Abstract

The existence of God is in essence impossible to shift, but, in fact seems to experience a shift that appears in human efforts to respond to the mission call. Efforts to "narrow" the meaning, purpose and impact of understanding the "true love and mission" for His people here are in contrast to God's love that cannot be separated from His essence. God himself wants His love to be part of His ransom people, so this is where "mission" becomes the logical implication of God's existence as a mission initiator that has been, is being, and continues to be done through His chosen people in every age in (community). The author used qualitative method with text and language analysis approaches. Based on research results in the "text" it can be understood that God's love enables Him to send His only begotten Son to fulfill His mission. Then in His grace; The Son continues the Father's mandate to disciples to become a "community" sharing the love of God the Father. This task is then passed on to the present generation specifically for graduates of Theological/Christian Religious College.

Abstract

The frequent claims made by followers of Jesus regarding His finality as the only Savior continue to be challenged by groups who speculate against such claims as do liberals and conservatives who build on subjective understanding. This has an impact on efforts to account for faith which have increasingly experienced distortion of the religiosity of faith in the past to the present. This article aims to present the finality of Jesus, as He spoke of both to groups who reject it as well as to His followers in an effort to enrich the teachings of modern Christology. The author uses qualitative methods with an exegetical approach with data collection techniques, namely reviewing the literature in order to understand the meaning of "actually I am the door to the sheep" according to the Gospel of John 10: 7. Thus, it can be concluded that Jesus openly conveyed to His listeners in order to acknowledge His finality as the only "Way of Entry" through "The Door" which is also "the Good Shepherd" and there is no other means besides. Himself. And christological understanding cannot be made based on the assumption of human subjectivity but based on the statement of Jesus himself as narrated "in fact I am the Door to the sheep".

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetengahkan mengenai guru penggerak dan merdeka belajar sebagai model pendidikan yang dicetuskan Nadiem Makarim selaku Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan untuk membenahi kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia yang sangat memprihatinkan. Metode kualitatif dan studi kepustakaan digunakan untuk menginventarisasi berbagai sumber seperti buku dan jurnal. Kemudian, data-data yang diperoleh dan terkait dengan guru penggerak, peran Yesus, merdeka belajar dan era industri 4.0 dianalisis secara mendalam. Dalam pada itu, ditemukan kesan bahwa semantik guru penggerak dan merdeka belajar telah dilakukan Yesus. Bahkan, sebagai Guru Agung dengan sebutan Rabbi, Ia adalah Guru yang membebaskan secara fisik, psikologi maupun spiritual. Maka disimpulkan bahwa konsep dan kebijakan pendidikan sebaiknya teraktualisasi melalui implikasi peran Yesus sebagai inisiator, inovator, fasilitator, motivator dan komunikator yang efektif serta berorientasi pada guru penggerak dan merdeka belajar pada era industri 4.0.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to explain about the finality of Jesus as Lord and Savior was challenged by some in the early church. The same is still being done today to reduce the finality of Jesus to a therapeutic social deism. They adapt the figure and work of Jesus to various desires in a plural and secular modern era. Therefore, the hermeneutic method accompanied by an analytical approach that is exegetical in nature and supported by a literature review is used to explore the text of John 14:6. It was found that ἐγώ εἰμι; egō eimi refers to Jesus as the Messiah whose work transcends subjective desires and imaginative perceptions. Moreover, lexical and syntactic analysis as well as theological interpretation confirms the truth and finality of Jesus as the only Savior. In fact, He alone is ἡ ὁδὸς; hē hodos, namely the Way that is able to realize the true Truth and eternal Life for humans at any time through pericorecis and mutual indwelling relations with God the Father. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetengahkan mengenai finalitas Yesus sebagai Tuhan dan Juruselamat ditantang sebagian kalangan pada zaman gereja mula-mula. Hal yang sama masih dilakukan saat ini untuk mereduksi finalitas Yesus menjadi bersifat deisme sosial yang terapeutik. Mereka menyesuaikan sosok dan karya Yesus dengan berbagai keinginan pada zaman modern yang plural dan sekuler. Maka dari itu, metode hermeneutik dengan pendekatan eksegetik serta didukung review literatur digunakan untuk menganalisis Yohanes 14:6. Ditemukan bahwa ἐγώ εἰμι (egō eimi) menunjuk kepada Yesus selaku Sang Mesias yang karya-Nya melampaui keinginan dan persepsi imajinatif yang subjektif. Lagi pula, analisis leksikal dan sintaksis serta tafsiran teologis mempertegas kebenaran dan finalitas Yesus sebagai satu-satunya Juruselamat. Bahkan, hanya Dialah ἡ ὁδὸς (hē hodos) yakni Sang Jalan yang mampu mewujudkan Kebenaran sejati dan Hidup kekal bagi manusia pada setiap saat melalui relasi perichorecis dan mutual indwelling dengan Allah Bapa.

Abstract

This research was written with the aim of mediating the problems faced by the congregation at GBI Imanuel Wamena, in terms of the performance of the church secretarial staff regarding diaconal services which was less than optimal, as well as providing understanding or input that secretarial staff should provide in supporting diakonia services. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method with a field study approach. Interestingly, the performance of the church secretary staff in terms of diaconal services is more focused on appropriate diaconal services to the existing congregation. Unfortunately, this can be a benchmark for the congregation that the performance of the church secretary staff in supporting diaconal services is clear and cannot be detrimental to their performance in the church organization. In ecclesiastical matters, cooperation or, more precisely, uninterrupted communication with church leadership can make services more effective. It was concluded that the performance of the church secretary at GBI Immanuel is required to work extra hard in improving directed diakonia services to the leadership or congregation, both in terms of informing incoming letters, service schedules with the help of the multimedia team, as well as efficient and effective reporting of financial data.AbstrakPenelitian ini ditulis bertujuan untuk mengemukakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh jemaat di GBI Imanuel Wamena, dari segi kinerja staf sekretaris gereja terhadap pelayanan diakonia yang kurang maksimal, serta memberikan pemahaman atau masukan yang semestinya dilakukan staf sekretaris dalam menunjang pelayanan diakonia. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan, yang mengacu pada pokok bahasan masalah mengenai kinerja staf sekretaris di GBI Imanuel. Menariknya, kinerja staf sekretaris gereja dalam hal pelayanan diakonia lebih banyak terfokus pada pelayanan diakonia secara tepat kepada jemaat yang ada. Rupanya, hal ini dapat menjadi tolak ukur bagi jemaat bahwa kinerja staf sekretaris gereja dalam menunjang pelayanan diakonia jelas dan tidak dapat dibantah akan kinerjanya dalam organisasi gereja. Dalam perihal gerejawi, kerjasama atau lebih tepatnya komunikasi yang tidak pernah putus dengan pimpinan gereja dapat membuat pelayanan menjadi semakin efektif. Disimpulkan bahwa, kinerja sekretaris gereja di GBI Imanuel dibutuhkan untuk bekerja secara ekstra dalam meningkatkan pelayanan diakonia yang terarah, terhadap pimpinan atau jemaat, baik itu dari segi penginformasian surat masuk, jadwal pelayanan melalui bantuan tim multimedia, serta pelaporan data keuangan yang efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

In this technological era, many changes have occurred in everyday life, including Christian religious education. In situations like this, Christian religious education instruction plays a crucial role in building strong student characters and spiritual values relevant to the current situation. Christian religious education instruction in the current digital era pays attention to specific features of technology usage. Firstly, Christian religious education institutions have the ability to adapt to technological advancements and utilize them to effectively and efficiently deliver religious messages through the use of digital platforms and social media to build online communities and serve as references for sharing religious teachings. Christian religious education emphasizes the formation of strong character. Students are encouraged to be honest, responsible, and faithful in using technology in this challenging digital era. Christian religious education can develop spiritual values relevant to technological advancements, such as responsible usage, honesty in sharing information, and privacy protection. This includes the ability to use technology in a healthy manner, such as avoiding excessive dependency and controlling usage time. It is crucial for students to understand how to apply these principles in online interactions and use technology for their own and others' well-being. The researcher will use literature research to reinforce the writer's archives.AbstrakPada periode teknologi ini, banyak perubahan telah terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk pendidikan agama Kristen. Dalam situasi seperti ini, instruksi pendidikan agama Kristen memainkan peran penting dalam membangun karakter siswa yang kuat dan nilai-nilai spiritual yang relevan dengan situasi saat ini. Instruksi pendidikan agama Kristen dalam era digital saat ini memperhatikan fitur tertentu dari penggunaan teknologi. Pertama, lembaga pendidikan agama Kristen memiliki kemampuan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan kemajuan teknologi dan memanfaatkannya untuk menyampaikan pesan agama secara efektif dan efisien melalui penggunaan platform digital dan media sosial untuk membangun komunitas online dan menjadi rujukan dari berbagi pengajaran agama. Pendidikan agama Kristen menekankan pembentukan karakter yang kokoh. Siswa didorong untuk menjadi jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan setia dalam menggunakan teknologi di era digital yang penuh tantangan ini. Pendidikan agama Kristen dapat mengembangkan nilai-nilai spiritual yang relevan dengan kemajuan teknologi, seperti penggunaan yang bertanggung jawab, kejujuran dalam berbagi informasi, dan perlindungan privasi. Ini mencakup kemampuan untuk menggunakan teknologi dengan cara yang sehat, misalnya menghindari ketergantungan yang berlebihan dan mengontrol waktu. Sangat penting bagi siswa untuk memahami cara menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ini dalam berinteraksi secara online dan menggunakan teknologi untuk kebaikan diri mereka sendiri dan orang lain. Abstract

Character education is an education system that aims to instill certain character values in students, in which there are components of knowledge, awareness or willingness and actions to carry out these values. The Importance of application character education to students at Kurima State Junior high school is because many of them showed poor behavior and harsh character. The main purpose of this research is to find out Ki Hajar Dewantara’s character education and internalize these concept at Kurima State Junior High School. Results of this research showed that Ki Hadjar Dewantara seeks to instill national education foundation based on principles of Indonesia, one of that principle is Culture principle. Ki Hadjar Dewantara culture principle said that culture must be explored and developed through character education. And that culture principle implemented through instill character values in school culture, when school provision facilities support school program and school habituation in daily life at school. School program’s must be designed to form students character by design the right activities at school environment and student get used to character values that designed by school.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of social media in Christian Education and its impact on the interaction between students and lecturers. With the development of digital technology, the use of social media in education has become increasingly relevant to enhance student engagement and facilitate communication in learning. The study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to students and lecturers involved in Christian Education that incorporates social media. The findings show that the integration of social media positively influences the interaction between students and lecturers, offering benefits in enhancing collaboration, accessibility to materials, and student participation. However, the study also identifies challenges related to content accuracy and professionalism in using social media. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective and relevant Christian Education teaching methods in the digital era.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the question of how effectively technology can support the teaching and learning of Christian Religious Education at Arastamar Theological Seminary Wamena, an institution operating within the geographical and digital infrastructure limitations of Papua. The author argues that technology holds strategic potential to expand access, enhance interactivity, and enrich the learning experience of theology students; however, its integration must be sensitive to the social, cultural, and spiritual context of Papuan society. Theories of technology-based learning and Christian pedagogy suggest that technology can serve as an effective tool when critically and contextually adapted. This research employs a qualitative method involving interviews, observations, and document analysis to evaluate the practice of technology use at Arastamar Theological Seminary Wamena. The findings indicate that digital technology has been integrated into the curriculum and has positively influenced the quality of learning, though significant challenges remain—particularly in terms of infrastructure, digital literacy, and resistance among some lecturers and students. The study concludes that technology can strengthen the process of Christian religious education when managed wisely and contextually, and it highlights the need for continuous policy development and training for Christian educators in remote regions.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss technological disruptions that need to be addressed by Christian education teachers with adequate competence. Apparently, the rapid development of technology has created a dilemma for some Christian education teachers in Indonesia because they do not yet have adequate digital competence. Therefore, the qualitative method and the literature approach along with the thought analysis step are used to explore theoretical aspects and empirical facts. This is the effort made in several literatures such as books and journals. The results show that Christian religious education teachers should continue to improve their competence, including digital, spiritual and multiliteracy competencies that are responsive to the influence of Post-Truth in the era of technological disruption. Furthermore, Christian education teachers are responsible for utilizing the development of information technology, optimistic in increasing digital competence, in order to concretize the principles of multiliteracy education in a critical-reflective and effective manner on a variety of information for students in relation to the existence and social relations of a pluralistic society.
