Abstract

Sumber daya manusia kesehatan merupakan tenaga kesehatan strategis maupun tenaga pendukung kesehatan yang terlibat dan bekerja serta mengabdikan dirinya dalam upaya manajemen kesehatan. Derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang optimal dipengaruhi oleh pelayanan kesehatan yang baik serta kualitas SDM kesehatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat di daerah tersebut. Tujuan yang akan dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi peningkatan kualitas SDM kesehatan yang ada di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang. Dari hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa ada beberapa program kerja yang dimiliki oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang guna meningkatkan kualitas SDM kesehatan yaitu adanya pelatihan manajemen puskesmas, pemanfaatan e-kohort, hingga diklat.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. The method used in this research is literature study orlibrary research the purpose of this is the collection of data through literature. Companies must have an organizational culture because it is very important to provide direction for each employee in achieving company goals. With the existence of an organizational culture, it will have an impact on the company, namely organizational culture becomes the basis of ethics to shape the desired behavioral character of members so that it can support company performance, increase consistency in work and organizational members feel they have an identity that is a pride and characteristic of the company. One of the ways to build an organizational culture to develop a company is by promoting organizational culture. Socialization is one of the company's ways of communicating with employees about everything related to activities within the company and the culture that exists in the company so that employees can understand as a whole. The process of disseminating organizational culture can be done by 1) selecting prospective employees, 2) placing employees in certain jobs, 3) exploring the field of work, 4) giving awards and evaluating employees, 5) being loyal to the organization, 6) enriching news and events regarding various topics related to organizational culture, and 7) there is recognition and achievement promotions given to employees when they have carried out their duties properly.

Abstract

Sosialisasi mengenai upaya pencegahan peredaran dan penggunaan narkoba yang di lakukan di Desa Dongkal Kecamatan Pedes Kabupaten Karawang merupakan bentuk kepedulian akan bahaya dari penggunaan narkoba. Penyalahgunaan dan peredaran narkoba merupakan sebuah fenomena yang sangat menakutkan dan berbahaya bagi bangsa dan Negara khususnya pada generasi muda. Dampak buruk narkoba juga sudah merambah ke dunia pendidikan, baik di SD, SMP, SMA, maupun di perguruan tinggi. penyalahgunaan narkoba dapat menimbulkan berbagai resiko, baik secara hukum, medis maupun psikososial. Ada beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya peredaran dan penggunaan narkoba baik dari dalam maupun dari luar. Berbagai upaya dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah masuk dan beredarnya narkoba di Desa Dongkal, seperti sosialisasi, pembinaan dan pengawasan, serta penerapan sanksi pidana bagi pengedar dan pemakai narkoba agar menimbulkan efek jera.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience on employee performance based on a literature review. Analyze the combined effect of educational background and work experience on employee performance. Identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the relationship between education, work experience, and employee performance. Provide a conceptual overview and recommendations regarding the equivalence of education and work experience in improving employee performance. The research method used is a library study, where researchers review previous research and then draw conclusions from the results. This study was conducted by reanalyzing previous research relevant to the research objectives and developing a deeper understanding. Based on the results of the reanalysis of three previous studies, this study shows that educational background and work experience have a significant influence on employee performance. A higher level of education positively contributes to improved cognitive abilities, technical skills, and understanding of job duties and responsibilities. This results in increased efficiency, work quality, and problem-solving abilities in the workplace.Furthermore, work experience has also been shown to have a positive relationship with employee performance. Employees with longer tenure tend to have a better understanding of systems, organizational culture, and applicable work procedures. This experience allows them to work more effectively, reduce errors, and adapt more quickly to changes or challenges in the workplace. Simultaneously, the combination of a good level of education and adequate work experience forms stronger work competencies, which ultimately contributes to increased productivity and overall performance quality. These results are in line with previous research findings which confirm that human resources with a higher educational background and extensive work experience are important assets for organizations in achieving goals and competitive advantages.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the entrepreneurial spirit is an important key to the nation's progress. Singaperbangsa Karawang University, as a higher education institution, also contributes to fostering interest in entrepreneurship among its students. This research was conducted with the main objectives to: (1) Understand the influence of entrepreneurship education on students' interest in entrepreneurship at Singaperbangsa University, Karawang. (2) Measuring how big the role of academic support from the university is in increasing students' interest in entrepreneurship. (3) Evaluate the effectiveness of entrepreneurship programs that have been implemented by Singaperbangsa Karawang University. This research involved 100 students at Singaperbangsa University Karawang who were selected randomly (random sampling). Data was collected through a questionnaire designed to measure the variables of entrepreneurship education, academic support, and interest in entrepreneurship. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 23 software. This research shows that entrepreneurship education and academic support are important factors in increasing students' interest in entrepreneurship at Singaperbangsa University Karawang.
