Abstract

The research objective is to prove and explain the significant influence both partially between Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin, to stock prices. The sample used in this study were 14 companies registered in the mining and gas sector in the Indonesia stock exchange in 2013-2017. Secondary data sources in this study are based on IDX. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling which resulted in 14 companies as research samples from a population of 70 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence between Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin, to stock prices.

Abstract

Background. Online learning is a learning system that is not conducted face-to-face between teachers and students. Preference is a tendency made for one thing compared to another. Therefore, one's view on online learning will also vary. The quality and quantity of learning materials that are in accordance with the curriculum, standards, competencies, and student needs will differentiate students' preferences for online learning. Purpose This research aims to find out the reasons why students prefer online learning or not, and also to find out the factors that significantly influence the effectiveness of online learning. On the other hand, to analyse the appropriate strategy used in the use of media so that it is suitable for learning and can also be accessed by all individuals. Method. The method used in this research is quantitative. A method in which data is collected in the form of testable numbers. The data obtained is the number of responses. The data is obtained from the distribution of questionnaires containing questions regarding the analysis of factors affecting students' preferences for online learning. The statement presented in the questionnaire is a form of google form. The data will be processed through the oneway anova test on the SPSS application which was previously imported into excel. Results. The result of this study states that online learning can be done in schools. Online learning is also a way of learning without face-to-face in sharing information or communicating. Online learning has advantages and disadvantages depending on various factors that influence students' preferences for online learning. In addition, it also provides a strategic overview for teachers and students of the situation and what things will be prepared later. Conclusion This research can be concluded that the preference or choice of each student is different depending on how he/she views the subject. Online learning can be run effectively with good cooperation. Online learning will be implemented if there is support from all parties, be it students, teachers, parents, and even schools. Adjustment in learning is also easier for female students than male students.

Abstract

Inclusivity is the principle that underlies a just and equal society for all individuals, including students or pupils who have hearing disabilities such as the deaf. In an effort to realize inclusivity, technological developments have opened the door to solutions that can improve the quality of life for deaf users. One of the main challenges faced by deaf users is difficulty in understanding and communicating with the outside world through hearing. This article discusses how automatic transcription applications can serve as powerful tools in supporting inclusiveness by improving the listening skills of deaf users. An automatic transcription application is software that is capable of converting spoken conversations into text in real-time. This has the potential to enable deaf users to access previously difficult-to-reach information. The use of automatic transcription applications can provide significant benefits for deaf users. Firstly, it allows pupils and students to follow conversations and presentations better, improving their listening skills. Second, users can participate more actively in various social and educational activities, feeling more confident in interacting with friends, colleagues and instructors. Apart from that, the use of this application can also help in the development of their spoken language, because students can view the transcribed text while listening to the conversation. However, there are several challenges that need to be overcome in implementing this automatic transcription application. These include accuracy of transcription, availability of appropriate hardware and software, and community understanding of the needs and rights of deaf users. Therefore, collaboration between technology developers, the deaf community, and other interested parties is important in ensuring that automated transcription applications can be used effectively to increase inclusivity for deaf users.

Abstract

Jerawat merupakan masalah umum dalam perawatan kulit yang tidak hanya berdampak secara kosmetik tetapi juga psikologis. Dalam rangka mengatasi kendala produk perawatan kulit yang memerlukan pengaplikasian ulang, inovasi produk acne care tanpa reapply dengan kandungan DNA Salmon telah diciptakan. Studi ini melibatkan mahasiswa dalam pengembangan produk tersebut, memberikan mereka pengalaman riset serta kesempatan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan wirausaha. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas produk acne care tanpa reapply dalam mengatasi jerawat dibandingkan dengan produk perawatan kulit yang sudah ada. Selain itu, untuk memberdayakan mahasiswa melalui uji coba reformulasi produk acne care, menumbuhkan kemandirian usaha dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk tantangan di dunia bisnis. Metode ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, mulai dari persiapan dan pemantapan rencana kegiatan, pembelian peralatan dan bahan, proses penciptaan reformulasi produk, uji coba produk, hingga proses pengemasan. Proses pengembangan produk ini melibatkan kolaborasi antara tim dosen, mahasiswa, dan mitra industri. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu evaluasi efektivitas produk acne care tanpa reapply menunjukkan bahwa produk dengan kandungan DNA Salmon memiliki keunggulan dalam merangsang regenerasi kulit dan mengatasi jerawat tanpa reapply. Dibandingkan dengan produk perawatan kulit yang sudah ada, produk ini lebih cepat dan efektif dalam mengatasi masalah jerawat. Pemberdayaan mahasiswa dalam uji coba produk acne care tidak hanya memberikan perspektif segar dan ide kreatif, tetapi juga meningkatkan keterampilan wirausaha mereka. Mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman praktis dalam riset, meningkatkan kemandirian, dan memahami proses pengembangan produk inovasi.

Abstract

The goal of this review is to look into “Exploration of the Folklore Tongkat Tunggal Panaluan” as reading materials for high school students. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method in this study, which aims to describe systematically, actually, and factually using words and sentences. From January to October 2022, the research will be conducted. Interview techniques and data documentations were used to collect data.. Techniques for data analysis that use interactive analysis, such as reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research strategy consists Because of the mystical element in the stick, research from folklore “Tongkat Tunggal Panaluan” was formed, the stick contained the face carvings of seven humans and several animal carvings. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of elucidating the “improving students’ writing ability by using dictation method of descriptive text. The purpose of this study is to analyze students’ writing ability by using dictation method of descriptive text. This research was conducted at SMP Mayjend Sutoyo SM Medan. There were 25 students in class VII. This study is used a writing test instrument. There were 10 questions that the researchers gave tp grade 7 students from and after the dictation activity of descriptive text.This can be seen from the average student score answer was 51.6% Yes and 48.4% No. This indicates a change in attitude after learning with the dictation method. Interestingly, students expressed a preference for the dictation method because it was considered to facilitate writing descriptive texts, improve focus, and instill joy in the writing process. Overall, the pretest, observation, interview, and posttest results provided a comprehensive overview of the initial challenges, developments during learning, and changes in students' attitudes toward the dictation method. Despite facing initial uncertainty and difficulties, the dictation method proved to be an effective approach in enhancing students' understanding and interest in writing descriptive texts.
