Abstract

In this study there are two variables namely X (Work Discipline) and Y (Employee Performance) variable. This research was conducted to determine the Performance of Employees and the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method of analysis to discuss the identification of the problem of how the Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta and analysis to discuss the problem identification of how much influence the Work Discipline has on the Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero ) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The data used are primary data collected through observation, questionnaire methods, interviews, and library methods. To measure the effect of these variables used the validity test, the reliability equation regression test, the coefficient of determination, the validity test and the reliability test with the help of a computer application program SPSS 23.0 Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods namely the results of the validity test, the reliability test with valid and reliable results , Correlation Coefficient Test Results of 0.843 which means a strong and direct relationship between the independent variable (Work Discipline) with the dependent variable (Employee Performance). From the results of the Regression Analyst, the equation can be obtained, namely: Y = 5,960 + 0,842 X. So Y = Employee Performance, and X = Work Discipline. From the results of the calculation of the regression equation about the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta is having a positive or direct relationship between Work Discipline influencing Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research report aims to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on the quality of public performance, using quantitative descriptive research methods, and using primary data in the Bekasi City Education Office with 100 respondents as well as related school communities, then the data is processed using multiple regression analysis. The results state that there is a positive and significant relationship from the independent variables, namely work motivation and organizational culture, the dependent variable, namely the quality of public performance, this is quite good and needs to be improved again in order to improve education based on appropriate quality management and become a challenge to continue to innovate performance commitment in the field of education for the people of Bekasi City. Keywords: Motivation; Culture; Performance Quality. ABSTRAKLaporan penelitian mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap mutu kinerja  public, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian  deskriptif kuantitatif, dan menggunakan data primer di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi dengan 100 responden juga masyarakat sekolah terkait, lalu data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, Adapun hasil menyatakan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan dari variable bebas yaitu motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi variable terikat yaitu mutu kinerja publik, hal ini cukup baik dan perlu ditingkatkan Kembali guna meningkatkan Pendidikan yang berbasis pada manajemen mutu yang tepat dan menjadi tantangan  untuk terus melakukan inovasi komitmen kinerja dibidang Pendidikan untuk masyarakat Kota Bekasi. Kata kunci: Motivasi; Budaya; Mutu Kinerja.

Abstract

In this digital era, business environment has its more challenges. Product innovation is not enough anymore. Marketing communication process may not be relevant regarding  rapid changes in the dinamic environment. In order to maintain its corporate image dan company’s merekportfolio, company has to do something creative in all aspec of its public relation and branding activities. People have more choice than ever. They can get the products anywhere and can compare products and services down to the minute details. This requires a more intelligent manner of communication by companies.Brand activation is one of the important activities in the branding process. Abstract

The This research report is to find out how much influence performance and satisfaction have on work quality during the Covid-19 pandemic, Bekasi City Education Office, while this research methodology uses the SPSS Statistics quantitative method by conducting online and offline survey research, and distributing questionnaires directly face to face. limited to respondents as many as 40 respondents while the findings of performance problems and satisfaction with work quality at the Bekasi City Education Office have not been carried out optimally, especially through restrictions on the application of community activities or PPKM in limited face-to-face operations, there are still employees who are late absent, regulations that are not in accordance with the implementation , and employees have not been able to increase satisfaction maximally in their performance, while the results of the study show that performance and satisfaction with work quality show a significant positive relationship for each variable, that performance and satisfaction with Work quality is prioritized in carrying out administrative activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Organizations that have organizational culture and a conducive work environment will show high employee performance as well. The problems that can be formulated from this research are: Is there any influence of organizational culture, work environment on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) East Jakarta. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture, work environment on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) East Jakarta. Determination of the number of samples using random sampling technique, which then obtained the results of 53 respondents. Data collection tools used are documentation and questionnaires. The research data analysis method used instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis of the percentage of classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t) and simultaneous test (F)., and coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed equation Y = 19.075 + 0.208 X1+ 0.336 X2. Partially the magnitude of the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable, namely: Organizational culture of 17.7%, and work environment of 12.4%. Simultaneously the magnitude of the influence of work motivation and work environment on performance is 43.8%. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) East Jakarta simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between employee training on employee performance at PT. Pelni (Persero) Jakarta. The research method in this study uses descriptive quantitative research methods using primary data. Sampling technique is a saturated sample of 50 people through a questionnaire. Processing data using SPSS 26 statistical applications. In the study obtained a large correlation coefficient of 0.838 shows a very strong relationship between training with employee performance at PT. Pelni (Persero) Jakarta. Based on the determination coefficient (R2) of 0.702, it shows that the training variable (X) affect the performance of employees (Y) by 70.2% and the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other variables. While the regression equation is obtained Y = 7.265 + 0.816X.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini, Central Jakarta. (2) The Effect of Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini Central Jakarta. (3) The Effect of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini Central Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study collected primary data with a questionnaire. The questionnaire distributed is a list of written statements regarding Motivation and Compensation for Employee Performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini Central Jakarta. To analyze the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was performed using the help of a computer program, namely SPSS Statistics. The results showed that there was a positive and partially significant influence on Motivation with Employee Performance Performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini Central Jakarta. A simultaneously positive and significant influence on Motivation and Compensation with Employee Performance at PT. Askrindo (Persero) Cikini Central Jakarta.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya dan kualitas terhadap kepuasan public dimasa pandemic Covid-19 Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS Statistik dan melakukan observasi lapangan (field research) baik secara daring dan luring, dengan memakai metode modus selfadministered questionnaires yaitu penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung dengan tatap muka kepada responden, sebanyak 80 responden sehingga ditemukan temuan masalah pada budaya dan kualitas pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi, belum dilakukan maksimal, terutama melalui operasional baik tatap muka terbatas dan virtual, masih dijumpai pegawai yang absen bermasalah, regulasi belum sesuai, juga pegawai dalam ini harapkan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan secara maksimal, Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan budaya organisasi dan kualitas terhadap kepuasan menunjukan hubungan positif signifikan setiap variabel, bahwa budaya organisasi dan kualitas tetap dikedepankan dalam menjalankan aktivitas di masa pandemic Covid-19. Kata kunci: Budaya, Kualitas, Kepuasan. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence culture and quality had on public satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic, Bekasi City Education Office, using quantitative research methods using SPSS Statistics and conducting field research both online and offline, using the mode method. self-administered questionnaires, namely the distribution of questionnaires directly face-to-face to respondents, as many as 80 respondents so that the findings of problems in culture and quality at the Bekasi City Education Office have not been carried out optimally, especially through limited and virtual face-to-face operations, there are still employees who are absent with problems , regulations are not appropriate, also employees in this are expected to be able to increase satisfaction to the maximum, The results of the study show organizational culture and quality to satisfaction show a significant positive relationship for each variable, that organizational culture and quality of service p is prioritized in carrying out activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a simultaneous influence of information technology and service quality on customer loyalty at Bank Mandiri's Jakarta Patra Jasa branch. The aim is to determine the effect of information technology and service quality simultaneously on customer loyalty at Bank Mandiri's Jakarta Patra Jasa branch. This research includes associative research which states the relationship between two or more variables. The sample taken in this study uses Simple Random Sampling with a total sample of 100 samples who are customers at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Patra Jasa Jakarta Branch. The data analysis method used was qualitative analysis, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, f test (together test), and t test (partial test). The results of the study using multiple linear regression there is an influence between information technology and service quality simultaneously on customer loyalty . F test has an effect between information technology and service quality simultaneously on customer loyalty . The t test (partial test) has an influence between information technology on customer loyalty and there is an influence between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
