Abstract

Determining the priority order for road repairs requires a road damage study to take a complete inventory of road conditions by means of a survey to collect data on pavement conditions. Determining the level of damage and analyzing the economic feasibility of handling road damage based on the survey results is useful for determining the priority order for handling which parts of the road need to be repaired first. Based on the description of the background to the problem, the formulation of the research problem is: how to determine the priority for handling road damage based on the level of road damage and the economic value resulting from repairing the damage? Primary data collection was carried out by surveying road damage using the survey instrument method of Dirgolaksono and Mochtar (1990). Data analysis is divided into 3 parts: road damage analysis, economic analysis using the ND Lea Consultant method, and determining priorities for handling road damage. The results of the identification and analysis of the level of damage per 100 m of road length showed that Jl. Gatot Subroto segment B (west to east traffic direction) has a greater value than the opposite direction. Meanwhile, the BCR, NPV and LHR values ​​for segment A have greater values ​​than segment B. Therefore, the priority for handling road damage is prioritized on segment A first. This research has several limitations related to several assumptions used. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) data used is assumed to be the same as the Kudus Regency CPI due to limited secondary data. In addition, it is necessary to carry out a comparative analysis of the BOK results if a different type of road damage management is used to that used in this research. Likewise, analysis needs to be carried out regarding determining priorities for handling damage per road length/section/road stationing. Method development or improvement needs to be carried out for further research in order to overcome the subjectivity of observations. For example: by using a scoring or weighting method for parameters that influence priority determination by conducting interview surveys with experts or stakeholders related to road construction.

Abstract

Statistik penduduk dipengaruhi oleh kelahiran, kematian dan sebaran perpindahan penduduk. Informasi kependudukan dan potensi wilayah menjadi hal penting dan salah satu masalah di wilayah Kelurahan Ngroto. Tidak semua warga mengetahui dan paham tentang hal tersebut, disamping itu minimnya pengetahuan staf perangkat kelurahan dalam mengelola dan menganalisis data statistik kependudukan. Pada kantor kelurahan dan pos kampling warga, belum ada informasi berbentuk baner Infografis yang menggambarkan potensi wilayah secara komprehensif, menarik, dan update. Untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut, Dosen STTR Cepu melakukan kegiatan pengabdian yang bertujuan mendampingi pemerintahan Kelurahan Ngroto dalam mengembangkan desain dan pembuatan baner infografis kependudukan. Kegiatan ini memodelkan prototype infografis, melibatkan perangkat kelurahan dalam tahap pengerjaannya yakni: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Data kependudukan terbaru tahun 2024 diolah dan diproses menggunakan Software Canva dan Office. Hasil akhir berupa Buku Panduan Canva untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam penataan pengelolaan data kependudukan oleh staf kelurahan dan Beberapa Baner infografis kependudukan yang menjadi elemen penting dalam penyebaran informasi potensi wilayah yang valid, reliabel, dan akuntabel di kantor kelurahan dan setiap pos kampling warga, sehingga dapat membantu dalam penyebaran program perencanaan pembangunan, pelayanan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat

Abstract

One of the causes of road damage is the presence of excess water due to inadequate drainage systems. Initial information related to the condition of existing drainage and also the damage to existing roads and the relationship between the two is needed for maintenance, evaluation, planning, and construction of both infrastructures so that the priority scale of handling can be applied for budget efficiency and effectiveness. Based on the problems above, this study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the condition of the road and its drainage. Data collection was carried out using survey and field observation methods. Analysis of pavement conditions using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method. Analysis of drainage conditions using a qualitative descriptive method with drainage performance benchmarks based on the Bina Marga Road Surface Drainage Design Guidelines (1990). The road sections that were the objects of the study were: Jalan Sorogo, Jalan Gajahmada, and Jalan Hayamwuruk in Cepu District. The characteristics of the road surface drainage surveyed were: road transverse slope, side channel dimensions, and channel sedimentation. The results of the analysis showed that the average road condition at the time of the study had a moderate level of damage with a PCI value of 46 while the drainage had a moderate level of damage both functionally and structurally. The drainage conditions that most affect the road are channel dimensions that are not in accordance with standards and changes in function from open to closed channels. While the most dominant effects of surface drainage conditions are: puddles and water infiltration. With the most dominant types of road damage due to puddles and infiltration are: crocodile skin cracks, peeling of the surface layer, and holes

Abstract

Pola distribusi panjang perjalanan/trip length distribution (TLD) biasanya mengikuti karakteristik : jumlah perjalanan meningkat pada jarak pendek dan secara bertahap semakin berkurang seiring dengan bertambahnya jarak perjalanan. Pola TLD cenderung berubah pada berbagai nilai interval panjang perjalanan (Trip Length Interval atau TLI). Perubahan ini juga mempengaruhi fungsi hambatan perjalanan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, maka rumusan masalah penelitian adalah : bagaimana pengaruh variasi interval jarak perjalanan terhadap karakteristik fungsi hambatan perjalanan? Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui bentuk fungsi hambatan perjalanan yang paling sesuai pada berbagai interval jarak perjalanan. Data primer jumlah perjalanan dan jarak dari asal ke tujuan diperoleh melalui survei home interview. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Fungsi hambatan menggunakan bentuk fungsi : pangkat/eksponensial, kombinasi/Tanner, dan Gamma. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa fungsi Gamma lebih konsisten dalam menjelaskan bentuk fungsi hambatan perjalanan dalam berbagai interval jarak dibanding fungsi Tanner dan pangkat/eksponensial. Tetapi, semua fungsi (pangkat, Tanner, dan Gamma) tidak sesuai diterapkan pada interval jarak kurang dari 0,75 km. Sedangkan fungsi pangkat atau eksponen lebih sesuai untuk menjelaskan pola perjalanan pada jarak 0,75–2 km. Sementara fungsi Tanner lebih sesuai pada jarak yang lebih besar dari 2–3 km. Sedangkan fungsi Gamma sesuai diterapkan pada interval jarak lebih besar 0,75–3 km

