Abstract

Every human being has the right to shape himself into a healthy human being so that he can move well. Of course, being healthy must be familiarized from a young age. Elementary school age is an important period because at this age children are very vulnerable to various diseases and health problems. Diseases and health problems that often affect elementary school children are generally related to clean and healthy living habits, such as toothache, diarrhea, worms, skin diseases, dengue fever, and many others. This research uses the literature method obtained from scientific journal sources to provide an overview of how physical education and sports help elementary school children to improve clean and healthy living behavior. The results obtained are that there are components that support a clean and healthy lifestyle. Then internal and external factors must be considered because they can affect the increase in clean and healthy lifestyles. There are also simple steps that can be applied by elementary school-age children, such as the steps of washing hands every day and brushing teeth properly and correctly so that they can familiarize themselves with clean and healthy living.

Abstract

Research on the counseling process in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) reveals that a guidance and counseling program is essential for the development of students. Therefore, a policy is needed to support the guidance and counseling program. Using written data sources such as journals and articles, this study aims to understand the guidance and counseling process in Islamic boarding schools. The results indicate that the guidance and counseling process differs from that in formal educational institutions, stemming from Islamic values ​​and teachings. Because Islamic boarding schools often conduct Islamic activities or curricula, guidance and counseling must be integrated into Islamic boarding school activities.

Abstract

Studi kuantitatif korelasional ini dirancang untuk mengisi gap penelitian mengenai hubungan antara kelelahan akademik dan performa pada mata pelajaran spesifik, yaitu akuntansi, di kalangan siswa Gen Z. Academic fatigue dibagi menjadi tiga dimensinya yaitu kelelahan emosional, sinisme, dan penurunan efikasi akademik. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana sindrom ini mempengaruhi minat belajar dan capaian kompetensi akuntansi (hasil belajar). Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK akuntansi yang berada dalam rentang usia Gen Z. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji korelasi Product-Moment Pearson. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa dimensi sinisme dan kelelahan emosional memiliki korelasi yang paling kuat dengan penurunan minat belajar akuntansi. Selanjutnya, penurunan minat ini berdampak signifikan pada rendahnya hasil belajar akuntansi siswa. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan landasan empiris untuk mengembangkan kerangka intervensi di sekolah, menekankan perlunya dukungan psikologis dan restrukturisasi kurikulum akuntansi agar lebih adaptif dan menarik bagi Gen Z, sehingga mengurangi academic fatigue dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.
