Abstract

The use of instructional  media is related to the suitability of various things, among others: learning objectives, learning materials,  characteristics of learners,  learning theories, learning styles of learners,  environmental conditions, support facilities, time available, cost, organizational support, participant  learning style educate and environmental conditions. Compatibility with other things also supports the effective use of media, but has not been discussed in this study. Educators in the "Christian  Religion" study program have a responsibility to complement their learning with a supportive medium of instruction. Based on the mean anallisa,  "The Use of Learning Media by PAK Educational  Prgram  Educator at STT" Christ Alfa Omega "Semarang is in very high category. Based on the percentage analysis of things that need to be improved is the educator using instructional media in accordance with the characteristics of learners,  learning theory, learning styles, environmental conditions and costs and organizational support needs to be improved

Abstract

Covid 19 pandemic has caused changes in various fields, including education. There are some problems that arise in the selection of learning strategies during the Covid 19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is development research, namely research used to test product quality using quantitative methods as the primary method and examining users with qualitative methods as secondary methods. The result of the research is the level of the development of effective learning strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic at STT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang in the moderate category or less of the maximum value is not proven

Abstract

Penafsiran Alkitab menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi. Penafsiran Alkitab digunakan bagi pertumbuhan pribadi mahasiswa maupun dalam pelayanan mahasiswa teologi. Penafsiran Alkitab yang benar, yaitu penafsiran Alkitab yang didasarkan pada penerapan prinsip-prinsip penafsiran Alkitab secara benar. Permasalahan penerapan prinsip-prinsip penafsiran Alkitab yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Semester VI Di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 ketika mengikuti mata kuliah “Hermeneutika Dasar” di STT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang, yaitu pertama, penerapan prinsip- prinsip penafsiran Alkitab yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dalam kategori kurang. Kedua, masih terdapat mahasiswa yang belum mengalami kelahiran baru, sebagai penafsir Alkitab ini adalah syarat mutlak. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan masih terdapat mahasiswa yang kurang memiliki kedisiplinan dalam mengumpulkan tugas mata kuliah hermeneutika. Ketiga, masih terdapat mahasiswa yang kurang memiliki kerinduan untuk mempelajari Firman Tuhan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan mengerjakan tugas penyelidikan Alkitab atau belajar menafsir tetapi mengerjakan dengan hanya mengutip penafsiran orang lain atau kurang memiliki kemandirian dalam menafsir Alkitab. Keempat, masih terdapat mahasiswa yang kurang memiliki kesabaran dalam menafsir Alkitab, hal ini dibuktikan dengan kurang mengikuti prinsip-prinsip penafsiran dengan kecenderungan untuk melakukan aplikasi tetapi kurang melakukan analisa historis, konteks, grammatikal dan tata bahasa. Kelima, masih terdapat mahasiswa yang kurang dalam melakukan analisa grammatikal dan tata bahasa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan kurang menggali Teks dari bahasa asli Alkitab. Keenam, masih terdapat mahasiswa yang menafsir Alkitab kurang melakukan analisa konteks, hal ini dibuktikan dengan penafsiran yang kurang sesuai dengan konteks Teks Alkitab. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian deskriptif dengan tujuan memaparkan  prinsip-prinsip penafsiran Alkitab, yang harus diikuti agar mahasiswa dapat melakukan penafsiran dengan benar dan melalui penafsiran yang benar dapat melakukan kebenaran dalam kehidupannya secara pribadi dan dapat menyampaikan pengajaran Firman Tuhan dengan benar agar jemaat yang dilayani mengalami pertumbuhan iman. Seberapa besar penerapan prinsip-prinsip penafsiran Alkitab oleh mahasiswa semester VI di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 ? tingkat Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Penafsiran Alkitab Oleh Mahasiswa Semester VI Di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 dalam kategori sedang atau 60 % dari nilai maksimal. Untuk mendapatkan nilai adalah dengan cara membagi skor total dengan skor ideal dikali 100%. Adapun skor total pada penilaian ini adalah 3962. Nilai skor ideal diperoleh dengan cara jumlah responden dikalikan dengan jumlah item dan dikalikan dengan nilai tertinggu (23x42x5=4830) sehingga tingkat Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip Penafsiran Alkitab Oleh Mahasiswa Semester VI Di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019   adalah= 82% ((3962:4830)x100%) sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima.

