Abstract

Sasaran masyarakat mitra pengabdian ini merupakan UMKM komunitas ibu-ibu penyuka tanaman hias di Komplek Jalan Rajawali IV Kaliabang Tengah Kota Bekasi sebanyak 25 orang. Rasionalisasi pemilihan masyarakat mitra ini dikarenakan lokasi mitra sangat mendukung program penghijauan dan aktivitas bercocok tanam. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode scaffolding. Adapun tahapan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini meliputi tiga tahapan utama diantaranya: (1) Pra Pelatihan; (2) Pelatihan; dan (3) Evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini mengarahkan pada pengembangan produk serum tanaman dengan didasarkan pada hasil penelitian dan kajian literatur terkait manfaat dari cangkang telur untuk tanaman. Mitra akan diberikan program pendampingan proses pembuatan serum tanaman melalui pemanfaatan cangkang telur, kemudian serum  tanaman  diuji coba untuk membuktikan kandungan dan khasiat terhadap terutama tanaman hias. Hasil uji coba tersebut dijadikan dasar dalam memberikan penguatan selama pelatihan yang dilakukan. Selanjutnya mitra diberikan pendampingan dalam melakukan pengemasan dan penjualan produk serta pengembangan marketplace untuk penjualan produk sehingga diharapkan serum tanaman ini menjadi potensi unggulan usaha mitra.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam menyusun soal HOTS dan adanya faktor yang menjadi penghambat guru didalam menyusun soal PTS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan HOTS (High Order Thinking Skill) pada soal penilaian tengah semester kelas V di SDN Mangun Jaya 06. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti berusaha mendeskripsikan Proses kemampuan guru, Faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan guru dan pengembangan HOTS (High Order Thinking Skill) pada soal penilaian tengah semester kelas V SDN Mangun Jaya 06. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kriteria pengembangan soal HOTS pada PTS diperoleh temuan, yakni ditemukan 2 soal yang tidak memenuhi kriteria pengembangan soal HOTS, hanya 8 nomor dari 5 soal yang berkriteria soal HOTS. Disimpulkan bahwa jumlah total dari hasil analisis level kognitif adalah sebesar 80% masuk kategori LOTS dan 20% masuk pada level kognitif HOTS sehingga sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh tentang penyusunan soal HOTS guru kelas V di SDN Mangun Jaya 06 Artinya soal yang dirancang dan disusun oleh guru ini sebagian besarnya tidak memenuhi kriteria pengembangan soal HOTS dan 80% soal tersebut tidak dapat mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis murid (HOTS).

Abstract

The process of learning during Covid-19 pandemic requires the transformation of learning method into line teaching. The objectives of the research are describe and analyze whether the online learning during pandemic Covid-19 in Bekasi City was friendly child conducted or not and to figure out problems faced by students during online learning. Focus of this research is analysis the process of friendly child learning. The problems statement: (1) how is the process of learning to read poetry in class IV during online learning in Bekasi City, (2) What are the problems in reading poetry faced by students during online learning. This is a descriptive qualitative research. The process of data collection was conducted for one full semester. Observation, interview and documentation were instrument of the research. Data is consist of primer and secondary data. Technique of data collection uses observation, interview and documentation. Triangulation of data is essential part in this research. Technique of data analysis uses interactive model (Data collection, data display, data reduction and conclusion drawing). The results show that the process of learning Bahasa Indonesia particularly in learning reading poetry was not fully conducted based on friendly child concept. Problems faced by students, they are: technical problem with online learning, lack of technical skill in speaking, low self-confidence and problem in articulation and poetry appreciation. In order to solve those problems, learning improvement are needed. Covid-19 is one of challenge both for teacher and students to carry out more interactive teaching and learning.

