Abstract

Air bersih sangat penting bagi keberlangungan hidup masyarakat namun masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak memiliki akses yang cukup terhadap air bersih dan aman, diantaranya adalah masyarakat di Kampung Tipuka. Kebutuhan akan air bersih dan aman di Kampung Tipuka, Distrik Mimika Timur, Kabupaten Mimika merupakan permasalahan utama. Air yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan konsumsi untuk kebutuhan mencuci dan mandi berasal dari air sungai dan air sumur yang berwarna kuning keruh dan berbauh, penyebab air kuning keruh dan berbauh adalah aktivitas endapan lumpur dalam sungai, limba industri PT Freeport Indonsia dan sampah rumah tangga. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan masyarakat di Kampung Tipuka maka perlu dilakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dengan metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan meningkatkan kualitas air bersih menggunakan teknik penyaringan sederhana. Hasil kegiatan PKM berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan apresiasi dari masyarakat di Kampung Tipuka, Distrik Mimika Timur. Materi sosialiasi mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat dan menambah pengetahuan masyarakat tentang air bersih dan dampak air tercemar limbah bagi kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan mendapat apresiasi dari masyarakat karena waktu yang digunakan dalam membuat saringan sederhana tidak memakan waktu yang lama

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to directly find out that there is a COVID-19 outbreak that has a much bigger impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in an effort to increase income. This research was conducted in Pasar Rentra Village, Mimika Baru District, Mimika Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method as well as data or information collection techniques in the form of ongoing interviews with 10 informants who have the profession of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as representatives of MSMEs in the Mimika Baru District Rentra Market. The results found in this research are regarding the spread of the existing COVID-19, so that it will directly have a very significant impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The impact is grouped into several parts, including: (a) income has decreased drastically; (b) lack of consumers; and (c) raw material prices have increased. Therefore, it is necessary for MSMEs to be able to sell online, open a side business, provide good service, and pay attention to the quality of the goods to be sold. Abstract

This research aims to determine differences in clothing business income in the city of Timika, to find out the factors that influence the choice of location for a trading business. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method. This research was conducted by 50 clothing traders. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and questionnaires. The analytical instruments used are independent sample t test analysis and factor analysis. The results of the research are that there is no difference in clothing business income in Timika City, and the proximity of infrastructure, market (consumer) proximity, and location costs are factors that determine the choice of clothing business location in Timika City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test whether service quality and price perceptions influence purchasing decisions at Sarira welding workshop services through satisfaction. The sample in this study came from the respondent population, namely customers of the Sarira welding workshop. The research method used in this research is the associative method. The analytical instrument in this research is a path analysis instrument using SPSS. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that service quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, price perception has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has no significant effect on satisfaction, price perception has a significant effect on satisfaction, service quality has no has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through satisfaction and price perception has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through satisfaction. Testing was carried out partially for each variable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the determining factors of second branded behavior of the people of Timika city. The data collection techniques used to obtain data in this research are observation techniques and questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is confirmatory factor analysis. The results obtained from the analysis in this research are that two new factors were formed from several indicators that have been identified, namely the brand intelligence factor and the celebrity intelligence factor which are the determining factors for the second branded social behavior of the people of Timika city.

Abstract

Dalam konteks perusahaan start-up, dinamika kepemimpinan transformasional memainkan peran krusial dalam mendorong inovasi organisasi. Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak hanya menciptakan lingkungan yang memungkinkan bagi inovasi, tetapi juga memotivasi karyawan untuk menciptakan solusi kreatif dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis yang dinamis. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi inovasi organisasi dalam konteks start-up, dengan fokus pada perspektif manajemen sumber daya manusia. Metode literature review digunakan untuk mensintesis temuan dari berbagai studi tentang kepemimpinan transformasional, inovasi organisasi, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia di konteks start-up. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dapat menciptakan budaya kerja yang memfasilitasi kreativitas dan inovasi. Selain itu, manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dalam mendukung inovasi juga sangat penting dalam konteks start-up. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan inovasi organisasi dalam perusahaan start-up. Implikasi praktisnya mencakup pentingnya pengembangan pemimpin yang mampu menginspirasi dan memotivasi karyawan untuk berinovasi. Artikel ini juga memberikan saran bagi praktisi HR dalam mengembangkan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang mendukung budaya inovasi di perusahaan start-up. Kesimpulannya, pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang dinamika kepemimpinan transformasional dan manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat menjadi kunci sukses bagi inovasi organisasi dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif dan berubah-ubah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pengembangan usaha kecil menengah (UKM) berbasis inovasi teknologi dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Melalui tinjauan literatur jurnal dan pendekatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM), penelitian ini menyajikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang bagaimana adopsi teknologi baru dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing UKM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya integrasi inovasi teknologi dalam strategi pengembangan UKM untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, memperluas pasar, dan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi kebijakan publik dan praktik bisnis untuk meningkatkan peran UKM dalam menggerakkan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how supervision is carried out byFacilities and Infrastructure Engineering and StandardizationvehicleBUS, Transportation Departmentin carrying out roadworthiness tests of BUS vehicles. This research uses qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques, and data collection techniques, interviews and observations according to the results obtained in the field. This research uses 4 public service management indicators proposed by Robert J Mocler and DR Gilbert Jr, namely standards, measurement, comparison, action. The problems faced regarding the roadworthiness test of BUS vehicles are, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which are not well socialized, inadequate network requirements and a lack of human resources regarding transportation testing. In this case, the inhibiting factor for the problem that occurs is the lack of socialization, budget and network requirements for periodic roadworthiness tests at the Transportation Service so that public awareness of carrying out regular tests is very low. From the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the roadworthiness test for BUS vehicles has gone well but is still not fully optimal, so regular monitoring needs to be carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction at the J&T Express company in Timika City. The research method used in this study is by using the associative method, and the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The researcher used path analysis to analyze the effect of service quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction at the J&T Express company in Timika City. The results of the study showed that Tangibility, reliability, assurance had an effect on customer satisfaction. While Responsiveness and empathy did not affect customer satisfaction. Tangibility, reliability, assurance had an effect on customer loyalty. While Responsiveness and empathy had no effect on customer loyalty. There was no effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. Tangibility, responsiveness, and empathy had no effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction. While Reliability and assurance had an effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, price and location through customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The data collected in the study are qualitative data and quantitative data sourced from the workshop entrepreneur CV. Wania Jaya. This type of research is quantitative with a sample size of 60 and the method used to analyze is SEM with the Smart-PLS Version 4.0 analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that service quality does not affect customer satisfaction, product quality does not affect customer satisfaction, price does not affect customer satisfaction, location has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality does not affect customer loyalty, product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, price does not affect customer loyalty, location does not affect customer loyalty, customer satisfaction does not affect customer loyalty, service quality does not affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, product quality does not affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, price does not affect customer loyalty through satisfaction, and location does not affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
