Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Business plan of the Santri Coffee Shop using the SWOT Analysis approach. And to find out the benefits of the existence of the Santri Coffee Shop in the Alwafi Boarding School environment. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews, observations and documentation at the research location at the Santri Coffee Shop Alwafi Islamic Boarding School Pengasinan Depok. The analysis used SWOT Analysis, so that it can be used as an alternative to compile a Business Plan in business development at the Santri Coffee Shop Alwafi Islamic Boarding School Pengasinan Depok.Business in the current era is included in the more modern category combining all categories and places of business. For the culinary sector, in addition to high-end restaurants, there are also small-scale ones such as cafes and stalls. Seeing the opportunities and behavior of society in general, makes business actors engaged in the food and beverage sector glance at the coffee shop business, which focuses on the coffee sector by prioritizing a comfortable and homey atmosphere, both for workers and customers. With the current conditions, the presence of a coffee shop is considered the most appropriate for the lifestyle of urban communities. No exception for the santri environment, such as the one at the Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Pengasinan Depok Islamic Boarding School. With the presence of Santripreneurs who are part of independent learning, the Coffee Shop is present in addition to teaching santri to be entrepreneurs, it is also a business opportunity that is usually a gathering place in the city, arranged according to the santri atmosphere by presenting a healthy coffee sensation in one of the canteen outlets of the Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Solvability (Debt to Equity Ratio) and profitability (Net Profit Margin) on company value (Price to Book Value) at PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data utilized is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements from PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk for the period 2013-2023, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this study indicate that partially, the Solvability (Debt to Equity Ratio) has a significant effect on the company's value (Price to Book Value), where the calculated T value is greater than the T table value, specifically 2.537> 2.306, with a significance level of 0.035, which is less than 0.05 (0.035 < 0.05). Meanwhile, partially, Profitability (Net Profit Margin) does not have a significant effect on the company's value (Price to Book Value), as the calculated T value is less than the T table value, specifically 0.541 < 2.306, with a significance level of 0.603, which is greater than 0.05 (0.603 > 0.05). Furthermore, simultaneously, Solvability (DER) and Profitability (NPM) do not have a significant effect on the company's value (PBV), as the calculated F value is less than the F table value, specifically 3.354 < 4.459, and the significance value is 0.088, which is greater than 0.05 (0.088 > 0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the impact of Quick Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on Net Profit Margin at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data obtained from the Financial Statements of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk from the official website of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk from 2013 to 2023. All tests conducted using the operation of the SPSS version 26 application.Quick Ratio varable test results have effect on Net Profit Margin with T test partially with tcount > ttable is 4,321 > 2,3060 and significant value is 0,003 < 0,05. Total Asset Turnover variable have effect on Net Profit Margin with tcount > ttable is 3,608 > 2, 3060 and significant value is 0,007 < 0,05. Quick Ratio and Total Asset Turnover against Net Profit Margin with known F test, Fcount is greater than Ftable is 14,715 > 4,256 and signifying value is 0.002 < 0.05. So the explanation that the variable that Quick Ratio and Total Asset Turnover significantly influence simultaneously on Net Profit Margin with a coefficient of determination of 73.3% and the remaining 26.7% is influenced by other variables not tested in this study.

Abstract

Lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) seringkali tidak memiliki informasi yang cukup ketika sudah lulus dan memasuki dunia kerja..Sehingga para siswa / siswi perlu mendapatkan bimbingan dalam pengelolann keuangan mereka setelah mendapatkan pekerjaan di perusahaan.. Program ini bertujuan untuk membantu lulusan SMK dalam pengelolaan petty cash keuangan perusahaan. Dengan memberikan bimbingan praktis dan informasi yang relevan, program ini diharapkan dapat mendukung lulusan dalam membuat laporan petty cash atau kas kecil yang tepat di perusahaan.. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain melakukan studi pendahuluan, mengadakan pelatihan dan workshop bagi para siswa yang akan lulus dari SMK Arrahmaniyah. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan perspektif langsung dari para ahli dan praktisi mengenai pengelolaan petty cash keuangan perusahaan. Hasil pengabdian yang diharapkan lulusan SMK mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih jelas tentang bagaimana meraka bisa megelola keuangan dan membuat laporan petty cash perusahaan., Sehingga Lulusan dapat memperoleh pemahaman pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis dalam mengelola keuangan perusahaan.
