Abstract

This study aimed to determine the business management system implemented by the Rumah Jahit Akhwat (RJA) including the implementation and role of accountability based on Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET). This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The subjects of this research are the owner, employees, and customers of RJA through direct observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that RJA manages its business based on Islamic values ​​such as the application of employee SOPs which are full of Islamic values, contracts in muamalah, and ethics in doing business. SET-based accountability can also be seen in the RJA business such as giving donations to dakwah institutions, conducting social assistance for the poor, and gifts to orphans. This research was conducted at RJA Antang in May 2020.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the practice of circumcision using the Sunathrone Klamp method at the Makassar Smart Care Center Clinic in a review of Islamic law. This research used field research using normative theological approaches and health approaches. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results found; 1) The healing process of the circumcision wound has a phase in 3 weeks (21 days), in which the skin will return to its original shape. There are three phases of wound healing after circumcision using the Sunathrone Klamp method, namely the inflammation phase, the proliferation phase, and the remodeling phase; 2) The advantages of the Sunathrone Klamp include a relatively short time, no stitches, minimizing pain, psychologically the child feels comfortable when circumcised, and relatively fast healing time. The drawbacks after circumcision are that the patient feels uncomfortable because the clamp will be installed in a few days, and has a high level of operational standards, so that it is only used by experts in the field; and 3) Sunathrone Klamp is a practical tool for circumcision or circumcision with an easier, safer, and hygienic working process. In a review of Islamic law, the Sunathrone Klamp method is permissible, as long as the circumcision process is carried out by an expert or professional.

Abstract

The Prophet Muhammad saw. was sent to convey the prophetic treatise from Allah Swt. in order to make Islam a complete and perfect belief, and to protect humanity as rahmatan lil 'alamin. Muslimah Wahdah Region of Enrekang in collaboration with Student Community Service of STIBA Makassar Year of 2022 makes activities for Muslim women and children as a form of existence in restoring Islamic civilization, among these activities are teaching TPA, teaching tahfidz, teaching Arabic, carrying out cycles of memorizing the Qur'an, conducting seminars about Ramadan, and spreading the Qur'an and Ifthor. The Real Work Lecture Program in collaboration with MWD Enrekang can run well even though there are activities that are not carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and understand an overview of musāqāh cooperation according to the Syāfi'iyyah and Ḥanafiyyah Mazhab. The problems that researchers raise in this study are; First, what is the general overview of musāqāh cooperation according to the Syafi'iyyah and Ḥanafiyyah. Second, what is the ushul of the Syāfi'iyyah and Ḥanafiyyah Schools. Third, what are the similarities and differences in the opinions of the Syafi'iyyah and Ḥanafiyyah schools regarding musāqāh cooperation. This study uses descriptive qualitative (non-statistical) research, which focuses on the study of documents in the form of manuscripts and texts, using ushul fiqh (normative) and comparative approaches. The research results found are as follows; First, the Syafi'iyyah and Ḥanafiyyah muktamad (which are held) argue that musāqāh cooperation is valid with the conditions that apply. Second, the Syāfi'iyyah, namely Al-Qur'an, Sunnah, Ijmaq and Ḥanafiyyah, namely besides those mentioned Aqwal al-Ṣahābah, Qiyas, al-Istiḥsān, al-Furu' and cooperation musāqāh based on the hadith narrated by Imam Muslim of 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar about the land of Khaibar being leased to the Jews to manage it. Third, the similarities between the two are that they are permissible with certain conditions and are permanent or binding. The difference in this cooperation is in terms of object, in the Syāfi'iyyah School (Qaul Jadīd) it only makes dates and grapes and (Qaul Qadīm) details it, while the Ḥanafiyyah’s in all types of plants whether fruitful or not. The Syafi'iyyah requires the end of the musāqāh, while the Ḥanafiyyah does not make this happen.

