Abstract

TikTok is a effective medium to promote and selling product. Because Tiktok has hundred of thousand users, which of course makes the product known to various group. This application has been successfully used by various brand to promote their products to consumers, especially to cosmetic industry, both local product and international brand. One of local product that dominates market share is Wardah Kosmetik as with its trademark as halal cosmetics. This study aims to analyze and examine the factors influence consumer purchase decisions Wardah Lipstick products of TikTok aplication users. These factors include the product quality, promotion and halal label. The research used the quantitative with regression analysis method. The sampling method used purposive sampling and the number of samples used in this study amounted to 75 respondents source was distribution of questionnaires to TikTok users in Central Lombok by online via WhatsApp. The data were analysed with IBM SPSS version 21 and analysis was carried out by several tests such as validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test, linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the product quality, promotion and halal label has a significant effect on purchase decisions Wardah Lipstick products of TikTok aplication users. The findings of this study can be reference uses as a reference for future researchers who will study similar problems. This research can also be a reference for companies to always be able to maintain aspects of product quality, promotion and halal label in designing and determining effective and efficient markering policies.

Abstract

Bank Sampah merupakan suatu sistem pengelolaan sampah kering secara kolektif atau gotong royong yang mendorong masyarakat untuk ikut berperan aktif didalamnya. Bank sampah akan menampung , memilah dan menyalurkan sampah bernilai ekonomi pada pasar (pengepul/lapak) sehingga masyarakat mendapatkan keuntungan ekonomi dari menabung sampah. Bank Sampah Budi Luhur menerima sampah seperti : Kardus, bekas botol minuman, kertas yang tidak terpakai, botol bekas bahkan sampai peralatan rumah tangga yang sudah tidak terpakai. Bank Sampah Budi Luhur mempunyai tujuan untuk membantu pemerintah mengurangi produksi pembuangan sampah dengan cara sosialisasi sekaligus edukasi proses pemilahan sampah skala rumah tangga. Selain pengolahan sampah, bank sampah budiluhur juga mempunyai banyak kegiatan seperti melakukan daur sampah, melaksanakan pelatihan daur ulang sampah. Saat ini layanan penimbangan sampah budiluhur masih dilakukan dengan menjemput dari rumah ke rumah dan karyawan budiluhur saja yang datang untuk melakukan penimbangan sampah. Masyarakat belum mengetahui adanya penimbangan sampah atau penukaran sampah pada bank sampah budi luhur. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas maka diperlukan dibangun sebuah website bank sampah budi luhur sebagai memberikan informasi yang lebih detail tentang bank sampah, menampilkan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan bank sampah budi luhur sebagai media promosi bank sampah budiluhur ke masyarakat yang lebih luas

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of price and variety seeking on purchasing decisions for Zalora products. This research uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and a sample size of 94 respondents was obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who have purchased Zalora products. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this research indicate that price and variety seeking, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Zalora products. The R-Square Adjusted value of purchasing decisions is 0.791, which means that purchasing decisions are influenced by price and variety seeking variables by 79.1%, the remaining 20.9% is influenced by other factors outside this research, such as: location, buying interest, and others. The results of this research can be used as evaluation material for companies that trade fashion products to pay more attention to price and variety seeking so that purchasing decisions for their products can be optimized.

Abstract

Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) is a serious challenge in modern workplace environments; however, early detection and appropriate intervention remain unmet needs. This research aims to address the issue by proposing an intelligent system model based on machine learning, utilizing the Gradient Boosting method to predict NPD. The Gradient Boosting method was chosen for its ability to handle complex data and gradually improve prediction performance. This model is integrated with employee data, including a range of psychological, behavioral, and demographic variables relevant to NPD. The primary contribution of this research is the development of a predictive model that can assist organizations in identifying and providing early intervention to employees at risk of developing NPD. In doing so, it is expected to reduce the negative impact of NPD on the workplace, such as interpersonal conflicts and decreased productivity. The study shows significant results in the model's classification performance after applying Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) to optimize the Gradient Boosting method. The accuracy rate reached 82%, an improvement from the previous 79% achieved using the Gradient Boosting Classifier. This indicates that the RFE-Gradient Boosting model has greater potential in classifying employees who genuinely have narcissistic personality disorder versus those who do not.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang telah terjadi di Indonesia merupakan bencana yang tidak pernah diduga sebelumnya. Pada kondisi perekonomian yang sulit di tengah krisis ekonomi dunia, bangsa Indonesia juga harus menghadapi fenomena terjadinya pandemi COVID-19 yang semakin memberatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. DKI Jakarta sebagai ibukota negara telah menjadi episentrum bagi penyebaran virus Corona yang belum ada penangkalnya. Kondisi perekonomian masyarakat di tingkat keluarga dalam situasi pandemi COVID-19 memerlukan inovasi untuk meningkatkan kembali daya saing dan daya jual ekonomi kemasyarakatan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini telah menghadirkan suatu kegiatan penyuluhan yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat di wilayah Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan Jakarta Barat. Penyuluhan ini telah difasilitasi oleh Suku Dinas Pemberdayaan, Perlindungan Anak dan Pengendalian Penduduk Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan berupa seminar dan workshop tentang kegiatan wirausaha berbasis teknologi yang adaptif terhadap situasi pandemi COVID-19. Masyarakat sasaran telah diberikan pengetahuan tentang proses bisnis elektronik di era Industri 4.0 yang sarat dengan nuansa teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Dengan berbekal pengetahuan itu, kegiatan ini telah membangkitkan semangat dan motivasi mereka untuk menjalankan usaha berskala mikro dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran yang telah dilakukan, sebanyak 89% peserta menyatakan telah memahami luaran kegiatan dan berpendapat bahwa kegiatan ini telah sesuai dengan harapan. Mereka pun yakin akan mampu memulihkan kondisi khususnya di lingkungan ekonomi keluarga pada masa pandemi COVID-19.
