Abstract

This study aims to find the influence between the principal academic supervision and paedagogic competence on the performance of private high school teachers Sub Rayon 11 Parung Bogor Regency. In this study the authors have found the theories to gain a deeper understanding of the definitions and concepts related to the concept of principal academic supervision, the concept of paedagogic competence and the concept of teacher performance. In this research the researcher use survey method, with correlation technique and simple and multiple regression analysis. Sampling was used by using the sample saturated, with the number of respondents 104 respondents at private SMA Sub Rayon 11 Parung Bogor regency. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, tests, observations, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis model, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that First; there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's supervision on the performance of private high school teachers Sub Rayon 11 Parung Bogor Regency, this can be seen from the correlation coefficient of 0.649% at 99% confidence level (α = 0.01), while the magnitude of the influence or coefficient of determination R -square of 0.422 which means academic supervision of principal can give effect of teacher performance equal to 42,2% and the rest 57,8% influenced by other factor. For the direction of influence or regression coefficient obtained Ŷ = 18.508 + 0.823 X1 which means that each increase of one unit of academic supervision principal score affects the increase in teacher performance score of 0.823. Second; there is a positive and significant influence of teacher paedagogic competence on the performance of private SMA Sub Rayon 11 Parung Bogor Regency, this can be seen from the correlation coefficient of 0.706% at 99% confidence level (α = 0.01), while the magnitude of the influence or coefficient of determination R-square equal to 0.499 which means paedagogic competence give influence teacher performance equal to 49,9% and rest 50,1% influenced by other factor. For the direction of influence or regression coefficients diproleh Ŷ = 31.858 + 0.782 X2 which means that each increase of one unit of paedagogic competence score affects the increase in teacher performance score of 0.782. Third; there is a positive and significant impact of school principal supervision and paedagogic competence simultaneously on the performance of private high school teachers Sub Rayon 11 Parung Bogor Regency, this can be seen from the principal academic supervision and paedagogik competencies simultaneously on the performance of teachers 13.58% and the remaining 86.2% is determined by other factors. The direction of influence of the regression equation Ŷ = 0.636 X1 + 0.722 X2, which means that each increase in one unit of the principal's academic supervision score and paedagogic competence simultaneously affect an increase in the teacher performance score of 1.358.

Abstract

Pesantren, sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional di Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mengadopsi teknologi modern, terutama di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0. Artificial Intelligence (AI) menawarkan berbagai peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan pesantren, seperti pembelajaran adaptif, asistensi dalam kajian kitab, serta manajemen pendidikan. Namun, implementasi AI juga menghadirkan tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kesenjangan pengetahuan, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Artikel ini mengkaji potensi penerapan AI di Pesantren Rhoudhotul Qurro Al-Akhyar, strategi integrasi teknologi, serta langkah-langkah konkrit untuk memulai proses transformasi digital tanpa mengorbankan nilai-nilai tradisional pesantren.

Abstract

This study analyzes the level of satisfaction of farmers who receive Inpari 32 variety rice seed assistance in Dukupuntang District, Cirebon Regency. The quantitative survey method with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) was applied to 66 respondents. The data includes: demographic characteristics (age, education, land area, farming experience, membership), importance score and attribute performance (type, quality, quantity, time, process, mentoring), validity test, reliability, and science analysis. The results showed that the average importance score (Ȳ = 2.58) and performance (X̄ = 2.47) resulted in a 63.2% fit rate (medium category). The attributes of "Seed Type" are located in Quadrant I (improvement priority), "Quantity" and "Distribution Time" in Quadrant II (retained), while "Quality", "Process", and "Mentoring" are in Quadrant III (incremental improvement). These findings support strategic recommendations for the Agriculture Service and policymakers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase of children's creativity through free drawing activities in group B children in early childhood Qolbul Qur'an Rangnggagata Central Lombok Regency. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, the results of the study show that: 1) the teacher's free drawing planning is based on the potential of the child to be improved, and the child's readiness. 2) In the implementation of free drawing, most of the children have drawn according to the theme determined by the teacher, the children are very enthusiastic, active and focused in drawing. 3) Free drawing activities have been proven to increase children's creativity, characterized by the courage to express ideas and no longer imitate the work of their friends Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui aktivitas menggambar bebas pada anak kelompok B di paud Qolbul Qur’an Ranggagata Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dekskriptif, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) perencanaan menggambar  bebas guru didasarkan pada potensi anak yang akan ditingkatkan, dan kesiapan anak. 2) dalam pelaksanaan menggambar bebas, sebagian besar anak telah menggambar sesuai dengan tema yang ditentukan oleh guru, anak-anak sangat antusias, aktif dan fokus dalam menggambar. 3) aktivitas menggambar bebas terbukti bias meningkatkan kreativitas anak, ditandai dengan keberanian mengungkapkan ide dan tidak lagi meniru karya temannya

Abstract

Background: Indonesia is a tropical region with high temperatures and humidity, which makes it prone to skin infections; this condition is very favorable for the growth of fungi on the skin. Starfruit is a plant that has the potential to be a cure for various diseases and is used as a supplement to maintain health. Starfruit leaves (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) are antimicrobial, anticancer, and antioxidant. This study aimed to see the inhibitory activity of Starfruit leaf extract against the growth of Aspergillus flavus and Trichophyton mentagrophytesfungi. Method: Belimbig leaves are extracted using the maceration method, and phytochemical screening is then carried out. Antibacterial testing using a healthy diffusion method. The concentration of extracts ranges from 10% to 40% for positive control, which is ketoconazole, and negative, using DMSO. Results: Screening results of extracts showed positive for flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, tannins, and steroids. Ethanol extracts of Starfruit leaves (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) at concentrations of 10, 20, 30, and 40% inhibited the growth of Aspergillus flavus 12.25±1.30, 13.1±0.77, 13.4±0.68 and 14±3.61 and Trichophyton mentagrophytes13.1±1.79, 14.7±1.64, 15.4±2.16, and 18.3±2.89. The inhibitory power of ketoconazole against Aspergillus flavus and Trichophyton mentagrophytesis 23±0.877 and 30.1±0.45. Conclusion: Starfruit leave ethanol extract (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) has antifungal activity against Aspergillus flavus ATCC 3631 and Trichophyton mentagrophytesATCC 9533 with strong category.
