Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang Penanaman nilai karakter kemandirian di pondok pesantren salafi Tajul Falah dimana pondok pesantren salafi Tajul Falah merupakan pondok tradisional yang mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter kepada para santri dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer yakni data yang terkumpul diakumulasi sendiri secara langsung oleh peneliti dari subjek atau objek penelitian dan data sekunder tidak diakumulasi langsung dari objek dan subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai karakter kemandirian di pondok pesantren salafi Tajul Falah masih rendah, perlu adanya peningkatan dan motivasi yang kontinu dari pemimpin pondok maupun para santri yang dianggap senior agar kesadaran dalam kemandirian santri meningkat dan mempunyai karakter kemandirian yang prima dan diharapkan lulusan dari pondok menjadi manusia yang mandiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendalami konsep sumber daya manusia secara keseluruhan dalam menunjang integrasi dalam penyempurnaan desain Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Pembangunan sumber daya manusia juga dapat dilihat dari dua sisi. Yakni sisi internal dan sisi eksternal. Dari sisi internal, pembangunan sumber daya manusia dapat diartikan sebagai upaya mewujudkan situasi, kondisi, sarana prasarana, sistem, dan lain sebagainya yang memungkinkan seluruh potensi yang terdapat dalam diri manusia dapat diberdayakan sesuai dengan cita-cita dan keinginan manusia itu sendiri. Potensi yang ada dalam diri manusia itu meliputi potensi fisik, intelektual, emosional, spiritual, dan sosial. Ada pula yang menyebutnya dimensi kefitrahan, keindividualan, kesosialan, kesusilaan dan keberagamaan. Kelima dimensi tersebut merupakan satu kesatuan, saling terkait dan berpengaruh. Potensi manusia sangat mumpuni dalam upaya mengangkat harkat martabat manusia itu sendiri, hanya saja sejauhmana manusia itu dapat memahami fungsi dan perannya dalam hubungannya dengan keberlangsungan pendidikan tersebut. Dari masalah tersebut penting ditelaah untuk kemudian ditemukan manfaatnya bagi pengembangan Pendidikan Islam sebagaimana dikemukakan dalam hasil penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to explore. This study aims to explore management standards in Madrasahs as an effort to realize quality madrasas in the future. And to answer the challenges of madrasas and their implementation, namely the management of learning in madrasas, the principles of management in madrasas. And the problems faced in madrasas and their solutions. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, namely research that aims to describe the integrity of a problem or problem that exists in Madrasah Tsnawiyah Darussaadah Cimarga. This qualitative approach can be viewed as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people involved in education who can be met, observed, or asked for information. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Implementation of its policies through educational planning that provides clarity of direction in the business process of providing education, so that the management of educational institutions will be carried out more effectively and efficiently. In addition, its implementation covers all areas of school operational implementation, including guidelines, madrasa organizational structure, learning activities as well as community roles and school partnerships. Furthermore, Supervision as a process of monitoring activities which is an activity to correct and correct deficiencies that occur in the process of implementing Madrasah activities. the effort as a methodological combination of data with an emphasis on the objectives that have been set.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to dig deeper into the supporting and inhibiting factors of pluralism-oriented religious culture among Gen-Z both in the school environment, family, and society in order to have a tolerant attitude in their lives. This research, using qualitative with a descriptive approach that emphasizes efforts to obtain information about the situation, and symptoms that arise at the time of the research. Provides a description of an existing phenomenon, and can provide information related to the object under study. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results and discussion of the supporting and inhibiting factors of a pluralism-oriented religious culture among Gen-Z in Serang City can appreciate differences and respect ethnicity and religion so that they have a tolerant attitude towards others. Supporting and inhibiting factors are schools including the principal, and curriculum and PAI Teachers. Family includes religious education and parental involvement. While the community is in the form of a social environment that integrates religious values and seeks to support the development of spirituality. The inhibiting factors are teachers and education personnel and school facilities, school environment and student diversity.
