Abstract

The conditions faced by small industries during this pandemic are almost the same as the conditions of the industrial society as a whole. But what distinguishes it is the struggle in producing to marketing products independently. Currently, digital marketing training for small industries provides a measurable support system, due to tactical steps to market products or services to consumers with new breakthroughs. The purpose of this training is to provide easier steps to implement digital marketing applications based on information and communication technology, in order to create consumer attraction for products. The method of implementing this activity is discussion and practice of making captions on social media, online marketing, practicing product photos, forming working groups and presentations. The result of this training is that the participants have awareness of the application of digital marketing to improve the quality of product marketing for small industries more easily.

Abstract

The objectives of this study cover not only the availability of information about potential rice production, the actual information of rice supply chain system, and the concept and strategy of the rice supply chain management but also the formulation of effective and efficient measures to increase the rice distribution chain linkages in Malang Regency. The study design is a combination of descriptive and policy research unit by applying analysis of Rice Milling Unit (RMU) Entrepreneurs, Wholesalers and Retailers, Farmers and stakeholders concerned. The sampling was carried out by non-probability sampling method. The first sampling used purposive sampling method, and then the snowballing sampling method. The data comprised two types of data, primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained through direct observation and interviews. The secondary data were obtained through literary searches. The data processing was done by the framework of the Food Supply Chain Networking (FSCN). The results indicated that Malang Regency has successfully contributed to the increase of national unhulled rice production. Furthermore, every year Malang Regency has a surplus of rice. The rice distribution pattern consists of the rice traders, millers, wholesalers, Bulog Malang Sub Division, and retailers. The distribution pattern of rice in Malang Regency has five channels of trade distribution system. In general, the market structure of unhulled rice / rice in Malang Regency is competitive. It is characterized by a number of participants of the market not only at the village, district but Regency as well. The distribution pattern has been established and supported by adequate infrastructure. Moreover, the distribution is quite smooth without encountering any major obstacles. The results of this study provide interesting findings because the rice produced by farmers in Malang Regency is mostly sold outside Malang Regency. Most of the people of Malang Regency consume rice from other areas because the price is cheaper than the rice of Malang Regency farmers. This condition should improve the welfare of farmers because the rice produced is of premium quality and is more expensive, but market conditions make this expectation difficult to fulfill because the price is affordable at RMU. To Strengthen the supply chain management of rice, it is needed the growth and strengthening of the system either upstream or downstream of economy through institution of the village. The institution has a bridging function for both the interests and needs of the community. The government should provide sufficient funds through Bulog to buy all rice produced by farmers at a price that supports farmers in making a profit, then distribute it to the community at a price affordable to the purchasing power.

Abstract

Knowledge management as the process by which organizations accumulate intellectual capital and use it to gain competitive advantage. When organizations make a huge investment to intellectual assets, the organiza-tion must be able to measure the impact of knowledge management (KM) to the organization (tangible out-comes) and is confident that by the organization in order to collect the knowledge assets in line with the vision of the organizations mission. The objective of the research is to develop and test-development model of performance-based Knowledge Management (KM) Scorecard well as formulate a program for the development of BKAD based on intellectual capital owned.To achieve the objective, the research is carried out with the approach of participant observation. The result indicates that the assessment of KM scorecard in general provides adequately fine results when they are seen from four perspectives, those are intellectual, social, structural and humanity. The activities of human resource development (PSDM), natural resource develop-ment (PSDA), and economic resource development (PSDE) have resulted in economic increase, knowledge and skill increase, and have opened job opportunities and foster entrepreneurship opportunity. Seen from business development of real sector, BKAD has succeed to develop business of real sector based on areal resources which is in accordance with its regional potency.

