Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu sektor industri jasa yang memberikan layanan berupa kesehatan kepada masyarakat yang terdiri dari pengobatan, pencegahan penyakit, dan meningkatkan kesehatan. Dengan demikian, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan perlu dilakukan pembinaan, standarisasi, dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data secara langsung melalui wawancara dan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Kemampuan dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia diperlukan guna memperoleh visi dan misi suatu organisasi untuk mendeteksi dan mengintervensi masalah, sehingga setiap masalah yang menjadi tanggung jawab utama dan fungsi organisasi dapat diselesaikan. SDM yang ada di Kelompok Sub Substansi Pelayanan Kesehatan Primer Bidang Pelayanan Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang meliputi orang-orang yang bekerja dalam bidang kesehatan maupun non kesehatan. Kinerja program berdasarkan SOTK Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang meliputi Puskesmas (Pelayanan Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat) dan jaringan pelayanan Puskesmas. Adapun Puskesmas itu sendiri mencakup pelayanan rawat inap dan non rawat inap, Perkesmas (Pelayanan Keperawatan Kesehatan Masyarakat), pelayanan laboratorium, pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut, pelayanan kesehatan tradisional, PIS-PK (Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga), dan pelayanan kesehatan matra. Sedangkan, jaringan pelayanan Puskesmas diantaranya Pustu (Puskesmas Pembantu) dan jejaring Puskesmas (klinik dan praktik mandiri tenaga kesehatan).

Abstract

Clinic licensing is an important part of public service. Permenkes 9 of 2014 concerning Clinics is a means of control related to . After the visitation process is complete, the Health Office will issue a Standard 3 Certificate issued by the Health Office and then the clinic verification process continues on the DPMPTSP website. Prior to the OSS agency, the clinic approval process in Indonesia often involved several different government agencies, such as the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM), the Ministry of Health and the local Health Office...Each agency has different requirements and procedures, which can be time-consuming and costly for clinic owners...OSS allows clinic owners to enter information and attach the required documents to a single application, which is then reviewed by the relevant authorities...This licensing process, which gives birth to a standard certificate, protects clinics that want to build buildings and business licenses so that if there are problems, they can show the standard certificate as proof that the clinic is licensed.

Abstract

The government has established various vaccination policies for Hajj pilgrims based on existing legal foundations. The health examination of the Hajj pilgrims is conducted in several stages, including COVID-19 vaccination and meningitis vaccination. Health education is also provided to broaden the pilgrims' knowledge and change their behaviors. Based on research findings, it is recommended to ensure that vaccination policies align with established guidelines, enhance health education, ensure that healthcare teams have sufficient knowledge, and provide adequate quarantine facilities. The Health Department also needs to maintain coordination with relevant agencies and monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Hajj vaccination policy.

Abstract

Availability of funds is a component that supports industrial sustainability. Industry can obtain funds easily by offering shares to the public through the capital market. This condition will directly influence activities in the capital market, which in turn influences the amount of demand and supply on the stock exchange and has an impact on share price fluctuations. Low share prices can motivate investors to buy more shares. The average share price in the mining subsector from 2020 to 2021 experienced a significant increase, from 2022 to 2023 there was a significant decrease due to negative sentiment for the coal subsector, where Indonesia's largest coal consumer, one of which is China, reduced demand for Coal exports and Europe reduce demand for coal. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices, to find out Earning Per Share on stock prices, and to find out jointly the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio and Earnings Per Share to share price. The population in this study are coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. This research uses a quantitative approach with sample determination, namely purposive sampling and obtained 10 companies as research samples over a 4 year period, namely 2020-2023, thus using 40 financial reports. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing using SPSS as data processing. The research results simultaneously state that DER and EPS have an effect on stock prices. Partially, DER has no effect on share prices. EPS influences share prices.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the impact of customer satisfaction and trust on loyalty in E-commerce shopping in Indonesia. This study employs a research methodology based on a literature review. The participants of this study include individuals who have engaged in online shopping through various e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli, and others. The investigation findings indicate that customer satisfaction influences consumer trust and customer loyalty during the e-commerce purchase process. Hence, it is crucial for online business proprietors to consistently enhance client happiness and trust to stay competitive with rivals and ensure the sustainability of their firm. Abstract

This research discusses compensation, work environment and employee performance, with the aim of determining the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires, the sample used in this research was 80 employees. The subjects of this research are employees of PT. Toyo Dies Indonesia. This research uses the multiple linear regression analysis method, this analysis technique is also classified as a collective model, so that the correlation coefficient between the independent variables and the dependent variable will be obtained, the significant level of the coefficient, the regression line equation, the correlation between predictor sub-variables and processed with SPSS version 22 . In this study there was no correlation between the independent variables. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on PT employee performance. Toyo Dies Indonesia. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on PT employee performance. Toyo Dies Indonesia. Compensation and work environment have a significant effect on PT employee performance. Toyo Dies Indonesia. It is known that the coefficient of determination (R-Square) is 0.582. This value states that Compensation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) are able to influence Employee Performance (Y) by 58.2%, the remaining 100% - 58.2% = 41.8% is influenced by variables outside this model. Among the Compensation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) variables which have a more dominant influence on the Employee Performance variable (Y), namely the Work Environment variable (X2).

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of Public Works and Spatial Planning Karawang Regency. This study uses a quantitive method with a descriptive and verification approach. Research samples were gathered using the probability sampling technique with nonrandom sampling which then produced 115 sample of employees who have the status of civil cervant. The research instruments used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. In this study using SPSS 25 analysis tool. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing using t test. The results of this study show that there is a partial effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance which has a value of 40.6%, while the partial effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance is 59.4%. The simultaneous effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance obtained a value 58.7% and the remaining 41.3% was influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyze and explain the influence of compensation and work motivation on the performance of Karawang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) employees. By using quantitative methods and using descriptive and verification analysis, in this research the sampling technique used non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling with a sample size of 110 respondents.The correlation between compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2) gets a correlation value of 0.663 which has a strong and unidirectional relationship level in the coefficient interval of 0.60-0.799 in the strong category. The data analysis technique used is to test hypotheses partially and simultaneously, testing is assisted using SPSS tools. The effect of partial compensation has an effect of 0.102 or 10.2% and work motivation has an effect of 0.153 or 15.3% on employee performance. The simultaneous influence of compensation and work motivation on employee performance is 0.255 or 25.5%, while the remaining 0.745 or 74.5% is influenced by other variables not studied. Both compensation and perceived work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Brand Ambassadors and the Korean Wave on Purchase Intention at the Tokopedia marketplace in the Karawang district. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing purposive sampling as the nonprobability sampling technique. The sample in this study consisted of 97 respondents who are Tokopedia users in the Karawang district. The results of this research show that Brand Ambassadors influence Purchase Intention, while the Korean Wave does not have an influence on Purchase Intention. Furthermore, both Brand Ambassadors and the Korean Wave collectively influence Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Human Resource Development is always mentioned in the company's vision and mission, but sometimes companies rarely analyze factors that can affect the performance of their employees. The factors that affect the employee's performance include work stress and work environment. So this study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work environment on employee performance at PT. Protonindo Citra, West Jakarta. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. Data analysis using path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results showed that the variables of work stress and work environment have a strong and positive relationship. Partially job stress has a significant effect on employee performance, then the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, simultaneously work stress and environmental variables have a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Job Stress, Work Environment, Performance, and Human Resources