Abstract

Informasi kinerja jaringan jalan akibat bangkitan aktivitas guna lahan kawasan Jl. GOR Mustika diperlukan untuk evaluasi tingkat pelayanan dan antisipasi perkembangan guna lahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian bertujuan menganalisis bangkitan perjalanan akibat guna lahan dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja jalan serta biaya tundaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei lalu lintas dan survei instansional. Analisis kinerja jalan menggunakan MKJI 1997. Sedangkan analisis biaya tundaan menggunakan metode income approach. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guna lahan menaikkan nilai DS ruas jalan sebesar 28,7% selama kurun waktu 2020-2024. Sedangkan kecepatan rencana turun 4,2% (tanpa perbaikan) dan 2,9% (dengan perbaikan). Aktivitas yang sama menaikkan DS sebesar 25,53% pada simpang Jl. GOR-Jl. Sinto dan 12,41% pada simpang jalan Jl. GOR-Jl. A. Yani. Perbaikan simpang menurunkan DS sebesar 7,84% pada simpang Jl. GOR-Jl. Sinto dan 5,2% pada simpang jalan Jl. GOR-Jl. A. Yani. Perbaikan ruas menurunkan biaya tundaan sebesar 37,6% dari Rp.66.606/org/th menjadi Rp.41.533/org/th serta menurunkan biaya akibat penurunan kecepatan rencana sebesar 49% dari Rp.246.416/org/th menjadi Rp126.777/org/th. Pada saat yang sama, perkembangan guna lahan mengakibatkan kenaikkan biaya tundaan simpang Jl. GOR-Jl. Sinto sebesar 25,76% (tanpa perbaikan) dan 25,53% (dengan perbaikan). Sementara pada simpang jalan Jl. GOR-Jl. A. Yani sebesar 20,81% (tanpa perbaikan) dan 18,79% (dengan perbaikan).

Abstract

Keberadaan parkir di badan jalan berpotensi menurunkan kinerja jalan. Penurunan kinerja jalan tersebut perlu diantisipasi dengan berdasar informasi terkait kondisi parkir dan seberapa besar pengaruh parkir tersebut terhadap kinerja jalan. Oleh karena itu, pertanyaan penelitian ini adalah : bagaimana karakteristik parkir saat ini dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja jalan? Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis karakteristik dan pengaruh parkir terhadap kinerja jalan. Metode analisis kapasitas jalan menggunakan PKJI 2014. Keberadaan parkir di badan jalan oleh pengguna pasar tradisional berupa bentuk jumlah kendaraan parkir dan hambatan samping. Kedua jenis dampak tersebut baik terpisah maupun bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja jalan. Secara terpisah, kendaraan parkir berdampak terhadap : volume lalu lintas (Q), kapasitas (C), dan nilai bobot hambatan samping. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama, berpengaruh terhadap : derajat kejenuhan dan kecepatan (bebas maupun rata-rata). Hasil analisis menunjukkan, kinerja jalan yang paling terdampak adalah derajat kejenuhan. Parkir kendaraan di badan jalan mempunyai dampak terbesar terhadap derajat kejenuhan (DJ) pada hari Minggu, yaitu menaikkan nilai DJ sebesar 45%. Sementara dampak terkecil adalah terhadap kecepatan bebas jalan di hari Senin, yaitu menurunkan kecepatan sebesar 2%. Namun demikian, dampaknya terhadap kecepatan rata-rata jauh lebih besar daripada kecepatan bebas, yaitu menurunkan kecepatan sebesar 10%. Hal ini disebabkan karena nilai kecepatan rata-rata juga fungsi dari derajat kejenuhan

Abstract

In this study, we present the bubble breaking mechanism of the rotating flow in the swirl type microbubble generator (MBG) on the resulting performance in this case the oxygen dissolution rate. This type of MBG is an aeration technology and has been developed in recent years by utilizing the turbulence of liquid fluid flow to produce micron-sized bubbles. The pressure difference created by changing the cross-sectional diameter causes air to be sucked in automatically in the mixing channel and forms a bubble channel before finally bursting to form micron-sized bubbles at the MBG outlet. The experiment was carried out in a transparent container measuring 2.8 m x 0.6 m x 0.6 m which was filled with water as high as 0.4 m. This study is focused on studying the mechanism of bubble breakdown at the MBG outlet on the dissolution rate of oxygen (dissolved oxygen/DO) which is influenced by the volumetric flow rate of liquid (Q_L) and volumetric flow rate of air (Q_G). Various combinations of Q_L and Q_G values were systematically compared with the resulting oxygen mass transfer coefficient (KLa) values. Dissolved oxygen (DO) values were measured at a distance of 60 cm from the MBG outlet. The final results of the study revealed that the higher the Q_Lvalue, the more frequent the intensity of bubble bursting, the greater the number of bubbles produced with the smaller diameter and the higher the DO value, and vice versa. Whereas the higher the Q_Gvalue, the intensity of the bubble breakdown that occurs is relatively the same, the number of bubbles produced is less and the diameter is larger and the DO value is lower, and vice versa.
