The aim of this research is to find out how the archive management policy is implemented at the Jirak Jaya District Office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The research method used is qualitative. The focus of this research is on the Implementation of Records Management Policy with several elements that must be implemented through 1) Communication, 2) Resources, 3) Disposition 4) Bureaucratic Structure. This research data comes from primary data and secondary data. The data collection procedures for this research are 1) Stages of entering the field (getting in), 2) Stages of being in the field (getting along), 3) Stages of leaving the field (getting out). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that in 1) communication there are different sources of information and it is not clear in conveying information that details about static archive management have not been included in the RENSTRA and RENJA and have not been conveyed optimally to interested parties regarding the basic documents that become policies. static archive management; 2) Resources, there has not been a master plan related to the provision of static archive management facilities, instead what has happened is a partial plan which has a tendency to be patchy in meeting the needs of these facilities, and there is no functional archivist who has special archive management capabilities; 3) Disposition, the attitude of data and information management officers towards static records management policies is still not good, because formally static records management policies are still a new category of affairs within the scope of regional government bureaucracy; 4) Bureaucratic structure, there is overlapping division of authority in the Data and Information Management Section of the Jirak Jaya Subdistrict Office, Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Diversifying food consumption by cultivating diverse, nutritious, balanced and safe (B2SA) food consumption patterns is currently one of the focuses of government attention in the field of food security at both the central government and regional government levels. Food security refers to a situation where all people have physical, social and economic access to food which includes aspects of availability, accessibility, utilization and stability. Food consumption patterns are very important, especially for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, in efforts to prevent stunting. This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews to find out the extent of people's knowledge about the B2SA diet regarding the implementation of their daily diet. From the five regions in South Sumatra, it turns out that from the communication strategy by means of education with direct counseling, knowledge and awareness about B2SA food is said to have increased as proven by the posttest results which lead to community satisfaction from the education they received. ABSTRAKPenganekaragaman konsumsi pangan dengan membudayakan pola konsumsi Pangan yang Beragam, Bergizi, Seimbang, dan Aman (B2SA) dewasa ini menjadi salah satu focus perhatian pemerintah di Bidang Ketahanan Pangan baik pada level Pemerintah Pusat maupun Pemerinah Daerah. Ketahanan pangan merujuk pada keadaan dimana semua orang memiliki akses secara fisik, sosial, dan ekonomi terhadap makanan yang meliputi aspek ketersediaan, aksesibilitas, pemanfaatan, dan stabilitas. Pola konsumsi pangan menjadi sangat penting terutama baik bagi kalangan Ibu hamil maupun menyusui dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pola makan B2SA terhadap implementasi pola makan kesehariannya. Dari lima wilayah yang ada di Sumatera Selatan, ternyata dari strategi komunikasi dengan cara edukasi dengan penyuluhan langsung, pengetahuan dan kesadaran tentang pangan B2SA dikatakan meningkat terbukti hasil posttest yang mengarah kepada kepuasan msyarakat dari edukasi yang diterima mereka.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 4 Tahun 2010 tentang pedoman PATEN terhadap pelaksanaan PATEN di Kecamatan Tanjung Raja. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Aspek atau fokus penelitian ini adalah implementasi Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 4 Tahun 2010 Tentang Pedoman PATEN di Kecamatan Tanjung Raja. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis data kualitatif dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa implementasi Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 4 Tahun 2010 tentang pedoman PATEN di Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, telah memenuhi empat variabel pengukuran efektivitas implementasi suatu kebijakan publik menurut Teori George C. Edward III tersebut. Keempat variabel dimaksud antara lain komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi atau sikap kecenderungan, dan struktur birokrasi.

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di BPSDMD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh staf BPSDMD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan OPD se Sumatera Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan ini maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu ada beberapa cara memotivasi dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia : 1) Melakukan pendekatan emosional terhadap para karyawan, 2) Motivasi karyawan dibangun didasarkan pada contoh suri tauladan, 3) Melibatkan karyawan atau bawahan untuk memberikan usul, ide dan saran, 4) Menjelaskan mengenai visi misi, tujuan serta misi mulia apa sebenarnya yang ada di perusahaan untuk masyarakat, 5) Pelatihan Manajemen, 6) Tata Usaha Sistem Penggajian dan Upah SDM, 7) Kondisi kerja, 8) Menghargai dan Memerhatikan SDM.

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan sosialisasi sistem merit dalam manajemen Aparatur Sipil Negara. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh Aparatur Sipil Negara Jabatan Fungsional Analis Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan ini maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu penerapan sistem merit dalam manajemen Aparatur Sipil Negara di instansi pemerintah merupakan sebuah sistem yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk terciptanya birokrasi yang sehat, efektif dan efisien. Dengan terciptanya Aparatur Sipil Negara yang profesional dapat mendorong Indonesia menjadi middle upper countries yang mampu bersaing dengan negara lain.