Abstract

Purpose–This research aims to analyze the impact of the Transformational Teacher Program on enhancing teacher collaboration competence in elementary schools in Bekasi City. Teacher collaboration is a critical skill in addressing the demands of 21st-century education. The program is designed to develop teachers as learning leaders who can collaborate and innovate within professional learning communities.Methodology–This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study design. Ten elementary schools in Bekasi were selected purposively as research sites. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and principals, direct observation of collaborative practices, and analysis of program-related documents. The data were then systematically analyzed to uncover field findings.Findings–The findings reveal that the Transformational Teacher Program has had a significant positive impact on promoting collaborative practices. Teachers reported increased sharing of best practices, development of innovative teaching strategies, and greater engagement in inter-school professional networks. However, some challenges remain, including high administrative workload and limited time for participation.Contribution–Despite obstacles in its implementation, the program has improved teaching quality and strengthened relationships between teachers and schools. Research findings support broader education reform and inform policy formulation, particularly improving teacher competency through community-based professional development. This study benefits policymakers, school leaders, and educators seeking to enhance professionalism and collaboration in elementary education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL) terhadap kemampuan siswa kelas IV SDN Kota Baru IX dalam menulis puisi. Studi ini mengadopsi rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas dua siklus, mengikuti model Kemmis & McTaggart, dengan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua sesi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, peninjauan dokumen, dan tes menulis puisi. Sebelum intervensi PjBL, data awal menunjukkan performa menulis puisi siswa yang rendah, dengan rata-rata skor 58 dan hanya 15% siswa yang memenuhi kriteria kompetensi. Namun, setelah penerapan PjBL, terjadi peningkatan yang substansial. Nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 73 pada Siklus I dan selanjutnya mencapai 80 pada Siklus II. Sejalan dengan itu, persentase siswa yang mencapai standar kompetensi melonjak drastis hingga 82%. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa PjBL berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai struktur dan elemen-elemen puisi. Selain itu, metode ini berhasil memupuk kreativitas, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, PjBL terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang tidak hanya menyenangkan tetapi juga bermakna bagi siswa.

Abstract

Community empowerment as a government partner in dealing with health issues is expected to improve public health in society. Today many communities are formed in an effort to address health issues. One of the communities that is currently in the spotlight of the general public is the ketofastosis Indonesia community (KFI). KFI was initiated and introduced to the public by Nur Agus Prasetyo. The community was formed in 2016. The large role of the community present in this online media also gives its own meaning to the members who are members of it. The formation of meanings between one individual and another is certainly different because each human being has a unique character. The problem of this study is what does warrior means for the perpetrators of Ketofastosis? The purpose of this study is to know the meaning of warrior for the perpetrators of Ketofastosis. The study used virtual ethnographic research methods and used the research subjects of two groups on social media whats app and instagram. The results of this study concluded the term warrior has two meanings for KFLS actors, namely beginner warrior and warrior mentor. Beginner warriors are KFLS actors who tend to ask and confirm whether the activities or food they consume are in accordance with procedures or not. This beginner warrior behavior in interacting shows that communication is a process by which individuals coordinate their behavior with a shared interpretive scheme. Warrior mentors are motivating people, forming a comfortable atmosphere and environment for budding warriors who still have doubts and fears in undergoing KFLS.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need in education, especially Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, for quality human resources to improve the quality of education. The performance of PGSD lecturers still needs to be optimal in terms of improvement, even though the demand for superior human resources is necessary for the university's goal of becoming exceptional. Attention to lecturer performance is the aim of this research, where the application of 3 Miles Stone Improvement strategic management is a solution to improve the performance of PGSD lecturers, especially in sustainable professional competence. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data was collected using interview instruments, observation guidelines, and document review guidelines. This research consists of 2 stages: the implementation of the 3-mile stone improvement model to improve lecturer performance, and the second stage is follow-up in the form of evaluation of the implementation and modification of the model or program therein. The research results reveal that implementing the model increases lecturer performance, seen from 1-semester running, and a 50% increase in performance, seen from the achievement of the lecturer certification process and promotion of lecturer academic positions.

Abstract

Memberikan motivasi dan penyegaran kepada para guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) adalah salah satu upaya mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Beberapa masalah penulisan karya ilmiah seperti PTK menjadi kebutuhan yang belum terurai dan terselesaikan oleh guru-guru di SDN Teluk Pucung Kota Bekasi. Berbagai masalah: belum terampilnya guru dalam mengoperasikan media komputer ataupun laptop; banyaknya tugas mengajar sebagai pendidik dan pengajar yang cukup menguras waktu, tenaga dan pikiran, dan kegamangan dalam melakukan penelitian menjadi problem utama untuk dapat melaksanakan PTK. Hasilnya para peserta workshop, guru sangat termotivasi untuk mengimplementasikan PTK dengan cara berkolaborasi antar guru atau teman sejawat. Pelaksanaan workshop lanjutan dengan tema PTK masih sangat diperlukan oleh para guru SD agar tradisi meneliti dan menulis PTK menjadi wahana untuk mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik dan membudayakan penelitian.
