Abstract

Negative effects of social media use may include the emergence of consumerist tendencies and hedonism. Lack of knowledge regarding communication ethics on social media causes a lack of awareness of the importance of policies in social media. Several teachers also said that many Putra Bangsa Middle School students experienced complaints about using social media, such as receiving negative comments and not understanding how to respond to issues or content on social media. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to educate about the importance of communication ethics on social media. This research has important implications in shaping student character in the digital era. Increasing understanding of communication ethics can help students interact positively and responsibly on social media platforms. The hope of this research is that Putra Bangsa Middle School students can participate actively in implementing communication ethics in social media. In this way, it is hoped that they can become critical and responsible individuals in communicating not only in the real world but also in cyberspace. In conclusion, this counseling has a positive impact in shaping student character and reflects concern for the formation of a generation with character in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet terus melonjak, hampir semua kegiatan memerlukan internet termasuk kegiatan pemasaran. Pemasaran digital merupakan pemasaran produk atau jasa dengan menggunakan teknologi digital melalui internet, media sosial, atau media digital lainnya. Dengan menggunakan pemasaran digital seperti saat ini dapat mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari perilaku pelanggan yang berbeda dari seluruh penjuru dunia, memungkinkan para calon pelanggan melihat, memperhatikan iklan dari produk atau jasa yang di media social mereka. Dalam rangka memperkaya pengetahuan maka dijalankan pengabdian masyarakat secara virtual yaitu webinar. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terjadinya bertambahnya pengetahuan secara signifikan dari peserta setelah pemaparan materi. Penerapan pemasaran digital tersebut melalui berbagai media pemasaran digital seperti media sosial, e-commerce, maupun website, produk/jasa yang dipasarkan dapat dikenal oleh banyak orang lain dan memperluas serta berpeluang lebih besar untuk digunakan atau setidaknya direkomendasikan oleh orang lain karena personal branding terkenal baik.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing differentiated learning in grade 5 Social Studies subject, focusing on the topic “Geographical Conditions of Indonesia.” A qualitative method with a case study approach was used in this research, which was conducted at SD Negeri 6 Besole, where students have different geographical backgrounds. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that the implementation of differentiated learning is effective in improving students' participation and understanding. Teachers apply variations in content, process, and learning products that are tailored to students' abilities and learning styles. Students who grasp concepts faster are given additional challenges, while students who need more support get more detailed and simple explanations. Collaborative learning is also implemented, allowing students to learn in groups with support from classmates. This strategy not only improves students' academic understanding, but also helps in the development of social skills, such as cooperation and communication. The results of this study suggest that differentiated learning can be a sustainable learning strategy in social studies subjects, with the potential to create a learning environment that is inclusive and responsive to students' individual needs.

Abstract

Ketika seorang anak mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan, kebanyakan orang tidak menyadarinya. Salah satu contohnya adalah keterlambatan perkembangan motorik halus. Keterampilan motorik halus mengacu pada gerakan yang secara khusus menargetkan daerah tertentu dari tubuh dan dijalankan oleh otot-otot yang lebih kecil, termasuk jari dan pergelangan tangan; jenis gerakan ini seperti menulis dan menggambar. Keterampilan motorik anak harus dalam kondisi terbaiknya agar dapat bermain sambil belajar menggunakan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE). Origami dan puzzle adalah dua APE yang digunakan dalam program edukasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Edukasi Perkembangan Motorik Halus pada Anak Usia Prasekolah dengan Metode Permainan Puzzle dan Origami di Paud Yasmin Tahun 2024 menjadi tujuan dari kajian komunitas ini. Kegiatan pengabdian komunitas ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 Maret 2024 dengan melibatkan 22 orang tua yang mempunyai anak pra sekolah. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam upaya ini mencakup kuliah langsung, diskusi interaktif, dan sesi tanya jawab. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, para peserta mendapatkan materi edukasi terkini yang dapat digunakan bersama anak-anak mereka dan sebagai materi edukasi bagi orang tua dan penyedia layanan kesehatan, khususnya untuk tujuan meningkatkan perkembangan keterampilan motorik pada anak usia sekolah.

Abstract

Pancasila Education learning practices have not been able to form character and accommodate the learning needs of all students. Technology optimisation is needed to support learning. Through differentiated interactive media PaSiBaTer, an acronym for pairing cards, watching videos, reading reading materials and applying Pancasila values is expected to improve the caring character of grade V students. This type of development research (R & D) adopts the steps of Borg and Gall. The research stages include: 1) needs analysis and planning; 2) media development, validation, revision; 3) implementation with small group and field trials; 4) measuring effectiveness. Media expert validation for display 82.5; video 84.7; reading material 84.7 with very valid criteria. Material expert validation score 97.5 with very valid criteria. The results of learning observations show the criteria for media practicality are very high. The effectiveness of the media is proven by the results of the SPSS 29 t-test, student character observation data before and after using the media with a significance value of <0.001. There is a significant difference between before and after the use of media to improve students' caring character.
