Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan usaha ekonomi kreatif yang dimiliki oleh perorangan maupun badan usaha. UMKM masyarakat Kelurahan Rakam memiliki beragam bentuk seperti usaha keripik pisang dan talas. Masalah mendasar pada pengabdian ini adalah kurang maksimalnya pengemasan, pelabelan dan strategi marketing yang berdampak pada kuantitas dan kualitas produksi. Tujuan utama dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk UMKM termasuk dalam pemasaran dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Substansi pengabdian ini adalah dilakukannya pendampingan packaging dan labeling (merk) pada produk usaha keripik pisang dan talas yang perlu untuk dibranding agar lebih layak bersaing di dunia pasar dan menjadi daya tarik produksi seperti pembuatan merk maupun pemilihan bahan kemasan yang dilakukan dengan hearing bersama para pelaku UMKM. Pendampingan juga dilakukan pada digital marketing dalam hal strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan. Hasil pengabdian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui pendampingan ini dapat meningkatkan komitmen kolektif dalam berusaha, termasuk kualitas kemasan yang mempengaruhi ketahanan produk sehingga memberikan kepuasan terhadap konsumen dan peluang pemasaran yang potensial melalui digital marketing.

Abstract

We have seen far too many variations in millennial society's conduct, both positive and negative. In actuality, the excessive media consumption culture has an effect on abnormal conduct. Not to mention the issues with bullying and fake news that abound in online communities. This study aims to provide millennial society and da'wah actors with a reference while also learning about the da'wah innovative ideas of Pemuda Hijrah Lombok. This study combines library research with qualitative methodology. The research's findings point to the innovation of Pemuda Hijrah Lombok in the digital disruption era, particularly in the form of Deep Talk, Road Show, PHL, Journey with Al-Qur'an, and other constructive activities that help develop strong moral character and religious understanding. This initiative pushes netizens to adopt more sensible digital behavior.

Abstract

The presence of digitalization in addition to supporting learning also has bad consequences when used disproportionately. The Covid-19 phenomenon requires students to use digitalization as an online learning medium. The existence of pesantren habitus with the dynamics of student media behavior is an interesting thing to discuss in this research which uses qualitative methods through case studies in several madrasahhs in the pesantren environment in East Lombok. The result of the study is that the behavioral dynamics that occur in students as digital natives are micro dynamics with the majority guided by values and norms in Pesantrens although some of them experience behavioral and communication dynamics due to the use of media including youtube and online games such as the use of slang language that is not in accordance with the habits of pesantren. Including as a positive and negative impact of media consumption.

Abstract

Permasalahan stunting masih menjadi isu krisis global dengan berbagai upaya yang dilakukan oleh sektor pemerintahan. kurangnya literasi masyarakat membuat kasus stunting pada tahun 2022 di Lombok Timur mencapai 35,6%. Berbagai Regulasi yang dilakukan mulai dari Perbup sampai Perdes terkait stunting perlu dikomunikasikan lebih intens dan interaktif. Penelitian ini fokus terhadap pola komunikasi dan inovasi yang dilakukan dalam analisis struktural fungsional, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang dilakukan adalah pola rantai (chain) atau komunikasi hierarki dan pola komunikasi Y melalui perantara staf atau pihak ketiga dengan model komunikasi Shannon & Weaver dalam proses penyampaian informasi. Inovasi program dilakukan seperti sawer telur oleh UPTD, membentuk PIKR dan Tribina (Bina Keluarga Balita, Lansia dan Remaja) oleh tim pendamping keluarga (TPK). Melalui analisis AGIL Talcott Parsons, keterlibatan semua pihak (integreated action) belum maksimal termasuk tokoh  agama (Tuan Guru) dengan pengaruh yang cukup besar di masyarakat.

Abstract

The intelligence of digitalization affects the lifestyle of Muslim youth. The variety of values produced, including negative values such as moral degradation and loss of wisdom in social media behavior (digital), is often witnessed in various statuses and comments. This study aims to analyze Husain Basyaiban's da'wah rhetoric through the TikTok platform in the review of challenges and opportunities in the digital era through Aristotle's rhetoric. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results of this study indicate that Husain Basyaiban uses preaching rhetoric with word selection, language style based on tone, and language style based on sentence structure. Then, use the voice styles of pitch, pause, and rate. Finally, using gestures ranging from appropriate body posture and eye gaze, good appearance, and dress, as well as facial expressions and hand movements that adjust. In addition, some challenges must be faced, such as the bullying attitude of netizens, sensitivity to the environment, balancing education with da'wah content, and the need to be creative. Meanwhile, the opportunity for digital da'wah is that good rhetorical skills can persuade netizens and have implications for the number of followers as a target of da'wah.

Abstract

Factors that cause the lack of interest of the public to use BPJS services are assumptions that it is useless to use BPJS if it is not used, let alone having to register a family. The case is that the underprivileged community becomes twice-minded and burdensome to them.  This research uses qualitative research. The data collection method used is an interview, observation, and documentation, while the analysis method used is interactive model analysis.  The results showed that the socialization of BPJS Kesehatan is very important for the community. However, BPJS Kesehatan in Mataram city its programs in several sub-districts and the lack of socialization makes people not know about the importance of BPJS Kesehatan. The conclusion of the study shows that BPJS Kesehatan has not been optimal in conducting socialization which makes some people say that BPJS socialization is not effective.

Abstract

Urgensi penguasaan media dalam pemasaran produk termasuk Usaha Mikro, kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) gula semut, adalah hal yang dibutuhkan.Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan Marketing Executive melalui pelatihan Konten Mareketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Research (PAR). Atas dasar keterlibatan bersama. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa para pengrajin UMKM Gula Semut sangat menantikan untuk menerapkan strategi yang kami usulkan dan membantu mereka menjalankannya. Mereka juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya kegiatan pendampingan ini terkait pemasaran produk yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi digital (Digital Marketing) berupa media sosial seperti Instagram, Youtube dan Facebook. sehingga distribusi produk dalam pasar domestik dapat terselamatkan.

Abstract

 Social change and the development of the times present challenges to cultural traditions (local wisdom) today. The declining interest of younger generations due to digital media exposure has gradually led to local wisdom being relatively abandoned. However, the cultural community's need for religious connection cannot be denied. The Memacak tradition as a medium of da'wah holds a special place in community life. This research employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological perspective through observation and documentation techniques. The findings reveal that the existence of the Memacak Tradition can be observed through the activities and roles attached to it. These functions include entertainment media, da'wah media, and warning (muhasabah), which are inseparable from the involvement of several elements: community and religious leaders as social control, the Sabuk Belo customary institution as a forum for potential empowerment, regeneration, and cultural preservation by involving the community in various cultural events.