Abstract

In supporting the economic development of the tourism sector, Malang Regency Government in 2007 set Ngadas village as a tourist village. But so far has not appeared stretching economy as a result of the determination of that status. Poverty remains a problem that must be addressed. This study aims to formulate and develop a regional economic development model based on agro-ecotourism as an economic buffer area of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, as well as implementing the model in Ngadas Tourism Village. The research was conducted within a period of two years with a focus on the development of the region's economic development model in the first year and the implementation and evaluation of programs of economic development in accordance with the model implemented in Year II. This research is a qualitative descriptive exploratory nature. The research location in the village Ngadas Poncokusumo District of Malang. The technique of collecting data using interviews, focus group discussions, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of Self-Leadership, and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Organizational Commitment. Simultaneously, the paper analyzes the effect of Self-Leadership and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Performance. Secondly, to the influence of Organizational Commitment as well as Self-Leadership and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Performance. The number of samples in this study were 153 consist of small and medium enterprises. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used in this study. The results showed that Self-Leadership and Entrepreneurial Orientation influence Organizational Commitment. Self-Leadership and Entrepreneurial Orientation affect Performance. Organizational Commitment influences Performance. Self-Leadership and Entrepreneurial Orientation influence Performance through Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the Integrated Management Information System Model, obstacles and strategies to overcome obstacles and to analyze their implementation in improving educational services in Vocational High Schools, Malang Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, the sampling method was purposive sampling, namely in three Vocational High Schools that had implemented an integrated management information system and research informants namely the principal, vice principal, head of governance business, teacher representatives and student representatives. The result of this research is an integrated management information system model in SMK Malang Regency using the Master-Web application which is implemented in the curriculum, student affairs, public relations, finance, workforce, and counseling sections. The information generated can be accessed by the principal and used as material for decision making to improve the quality of the school. The obstacles are some human resources who do not master IT, are not disciplined in inputting data, lack of care, lack of infrastructure, and weak system security. Keywords: Integrated management information system model; education services; SMK Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Model Sistem Informasi Manajemen terpadu, hambatan dan strategi mengatasi hambatan serta menganalisis implementasinya dalam meningkatkan layanan pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data  dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, metode pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling, yaitu di tiga SMK yang telah mengimplementasikan sistem informasi manajemen terpadu dan informan penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha, perwakilan guru dan perwakilan siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah Model sistem informasi manajemen terpadu di SMK Kabupaten Malang menggunakan aplikasi Master-Web yang diimplementasikan di bagian kurikulum, kesiswaan, hubungan masyarakat, keuangan,  ketenagaan, dan bimbingan konseling. Informasi yang dihasilkan dapat diakses oleh kepala sekolah dan digunakan sebagai bahan  pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to describe the variables of competence, work motivation, work discipline, organizational commitment and teacher performance. In addition, analyzed the effect of competency variables, work motivation, work discipline, organizational commitment simultaneously affects teacher performance. The population were 100 respondents from Bina Sari Maumere Catholic Foundation teachers and the sample taken were 80 respondents. Furthermore, analysis of linear were used as a technique of analysis. The results showed that competency, work motivation, work discipline and organizational commitment simultaneously affected teacher performance. Similarly, those variables partially influenced teacher performance and Competence had a dominant effect on teacher performance at the Bina Sari Maumere Catholic Foundation as conclusion competence has a dominant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: Competency; Work Motivation; Work Discipline; Organizational Commitment and Teacher Performance

Abstract

This paper investigates the role of organizational citizenship behavior as a mediator in the effect of organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational culture on lecturer performance and the role of gender as a moderating variable. The number of research samples includes 294 lecturers from private and public universities in East Java, Indonesia. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS version 24. The results showed that behavioral variables, including organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational culture, mediated by organizational citizenship behavior, improved lecturer performance. The results obtained demonstrate that behavioral variables have a significant influence on lecturer performance. The results of this study also show that gender as a moderation variable is empirically proven to increase the influence of behavioral variables on lecturer performance. Our study proposes that behavioral variables are key components that contribute to lecturer performance in pursuing their passion and enhancing their performance.Keywords: Leadership Style, Lecturer Performance, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture
