Abstract

Penelitian ini mengetengahkan mengenai upaya guru PAK menginovasi karakter peserta didik. Rupanya kehidupan sebagian peserta didik semakin tergerus hingga menjauh dari nilai karakter yang positif. Kondisi ini berdampak pada perilaku negatif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat yang sedang menyongsong era society 5.0. Metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kepustakaan digunakan untuk mendalami topik tersebut. Lebih jauh, tahap eksegetik dilakukan pada teks Matius 11:28-30 guna memunculkan kandungan makna yang tersirat. Ditemukan bahwa Yesus adalah sosok guru yang mampu menginovasi karakter setiap pengikut-Nya secara kontinyu dan permisif. Dalam pada itu, muncul dorongan bagi guru PAK untuk mengedepankan tindakan penanaman nilai karakter yang positif bagi setiap peserta didik, guna menyongsong era society 5.0, melalui sikap dan perilaku yang dapat dipercaya, diandalkan, memiliki kepedulian sosial serta bertanggung jawab demi terwujudnya peserta didik selaku bagian dari komunitas masyarakat luas yang berkarakter positif berdasarkan ajaran Kristus.

Abstract

Studi ini menelaah makna dari klausa perbuatlah dengan segenap hatimu menurut Kolose 3:23. Penelitian ini berangkat dari alasan pentingnya spiritualitas kerja unsur tendik di STT Arastamar Wamena. Dengan metode kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi mendalam pada perilaku kerja para tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pada teks Kolose 3:23 memunculkan kesan penting mengenai membentuk spiritualitas kerja setiap tindakan kerja tendik, dari sekadar kewajiban profesional menjadi bentuk ibadah yang terkait panggilan pelayanan secara prbadi maupun komunitas. Selain itu, analisis pada Kolose 3:23 menegaskan tentang motivasi dan spiritualitas kerja yang positif ikut memberi dampak pada mutu layanan pendidikan serta hubungan kerja dalam lingkup internal maupun eksternal. Oleh karena itu, temuan ini dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan spiritualitas kerja setiap tendik karena memiliki karakter dan gairah kerja yang kontributif dan lebih bertanggung jawab bagi pengembagan lembaga demi mencapai kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to discover the semantic content of words and language in the Gospel of Luke 16:1-9 through analytical steps. This effort is motivated by the interest of risk mitigation to improve the quality of services at STT Arastamar Wamena which has not yet reached the level set in the Development Master Plan (RIP) document. Qualitative methods accompanied by a library approach underpin the steps of diachronic, synchronic analysis, and critical thinking. This is an elaborative effort supported by literature in the form of Greek interlinear, commentaries, and scientific articles on risk management and the quality of educational services. This effort brings out the semantic implication to conclude that the Gospel of Luke 16:1-9 emphasizes the importance of identifying risks related to loss of control of resources and analyzing needs based on risk evaluation. This effort aims to calculate the impact and options through risk mitigation for resource reallocation and relationship building actions. Various efforts culminate in optimizing service quality with a smart attitude based on integrity.

Abstract

The frequent claims made by followers of Jesus regarding His finality as the only Savior continue to be challenged by groups who speculate against such claims as do liberals and conservatives who build on subjective understanding. This has an impact on efforts to account for faith which have increasingly experienced distortion of the religiosity of faith in the past to the present. This article aims to present the finality of Jesus, as He spoke of both to groups who reject it as well as to His followers in an effort to enrich the teachings of modern Christology. The author uses qualitative methods with an exegetical approach with data collection techniques, namely reviewing the literature in order to understand the meaning of "actually I am the door to the sheep" according to the Gospel of John 10: 7. Thus, it can be concluded that Jesus openly conveyed to His listeners in order to acknowledge His finality as the only "Way of Entry" through "The Door" which is also "the Good Shepherd" and there is no other means besides. Himself. And christological understanding cannot be made based on the assumption of human subjectivity but based on the statement of Jesus himself as narrated "in fact I am the Door to the sheep".

Abstract

Efforts to sow knowledge and pedagogic competencies for PAK teachers in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are positive breakthroughs for the effectiveness of PAK learning in facing various educational challenges and problems. The method used is qualitative, accompanied by a literature study approach. Text analysis and thinking through various literatures that discuss pedagogic science, pedagogic competence, the role of PAK teachers, and the industrial era 4.0 are used carefully. The results obtained show that pedagogic science, according to the continental and pragmatic views in an integrative manner, has individual, personal, moral and social relations motives that lead to pedagogic competence 4.0. This has implications for the realization of educational and learning processes by PAK teachers that are relevant in the industrial era 4.0. So it was concluded that PAK teachers need pedagogic knowledge as a stimulant that enhances pedagogic competence 4.0 which includes their role as educators, instructors and mentors supported by the use of information technology devices or media proportionally for the effectiveness of PAK learning in the industrial era 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the work ethic of Christian religious education teachers as a projection step towards the eroding aspects of motivation, commitment, loyalty, and calling of the soul in their duties. It's ironic because some teachers leave their calling and choose careers in other fields. The method used is qualitative with a literature approach. Lexical observation and exegetical analysis steps are used to explore the text of Nehemiah 8:9-10. So it was concluded that Christian religious education teachers should associate their vocation, have maximum passion, show sincere sincerity in attitude, have commitment and responsibility, and ratify that the Christian religious education learning material is understood. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetengahkan mengenai etos kerja guru pendidikan agama Kristen sebagai langkah proyeksi terhadap tergerusnya aspek motivasi, komitmen, loyalitas dan panggilan jiwa dalam tugasnya. Sungguh ironis karena sebagian guru meninggalkan panggilannya dan memilih berkarier pada bidang yang lain. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Langkah observasi leksikal dan analisis eksigetik digunakan untuk mendalami teks Nehemia 8:9-10. Maka disimpulkan bahwa guru pendidikan agama Kristen sebaiknya mengasosiasikan panggilannya, memiliki gairah yang maksimal, menunjukan kesungguhan hati yang tulus dalam bersikap, memiliki komitmen dan tanggung jawab serta meratifikasi bahwa materi pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen yang diajarkan terpahami dengan jelas.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the question of how effectively technology can support the teaching and learning of Christian Religious Education at Arastamar Theological Seminary Wamena, an institution operating within the geographical and digital infrastructure limitations of Papua. The author argues that technology holds strategic potential to expand access, enhance interactivity, and enrich the learning experience of theology students; however, its integration must be sensitive to the social, cultural, and spiritual context of Papuan society. Theories of technology-based learning and Christian pedagogy suggest that technology can serve as an effective tool when critically and contextually adapted. This research employs a qualitative method involving interviews, observations, and document analysis to evaluate the practice of technology use at Arastamar Theological Seminary Wamena. The findings indicate that digital technology has been integrated into the curriculum and has positively influenced the quality of learning, though significant challenges remain—particularly in terms of infrastructure, digital literacy, and resistance among some lecturers and students. The study concludes that technology can strengthen the process of Christian religious education when managed wisely and contextually, and it highlights the need for continuous policy development and training for Christian educators in remote regions.

Abstract

Character education is an education system that aims to instill certain character values in students, in which there are components of knowledge, awareness or willingness and actions to carry out these values. The Importance of application character education to students at Kurima State Junior high school is because many of them showed poor behavior and harsh character. The main purpose of this research is to find out Ki Hajar Dewantara’s character education and internalize these concept at Kurima State Junior High School. Results of this research showed that Ki Hadjar Dewantara seeks to instill national education foundation based on principles of Indonesia, one of that principle is Culture principle. Ki Hadjar Dewantara culture principle said that culture must be explored and developed through character education. And that culture principle implemented through instill character values in school culture, when school provision facilities support school program and school habituation in daily life at school. School program’s must be designed to form students character by design the right activities at school environment and student get used to character values that designed by school.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to present a relevant, dynamic and conceptual PAK learning concept as a learning effort in shaping students' life skills. It is understood that PAK is an education that pivots on the teachings of Jesus Christ. Meanwhile, discipleship is related to teaching that aims to form a person. On the other hand, life skills reach as the ability to survive naturally and positively against the various challenges faced. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques, namely Grounded Theory. Simultaneous elaboration of several theories combined with observation and interview data at SDTK Sabda Harapan Sentani. The results obtained from this study confirm the validity of PAK, discipleship and life skills as an integral part and are familial, biblical, applicable and conceptual. This leads to efforts to produce outputs that have the fighting power in life that leads to knowing oneself, living harmoniously in society, critical and creative thinking, christocentric learning and vocational understanding. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetengahkan suatu konsep pembelajaran PAK yang relevan, dinamis dan konseptual sebagai upaya pemuridan dalam membentuk life skill peserta didik. Dipahami bahwa PAK menekankan pendidikan yang berporos pada ajaran Yesus Kristus. Sementara itu, pemuridan berkaitan dengan pengajaran yang bertujuan membentuk kepribadian seseorang. Pada sisi yang lain, life skill dipahami sebagai kemampuan survaive seseorang secara alamiah dan positif terhadap berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif diskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu grounded Theory. Elaborasi beberapa teori dipadukan dengan data observasi dan wawancara di SDTK Sabda Harapan Sentani secara simultan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menegaskan kalidansi PAK, pemuridan dan life skill sebagai bagian yang utuh dan bersifat kekeluargaan, alkitabiah, aplikatif dan konseptual. Pemahaman ini mengarah pada upaya menghasilkan output yang memiliki daya juang dalam kehidupan yang mengarah pada kecakapan mengenal diri sendiri, kehidupan yang harmonis dimasyarakat, berpikir kritis dan kreatif, kecakapan akademis dan kecakapan vokasional yang bersifat kristosentris.
