Abstract

In this study there are two variables namely X (Work Discipline) and Y (Employee Performance) variable. This research was conducted to determine the Performance of Employees and the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method of analysis to discuss the identification of the problem of how the Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta and analysis to discuss the problem identification of how much influence the Work Discipline has on the Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero ) DAOP 1 Jakarta. The data used are primary data collected through observation, questionnaire methods, interviews, and library methods. To measure the effect of these variables used the validity test, the reliability equation regression test, the coefficient of determination, the validity test and the reliability test with the help of a computer application program SPSS 23.0 Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods namely the results of the validity test, the reliability test with valid and reliable results , Correlation Coefficient Test Results of 0.843 which means a strong and direct relationship between the independent variable (Work Discipline) with the dependent variable (Employee Performance). From the results of the Regression Analyst, the equation can be obtained, namely: Y = 5,960 + 0,842 X. So Y = Employee Performance, and X = Work Discipline. From the results of the calculation of the regression equation about the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 1 Jakarta is having a positive or direct relationship between Work Discipline influencing Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research report aims to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on the quality of public performance, using quantitative descriptive research methods, and using primary data in the Bekasi City Education Office with 100 respondents as well as related school communities, then the data is processed using multiple regression analysis. The results state that there is a positive and significant relationship from the independent variables, namely work motivation and organizational culture, the dependent variable, namely the quality of public performance, this is quite good and needs to be improved again in order to improve education based on appropriate quality management and become a challenge to continue to innovate performance commitment in the field of education for the people of Bekasi City. Keywords: Motivation; Culture; Performance Quality. ABSTRAKLaporan penelitian mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap mutu kinerja  public, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian  deskriptif kuantitatif, dan menggunakan data primer di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi dengan 100 responden juga masyarakat sekolah terkait, lalu data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, Adapun hasil menyatakan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan dari variable bebas yaitu motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi variable terikat yaitu mutu kinerja publik, hal ini cukup baik dan perlu ditingkatkan Kembali guna meningkatkan Pendidikan yang berbasis pada manajemen mutu yang tepat dan menjadi tantangan  untuk terus melakukan inovasi komitmen kinerja dibidang Pendidikan untuk masyarakat Kota Bekasi. Kata kunci: Motivasi; Budaya; Mutu Kinerja.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya dan kualitas terhadap kepuasan public dimasa pandemic Covid-19 Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS Statistik dan melakukan observasi lapangan (field research) baik secara daring dan luring, dengan memakai metode modus selfadministered questionnaires yaitu penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung dengan tatap muka kepada responden, sebanyak 80 responden sehingga ditemukan temuan masalah pada budaya dan kualitas pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi, belum dilakukan maksimal, terutama melalui operasional baik tatap muka terbatas dan virtual, masih dijumpai pegawai yang absen bermasalah, regulasi belum sesuai, juga pegawai dalam ini harapkan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan secara maksimal, Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan budaya organisasi dan kualitas terhadap kepuasan menunjukan hubungan positif signifikan setiap variabel, bahwa budaya organisasi dan kualitas tetap dikedepankan dalam menjalankan aktivitas di masa pandemic Covid-19. Kata kunci: Budaya, Kualitas, Kepuasan. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence culture and quality had on public satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic, Bekasi City Education Office, using quantitative research methods using SPSS Statistics and conducting field research both online and offline, using the mode method. self-administered questionnaires, namely the distribution of questionnaires directly face-to-face to respondents, as many as 80 respondents so that the findings of problems in culture and quality at the Bekasi City Education Office have not been carried out optimally, especially through limited and virtual face-to-face operations, there are still employees who are absent with problems , regulations are not appropriate, also employees in this are expected to be able to increase satisfaction to the maximum, The results of the study show organizational culture and quality to satisfaction show a significant positive relationship for each variable, that organizational culture and quality of service p is prioritized in carrying out activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Computer games have emerged in the past decade as potential media beyond entertainment. Despite its popularity, game accessibility remains a major concern of various researchers. Children population with motor disabilities is a potential target for developing entertainment or therapeutic support games due to their interest to play. This paper presents: (1) a framework for mobile games for children with motor disability using simple hand postures and (2) xgboost decision tree as a hand posture recognizer (98.48 percent training accuracy and 96.76 percent testing accuracy) as a prototype of hand posture-based commands as assistive technology to interact with games.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalis pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu Bata melalui citra merek sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada 100 konsumen sepatu Bata, yang berbelanja di Toko Sepatu Bata dalam satu tahun terakhir, penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Desember 2021 dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan oleh dosen program studi manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika dengan mitra tim penggerak PKK Kelurahan Bambu Apus Jakarta. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini guna memberikan pembekalan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan public speaking. Kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung berlokasi di RPTRA Gebangsari kelurahan Bambu Apus. Kapasitas kemampuan berbicara bagi sebagian orang di depan publik merupakan suatu keahlian tersendiri yang mencerminkan kapabilitas dan kredibilitas seseorang, perlu adanya usaha sehingga kemampuan tersebut dapat meningkat terutama bagi mereka-mereka yang selalu berhadapan dengan orang guna menyampaikan suatu informasi di depan publik. Minimnya pengetahuan dan teknik public speaking yang baik menyebabkan diperlukannya suatu pelatihan yang mengenalkan teknik berbicara di depan publik yang benar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 90% peserta PkM menjadi paham akan konsep public speaking, mampu mendeskripsikan kemampuan diri untuk menjadi public speaker serta mampu mempraktekkannya dari sebelum dilakukannya pelatihan dalam kegiatan PkM ini yang hanya berkisar 75%-80% saja.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan oleh dosen program studi manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika dengan mitra Kelompok PKK Kelurahan Cibubur. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini guna memberikan pemahaman dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana branding baik secara individu maupun institusi/organisasi serta meningkatkan keterampilan peserta PkM dalam membuat konten-konten yang menarik dan memiliki nilai jual. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara tatap muka langsung dan mengambil lokasi di RPTRA Cibubur Berseri Kelurahan Cibubur Jakarta. Pengembangan suatu organisasi maupun individu akan berbagai keunggulan yang dimiliki dapat dilakukan dengan mem-branding-nya pada suatu media sosial. Tujuanya tidak lain agar kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut dapat terekspos ke publik. Hal ini tentunya akan memberikan dampak yang signifian bagi perkembangan individu ataupun organisasi. Minimnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang branding dan media sosial menyebabkan diperlukannya suatu pelatihan yang mengenalkan teknik-tenik branding dan optimalisasi media sosial secara benar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 90% peserta PkM menjadi paham akan konsep branding melalui medsos, 87% mampu memilih tema-tema branding yang dapat diterapkan di medsos dan hampir 90% mampu mempraktekkan kemampuan membuat konten sebagai sarana branding di medsos.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the understanding of happiness at work (HAW) by examining its dimensions and characteristics. Furthermore, it investigates the generation of knowledge concerning HAW through various theoretical frameworks, contextual elements, and methodological approaches. The study also identifies potential future avenues for HAW research. This paper undertakes a systematic literature review of 42 selected empirical articles published from 2010 to 2024, providing an in-depth exploration of HAW. It evaluates trends in publication, dimensions, characteristics, theoretical frameworks, contextual influences, and the research methodologies applied in HAW studies. The results indicate that while research on HAW has gained considerable traction, a significant need remains for further exploration, especially in developing countries. The study identifies several theoretical frameworks, including the job demand-resources model, social exchange theory, and broaden-and-build theory. It also recommends the incorporation of less frequently utilized theories, such as the positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment (PERMA) model, alongside flow theory, for future research initiatives. This review enriches the literature on workplace happiness by providing a thorough analysis and offers valuable insights to inform future research into the factors affecting employee well-being.