Abstract

The main tasks of the lecturer are summarized into three main tasks, namely in the fields of teaching, research and community service. The teaching field is related to the ability of lecturers to deliver teaching material, the research assignment related to the development of knowledge and the field of community service is lecturer service which is a contribution of lecturers in community life by sharing their experiences and knowledge in accordance with the specifications of the fields used for welfare to the community. The limitation of the problem in this study is that there are still lecturers of the Christian Religious Education study program at STT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang who have not implemented the Tri Darma of Higher Education.The formulation of the problem in this study is how big is the level of implementation of the Tri Darma of Higher Education by PAK lecturers in the academic year 2018/2019 at STT "Kristus Alfa Omega" Semarang? The purpose of the study was to determine the level of implementation of the Tri Darma of Higher Education in the field of teaching by PAK lecturers in the academic year 2018/2019 at STT "Kristus Alfa Omega" Semarang. Research hypothesis: Allegedly Implementation of Higher Education Tri Darma by PAK Lecturers in Academic Year 2018/2019 in STT "Kristus Alfa Omega" Semarang in the medium category or equal to 60% of the maximum value not accepted because the results of the calculation above obtained a hypothesis value of 83% of maximum value.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter seorang anak tidak dapat dipisahkan dari keterlibatan atau peran orang tua di dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang pengaruh peran orang tua terhadap kualitas karakter anak Sekolah Minggu. Untuk menjawab tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,619 atau 61,9% berada pada kategori kuat. Sedangkan nilai persentase tingkat peran orang tua terhadap perubahan kualitas karakter anak adalah sebesar 86,7% (sangat tinggi). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas karakter anak kuat dipengaruhi oleh peran orang tua dalam mendidik anak baik melalui keteladanan hidup maupun pengajaran yang berpusat pada kebenaran firman Tuhan. Terbentuknya karakter positif anak, faktor peran orang tua dalam mendidik anak di dalam keluarga tetaplah faktor menjadi faktor yang dominan dan tidak dapat disepelekan.

Abstract

The study aims to explore the relationship between the role of the Christian Teacher of Education (PAK) according to Titus 2:6-8 and the character development of high school students in the Loa Janan Ilir region for the academic year 2023/2024. Using the method of correlation analysis, the findings showed a positive correlationship between the role of PAK teacher and student character development, even though the correspondence was low with a Pearson correlative coefficient of 0.249. The results of the analysis also indicated that only a small part of the variability in student character development can be attributed to the role of PAK teacher, with a determination coefficient (ry2) of 6.2%. The study also highlighted that the majority of variabilities in the character development of students (93.8%) are influenced by factors outside the scope of the study. However, the level of significance of the correlation factor found (0.05) indicates that there is a statistically significant relationship between the teacher's role and the student's character development. Thus, the study provides important insights into the role of PAK Teachers in shaping the character of high school students, while emphasizing the importance of considering other external factors that contribute to student character development