Abstract

The role of Muslim women in giving birth to quality is very much determined by the extent of the quality of the Muslim women themselves. The quality of these Muslim women will also be greatly determined by the extent to which the quality of education and guidance they receive. This view is the background of the KKN program in Mattoangin Village which aims to present various development programs for Muslim women based at the mosque as a form of efforts to improve the quality of civilization in the village of Mattoangin. The Muslim development programs that are carried out are: 1) Muslim taklim; 2) the learning process; 3) Ignore the reading of the Qur'an (Tahsin); 4) organizing corpse training; and 5) Muslimah Health Service. Each of them is described as follows. The results of this guidance for Muslim women are expected to provide a good understanding of the importance of improving personal qualities as a Muslim woman who will give birth to a quality of nation

Abstract

Dasan Bagik Village is a Muslim majority area that maintains Islam in the midst of existing religious diversity. This Islamic value is also passed down to the next generation. The purpose of implementing Community Service (KKN) is as a form of community service which is a pillar of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The method of implementing community service in Dasan Bagik Village begins with mapping the problems and needs of the community throught SOAR analysis. After the mapping is done, a work program is prepared in accordance with the needs of the local community. So the work programs that have been initiated are the teaching at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, teaching adult Al Quran (tahsin), daurah pra ta’rif and Sholeh Children Festival (FAS). The result of the implementation of this work program show that the general public is very enthusiastic. This is evident from the change in society after following some of the work programs above. Like muslim womenwho have begun to be able to read the Koran according the correct tajwid principles, the practice of discussing Arabic is active among students of Tsanawiyah madrasah, and children who are confident in displaying their abilities in public.

Abstract

The role of pesantren in giving birth to a quality generation is largely determined by the program implemented in the pesantren itself. Based on this view, the KKN student in Rambo Village, Baraka Enrekang endeavors to present various Muslim community development programs centered in Islamic boarding schools as a form of endeavor to improve the quality of civilization in Rambo village. The Umar bin Abdul Aziz Rumbo Islamic Boarding School became the center of activities for the Makassar STIBA KKN Students carrying out their program, namely Taklim Fiqh which was divided into two, namely around Imam Jurisprudence and around Jurisprudence on corpses, Basic training computers, and Teaching Aqidah Subjects.

Abstract

The Quran is a very perfect human guideline, because it regulates all aspects of human life, both worldly life including very small things and the afterlife. The Quran is an eternal book until the end of time as well as studying it. This paper aims to analyze the Quran learning during a pandemic in Kota Kefamenanu District, North Timor Tengah Regency. The Quran learning during the pandemic was divided into two, namely learning at the Al-Muhajirin Mosque TPA and learning the Quran for teenagers at home. This activity is carried out to practice knowledge and be willing to devote oneself for the benefit of humanity in general and the people of Kefamenanu City in particular. Even though independent KKN is carried out separately, it has very high enthusiasm. This Quran learning activity was carried out in the City of Kefamenanu at a mosque and private house, the face-to-face teaching and learning process ran smoothly until it was finished even in the midst of a pandemic. Parents also feel very happy because even during the pandemic their children can still study well and are not far from their respective homes so that they can be monitored.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze salam contract transactions in buying and selling followers, likes and viewers of Instagram social media and the clarity of the object being transacted. This research is a qualitative research (fieldresearch) using a normative approach, phemonology, and case studies. The results showed several things. First, there is a discrepancy with the pillars and conditions of the salam contract, namely the object of the transaction. Buying and selling followers, likes and Instagram viewers do not fulfill the object of the transaction because of the obscurity of the object/item. Second, the object of the contract/goods contains an element of ambiguity due to the seller knowingly knowing and being aware that the object of the transaction is not pure with a mixture of active followers and passive followers which is proven to be of very different quality. Third, the existence of openness and dishonesty between the seller and the buyer, causing a violation of the provisions of the salam contract and the law of buying and selling in Islamic law.

Abstract

Islam makes da'wah an obligation because by means of da'wah, Islam can reach people across generations and across eras. The aim of this research is to find out the productivity of Muslim women's da'wah and enthusiasm for learning at the end of the pandemic, especially in East Lombok. This research is qualitative research with a sociological approach. The research results show that the pandemic which lasted almost two years did not reduce the enthusiasm of students to carry out their work programs offline. This is also supported by the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of Muslim women and children in East Lombok to take part in activities held by STIBA Makassar KKN students. The work programs implemented include kindergarten teaching, TPA teaching, social service, Tablig Akbar specifically for Muslim women and the Pious Children's Festival.
