Abstract

This study aimed to provide explanation and overview related to the law of tarawih prayers at home in an pandemic situation (Covid-19), the law of performing prayers at home with the intention of participating in congregation in the mosque, and the law of reciting the mushaf or mobile phones while leading tarawih prayer. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach using content analysis techniques and library research. The results show that if in an area where the potential for outbreaks of the covid-19 outbreak is high and there has been an appeal from the local government and scholars (MUI), then in these state the more important thing is to perform tarawih prayers at home, both congregationally with family members, and this is the preferred, or individually; (2) invalidity of the prayers of a person who follows the congregational prayers outside the mosque building, where the scholars agree that he must go to the mosque; and (3) it is permissible to recite from the mushaf in the sunnah (optional) prayers, such as tarawih prayer for imams who do not memorize the Koran. As for the obligatory prayers, it is disliked because there is no need to do so. This law also applies to someone who wants to recite the Koran with the software of Koran on mobile phones.

Abstract

This study aimed at elaborating and identifying the law and the virtues of funeral prayer, the definition of absentee funeral prayer, the propositions of the inquiry of absentee funeral prayer, scholars’ opinions on the law of absentee funeral prayer, the ruling of absentee funeral prayer, time and distance limit in absentee funeral prayer, and the law of absentee funeral prayer on the victims of natural disasters. This study employed qualitative-descriptive method with normative approach techniques and library research. The result of the study shows that: (1) The law of absentee funeral prayer is permissible on the corpse that is not yet prayed on; (2) The ruling of absentee funeral prayer is the same as the ruling of funeral prayer; (3) There is no time limit for performing absentee funeral prayer on condition that the person dies at the time person who wants to perform prayer has been able to perform prayer; (4) The distance limit of absentee funeral prayer is the distance in which it is difficult to be visited by people who want to perform prayer; (5) The natural disaster victim, if his or her body is not found and is not yet prayed on, then he/she can be prayed on in absentia.

