. With a significance level of 0.234 > 0.05, this means that motivation does not affect the performance of village officials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Job Stress on Employee Performance at the National Road Implementation Agency of North Maluku Province. The population in this study consists of 298 employees at the National Road Implementation Agency of North Maluku Province. The type of research conducted is quantitative, with a sample of 85 employees taken using the census method. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS 20 software.The results of this study show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the National Road Implementation Agency of North Maluku Province. Job stress also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the National Road Implementation Agency of North Maluku Province. Partial testing results found that there is a relationship between the work environment and employee performance, as well as between job stress and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, customer reviews, and customer ratings on the purchasing interest of Nuku University students. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is Nuku University students, totaling 515 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests), multiple linear regression, t-tests (partial tests), F-tests (simultaneous tests), and determination coefficient tests. The research results show that (1) price has a significant impact on purchase interest, (2) customer reviews do not have a significant impact on purchase interest, (3) customer ratings have a significant impact on purchase interest, and (4) price, customer reviews, and customer ratings have a simultaneous impact on purchase interest.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of digital literacy and Facebook social media on Umi Tum's household business income. This study uses quantitative methods. The population of the research results shows that the digital literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on income, this is indicated by a coefficient value of 0.390 with a Tcount value of 6.978> Ttable 1.971. With a significance level of (0.000) <0.05. Furthermore, the Facebook social media variable has a positive and significant effect on income, this is indicated by a coefficient value of 0.448 with a Tcount value of 8.010> Ttable 1.971 With a significance level of (0.000) <0.05 and digital literacy and Facebook social media simultaneously have a significant effect on income with Fcount 142.175> 3.04 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The sample in this study was 223 active customers/consumers of the Umi Tum home business in Gurabati sub-district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business capital and pricing on culinary business revenue in micro-enterprises in South Tidore District. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 77 active culinary businesses in South Tidore District. The results of the study indicate that the business capital variable has a positive and significant effect on revenue, as indicated by a coefficient value of 0.423, with a calculated t-value of 4.069 > t-table 1.992 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The pricing variable also has a positive and significant effect on revenue, with a coefficient value of 0.498, a calculated t-value of 5.283 > t-table 1.992, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, business capital and pricing have a significant effect on culinary business revenue, as evidenced by a calculated F-value of 228.719 > F-table 3.119 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the greater the business capital and the more appropriate the pricing applied, the higher the income obtained by micro culinary businesses in South Tidore District.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan memberdayakan rumah tangga keluarga dengan memanfaatkan potensi kelapa yang hanya dijadikan kopra. Produk olahan dari buah kelapa hanya dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan kopra karena terkendala pengetahuan inovasi produk, manajemen usaha, strategi pemasaran produk. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM Khadijah Berkah dalam meningkatkan produksi roti, meningkatkan pengetahuan manajemen usaha, memperluas akses pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan observasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan mitra yang terlibat dan aktif sebanyak 90% dalam mengikuti kegiatan hingga selesai, sehingga terjadi peningkatan secara signifikan terhadap pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti program pengabdian yang melampaui target di atas 50%. Selanjutnya, mitra dapat mengoperasikan mesin Planetary Mixer DMX-B10 sehingga terjadi peningkatan hingga 90% produk layak jual, serta terjadi peningkatan pendapatan mitra. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini bahwa program pengabdian dengan pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi UMKM dan kesejahteraan pelaku usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) on Community Welfare in Toloa Village, South Tidore District, Tidore Islands City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method used is a census or population study, involving the entire population that meets the criteria (still receiving assistance) of 70 Family Cards (KK). The results of the study indicate that: (1) The Family Hope Program (PKH) variable partially has a positive and significant effect on community welfare, as evidenced by the t-count value of 3.429 > t-table 1.965 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. (2) The Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) variable partially has a positive and significant effect on community welfare, with a t-count value of 3.318 > t-table 1.965 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, the PKH and BPNT variables have a positive and significant effect on community welfare, as indicated by the F-count value of 7.991 > 3.132 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. From this research, the PKH and BPNT social assistance programs, both partially and simultaneously, have been proven to have a positive and significant impact in improving community welfare in Toloa Village, South Tidore District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of principal leadership in improving teacher performance at Folarora Elementary School, Tidore Islands City. This study used descriptive qualitative methods, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The research informants consisted of the principal and homeroom teachers of grades I through VI. The results indicate that the principal plays a significant role in improving educational quality through three main aspects: management, entrepreneurship, and supervision. The principal is able to organize and manage school activities collaboratively, provide guidance and evaluation of teacher performance, and foster an innovative spirit, although its implementation has not been optimal.Teacher performance at Folarora Elementary School is considered good, demonstrated by mastery of four teacher competencies (pedagogical, professional, social, and personality). However, challenges remain, including limited infrastructure and low parental support. Therefore, the principal's leadership has a significant influence on improving teacher performance at Folarora Elementary School.