Abstract

The world of work or business has theological implications. Christian entrepreneurs must base their business activities on the word of God as the standard of faith and conduct so that they are not merely pursuing material gain but also serving as witnesses of Christ. This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of Christian businesspersons' understanding of Christian character on employee performance, particularly those who are members of the GBT Maranatha Bandung congregation. The chosen research method is quantitative-correlational. The research findings indicate that the influence of Christian businesspersons' understanding of Christian character on the performance of employees who are members of the GBT Maranatha Bandung congregation is 0.446, which falls into the moderate category. Based on this, Christian businesspersons' understanding of Christian character needs continual improvement, so that employee performance can enhance and ultimately impact the outcomes of a business. Christian businesspersons should distance themselves from all business practices that are ethically unholy and unfair while applying Christian character as the identity of a Christian individual within their business endeavors.AbstrakDunia kerja atau bisnis memiliki implikasi teologis. Bagi pebisnis Kristen perlu mendasarkan kegiatan usahanya pada firman Allah sebagai standar iman dan perilakunya sehingga tidak sekedar mengejar keuntungan materi melainkan sekaligus menjadi saksi Kristus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemahaman pebisnis Kristen tentang karakter kristiani terhadap kinerja pegawai khususnya bagi yang berjemaat di GBT Maranatha Bandung. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah metode kuantitatif-korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh pemahaman pebisnis Kristen tentang karakter kristiani terhadap kinerja pegawai yang berjemaat di GBT Maranatha Bandung adalah sebesar 0,446 yaitu berada dalam kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka pemahaman pebisnis Kristen tentang karakter kristiani harus terus ditingkatkan, sehingga kinerja pegawai dapat semakin baik dan dapat memengaruhi hasil dari suatu bisnis. Para pebisnis Kristen harus memisahkan diri dari semua praktik bisnis yang secara etis tidak kudus, dan bertindak adil dengan menerapkan karakter kristiani sebagai identitas orang Kristen.

Abstract

The hypothesis in this study is the level of effectiveness of the interactive method in learning Christian religious education in grade 2 at SMP Negeri 4 Alasa Nias Utara. Based on the hypothesis testing conducted, the researchers found that the level of effectiveness of the interactive method in learning Christian religious education in grade 2 of SMP Negeri 4 Alasa Nias Utara for the 2021/2022 academic year is in the good category, namely 67.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the relationship between the characteristics of Christian leadership according to I Timothy 4:11-16 and the enthusiasm of students' weekend service. This study uses a quantitative research method with a correlational research type, namely a form of research used with the aim of exploring the relationship between variables. The results of the study obtained a result of 0.922 or 92% including the interval 0.80 - 1000 very strong. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis (Ho) the characteristics of Christian leadership according to 1 Timothy 4:11-16 on the enthusiasm of weekend worship of students at the Nusantara Theological College Salatiga are included in the moderate category or less than or equal to 60% of the maximum value is rejected, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) namely: Characteristics of Christian Leadership according to 1 Timothy 4:11-16, Against the Enthusiasm of Weekend Student Service at the Nusantara Theological College Salatiga in the high category or more equivalent to 60% of the maximum value received.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan memahami hubungan karakteristikkepemimpinan Kristen menurut I Timotius 4:11-16 terhadap antusias pelayanan weekend mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional yaitu bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dengan tujuan mengeksplorasi hubungan antar variabel. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil 0,922 atau 92% termasuk pada interval 0, 80 – 1000 sangat kuat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan hipotesis (Ho) karakteristik kepemimpinan Kristen menurut 1 Timotius 4:11-16 terhadap antusiasme ibadah akhir pekan siswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Nusantara Salatiga termasuk kategori sedang atau kurang dari sama dengan 60% nilai maksimal ditolak, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yaitu : Karakteristik Kepemimpinan Kristen menurut 1 Timotius 4:11-16, Terhadap Antusiasme Pelayanan Mahasiswa Weekend Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Nusantara Salatiga pada kategori tinggi atau lebih setara dengan 60% nilai maksimal yang diterima.Kata Kunci: Karakteristik, Kepemimpinan Kristen, Antusiasme, Pelayanan Weekend

Abstract

The congregation at GBI Gunungsari Salatiga is a congregation that is experiencing faith growth, but this congregation faces challenges to prioritize God in personal, family and society. In order to overcome this, the pastor has a regular formation program through teaching the Word of God. This faith formation has the theme “Seek The Lord” based on the Book of Amos 5:4-6 on December 8, 2024 at 08.00-10.00 at GBI Gunungsari Salatiga. The presentation of this faith formation preparation was through exposition study and literature study of Amos 5:4-6. While the implementation of community service uses the lecture method. There are 3 main points that can be done by the congregation to face the challenge of prioritizing God through the theme 'Seek God'. First: the congregation must seek God, second: the congregation must seek God through repentance. Third: the congregation must seek God by putting God first. The result of this PkM is that the congregation understands the meaning of seeking God, the congregation experiences repentance as a response to seeking God and the congregation is committed to prioritizing God in the practice of daily life.
