Abstract

The rapid advancement of computer technology in the field of animation is marked by the emergence of various programming applications that simplify the creation of animations, one of which is Scratch. Games have become a popular form of entertainment across various audiences, including the Space Shooter game, which is designed to provide an exciting and entertaining action experience. In this game, players are challenged to control a spaceship and fight enemies that appear from the top of the screen, while avoiding enemy attacks and shooting them to earn points. The objective of the Space Shooter game development is to create a game that combines attractive graphics, addictive gameplay mechanics, and increasing difficulty levels as the player progresses. Additionally, the game aims to test the player's endurance in surviving as long as possible while collecting the highest score. The development of this game is expected to offer a fun and challenging gaming experience, while also improving players' decision-making skills and reflexes during gameplay.

Abstract

This study is motivated by challenges in learning Arabic speaking skills (Maharah al-Kalam), such as less interactive teaching methods, limited learning media, and low student motivation. Along with the development of technology, the utilization of digital platforms such as Canva is considered an innovative solution to improve speaking skills in Arabic. This study aims to analyze the role of Canva in the development of Maharah al-Kalam through a literature review of various previous studies. The method used is a literature review by examining various studies that discuss the effectiveness of Canva in Arabic language learning. The results showed that Canva can be an interesting and interactive learning media, helping students to enrich their vocabulary, increase their confidence, and improve their pronunciation in speaking Arabic. In addition, Canva can be applied in flipped classroom-based learning models and other technology-based approaches to strengthen students' learning experience. The contribution of this study is to provide insights into effective strategies in utilizing Canva to improve Arabic speaking skills as well as highlighting the challenges in its implementation. The implication of this study shows that the integration of Canva in Arabic language learning can be a strategic step for educators in developing technology-based learning methods that are more interactive and communicative.

Abstract

Arabic speaking proficiency (maharah al-kalam) continues to face pedagogical challenges, particularly in pronunciation, vocabulary, and contextual comprehension. This study aims to analyze the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in visual illustrations as instructional media to enhance Arabic speaking skills. Employing a systematic literature review method, the study examines 20 selected articles published between 2020 and 2025. The findings reveal that AI-generated visual media significantly improve learners’ vocabulary acquisition, contextual understanding, and engagement in speaking activities. The study implies that AI can be effectively utilized as a pedagogical tool to promote more interactive and context-based Arabic instruction. Its primary contribution lies in proposing a visually oriented AI approach, distinguishing it from previous research that largely focused on text-based applications or chatbot systems.

Abstract

Ecoprint batik training activities were held in the desa Napal Putih, kecamatan Serai Serumpun, kabupaten Tebo. This activity is in the form of training and direct assistance for UMKM. This training activity invited PKK mothers from Napal Putih Village. The initial stage in this activity is to know the constraints and efforts made by UMKM actors. Then proceed with the process of socialization and training in the form of theory and practice then conduct training directly at the UMKM location. Based on the activities that have been carried out, MSMEs can be encouraged to improve their abilities and develop their creativity to innovate in making eco print batik. In carrying out this activity, it received a good response from the community and village officials as partners. Judging from the amount of enthusiasm and support given during the activity. The results of this activity are expected to be able to encourage the level of the economy and creative entrepreneurial activities in the desa Napal Putih which will also be able to influence the process of empowering human resources and provide added economic value to the community.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and supervision on employee performance and to analyze the existence of education level as a moderating variable in the functional relationship between these variables. The study was conducted on 123 employees of Muhammadiyah University in Aceh who were taken using a survey method. Collecting data using a questionnaire and then the data is analyzed using statistical equipment structural equation modeling (SEM) and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The study found that work motivation, supervision and education level have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The existence of the level of education moderates the effect of work motivation on employee performance. On the other hand, the level of education does not moderate the effect of supervision on employee performance.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta menganalisis eksistensi tingkat pendidikan sebagai variabel pemoderasi dalam hubungan fungsional antara variabel tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 123 orang karyawan universitas muhamadiyah Aceh yang diambil dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik structural equation model (SEM) dan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja, pengawasan dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keberadaan tingkat pendidikan memoderasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya tingkat pendidikan tidak memoderasi pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Internet semakin mudah di akses oleh setiap orang termasuk untuk sistem pembayaran online atau perdagangan elektronik (e-commerce). Di Indonesia, pertumbuhan e-commerce terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab berbagai fenomena yang muncul pada e-market place Indonesia terkait pengaruh customer experience dan brand trust terhadap repurchase intention. Penelitian dilakukan di Banda Aceh dengan 170 responden dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, pengolahan dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut customer experience berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention pada e-market place, brand trust berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention pada e-market place, customer experience dan brand trust secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention pada e-market place.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Fisika berbasis Discovery Learning yang layak serta untuk mengatahui peningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MA Riyadhus Sholihin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas lima tahap, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor 57 dengan kategori Baik, validasi ahli media memperoleh skor 48 dengan kategori Sangat Baik, dan validasi ahli bahasa memperoleh skor 32 dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa LKPD telah memenuhi standar kualitas dari segi materi, media dan kebahasaan. Selain itu LKPD fisika berbasis Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa ditunjukkan dengan nilai standard gain sebesar 0,42 (kategori sedang). LKPD fisika berbasis Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa ditunjukkan dengan nilai standard gain sebesar 0,67 (kategori sedang). Secara keseluruhan, ketiga hasil validasi tersebut membuktikan bahwa LKPD Fisika berbasis Discovery Learning layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MA Riyadhus Sholihin.