Abstract

Retensi pegawai adalah upaya instansi untuk mempertahankan pegawai agar tetap berada dalam organisasi guna mencapai tujuan organisasi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap retensi pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Kota Bekasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil perhitungan SPSS 30 adalah Y = -1,190 + 0,300X1 + 0,584X2 + 0,043X3, sehingga dapat diketahui adanya pengaruh variable independen dan variable dependen. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai thitung kompensasi sebesar 4,066 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,990 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05, nilai thitung pengembangan karir sebesar 8,396 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,990 dan nilai signifikansi 0,01 lebih kecil dari 0,05, nilai thitung kepuasan kerja sebesar 1,055 lebih kecil dari ttabel sebesar 1,990 dan nilai signifikansi 0,295 lebih besar dari 0,05. Uji F menunjukkan fhitung = 134,284 lebih besar ftabel = 2,802, dengan signifikansi = 0,01 < 0,05 maka kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap retensi pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Kota Bekasi.   Employee retention is an agency's effort to retain employees to remain in the organization in order to achieve the organization's goals. The data collection techniques used were observation methods, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The SPSS 30 calculation result is Y = -1.190 + 0.300X1 + 0.584X2 + 0.043X3, so that it can be seen that there is the influence of the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the t test showed that the t-calculated compensation value was 4.066 which was greater than the t-table of 1.990 and the significance value of 0.001 was smaller than 0.05, the t-calculated value of career development was 8.396 greater than the t-table of 1.990 and the significance value of 0.01 was smaller than 0.05. tcount value of job satisfaction of 1.055 is smaller than ttable of 1.990 and the significance value 0.295 is greater than 0.05. The F test shows that fcount = 134.284 is greater than ftable = 2.802, with significance = 0.01 < 0.05, so compensation, career development and job satisfaction jointly influence employee retention at the Bekasi City Population and Civil Registry Service.