Abstract

The research in front of dear readers is about the practice of the people of Medina. Among the objectives were: To identify the essence of the practice of people of Medina and its position according to Imam Malik and other scholars. The researchers focuses on two points, the first: the essence of the people of Medina, and the second: What is the position of the people of Medina according to Imam Malik bin Anas and other scholars? The type of research employed was library research that focuses on texts from books and interesting results of scientific research related to the topic. The results show: First, the practice of the people of Medina is propositions or arguments which are disputed, this is due to differences in understanding the concept. Second, the practice of the people of Medina is divided into two parts, one of which is through excerpts which consist of four types: excerpts of the speech, acts, consent and neglect, and this is an agreed statement. The second one is based on ijtihad, Imam Malik's companions differ in this respect. Third, the practice of people of Medina according to Imam Malik has a great position because of the prominence of the city of Medina and its people compared to other regions based on several narrations mentioned by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and his companions, may Allah be pleased with them all. Imam Malik had deduced the law from several problems based on the practice of people of Medina, had often referred to it in different terms in his Muwatta, and had given priority to the practice of the people in Madina if it is contradicting to khabar wahid. He has written letters against people who disagree with him regarding the practice of people of Medina in his time including his famous treatise to Al-Laits bin Saad. Fourth, in contrast to Imam Malik, the majority of scholars do not consider the practice of the people of Medina as a proposition because they see that perfection belongs to the ummah as a whole, and the people of Medina are not the whole ummat, even outside the city of Medina some scholars are more knowledgeable than the people of Medina.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the practice of circumcision using the Sunathrone Klamp method at the Makassar Smart Care Center Clinic in a review of Islamic law. This research used field research using normative theological approaches and health approaches. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results found; 1) The healing process of the circumcision wound has a phase in 3 weeks (21 days), in which the skin will return to its original shape. There are three phases of wound healing after circumcision using the Sunathrone Klamp method, namely the inflammation phase, the proliferation phase, and the remodeling phase; 2) The advantages of the Sunathrone Klamp include a relatively short time, no stitches, minimizing pain, psychologically the child feels comfortable when circumcised, and relatively fast healing time. The drawbacks after circumcision are that the patient feels uncomfortable because the clamp will be installed in a few days, and has a high level of operational standards, so that it is only used by experts in the field; and 3) Sunathrone Klamp is a practical tool for circumcision or circumcision with an easier, safer, and hygienic working process. In a review of Islamic law, the Sunathrone Klamp method is permissible, as long as the circumcision process is carried out by an expert or professional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the content of Anas bin Malik's hadith regarding the advice to amar makruf and nahi munkar which contradicts other Shari'a arguments from the Al-Qur'an and the hadiths of the Prophet. This research is a descriptive research with library research method or document study and normative and historical approaches. Through this research, several results were found: first, Anas bin Malik's hadith is a very weak hadith because it was narrated through weak narrators, and there is no other route from mutabi' that can strengthen it. Likewise, the hadith of Abu Hurairah, whose status is a martyr, was also punished weakly because the masdar hadith of Ṭalhah bin 'Amr had been abandoned by hadith scholars. Therefore, these two hadiths cannot mutually reinforce one another. Second, this sabāb al-wurūd hadith of Anas is a friend's question to Rasulullah saw. are we not allowed to call mankind to goodness until we do it first, and we are not forbidding mankind from evil until we leave it first. Third, this hadith contains a call to order mankind to do good and forbid them from evil. Although the hadith of Anas bin Malik ra. this is very weak, as is the case with the hadith of Abu Hurairah ra, but the meaning of this hadith is correct and does not contradict other arguments from both the Koran and the hadiths of the Prophet. It can even be said that the meaning of Anas' hadith is a bayan or explanation of the generality of the verses and hadiths of the Prophet. another.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the content of Abu Hurairah's hadith regarding explanations of practices that can soften the human heart. This research is descriptive research using library methods and a Tahlili Hadith Study approach. The results of this research found several things. First, the hadith of practice that softens the heart is a hadith that is valid and can be practiced, because it was narrated from Abu Hurairah and Abu Darda. Even though both lines of hadith have weaknesses, these weaknesses are not serious, so they can strengthen each other. Second, the sabab wurud hadith of Abu Hurairah regarding practices that soften the heart is a complaint from one of his friends to the Prophet Muhammad. about his hard heart. Third, this hadith contains an explanation of practices that can soften a person's heart. As mentioned previously, this hadith was said by the Prophet Muhammad. on the basis of a friend's complaint about his hard heart. For this reason, Rasulullah saw. directing him to practice things that are the opposite of what he feels in his heart, namely by being kind and gentle towards weak people, especially orphans who need guidance, love and attention from other people for them.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between patience and optimism based on the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. This research is descriptive research using library methods and a ma'ani hadith study approach. The results of this research found several things. First, the Hadith of Abu Hurairah which is the basis of this research is considered valid in terms of sanad and matan. Second, textually, Abu Hurairah's hadith emphasizes the importance of faith, physical strength and enthusiasm in worship and encourages people to be serious in their efforts while asking for Allah's help, and to be patient when facing disaster without saying "if only". Third, contextually this hadith emphasizes the importance of being patient with disasters without saying "if only" because this is contrary to the patient attitude commanded by Allah in the Qur'an so that the value of patience must be reflected in actions and words, as well as avoiding behavior or words that criticize the decrees. God. Fourth, the relevance of this hadith is very strong in everyday life where humans are commanded to try to obtain goodness through hard work, asking Allah for help, and avoiding laziness and weakness. When facing adversity, this hadith teaches the importance of being patient, being kind, and avoiding attitudes that show rejection of Allah's decrees. This research is also in line with modern psychology approaches through positive self-talk therapy, to build an attitude of optimism and a positive mindset in facing life's challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the testimony of the blind in the act of adultery from a jinayah jurisprudence perspective. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative (non-statistical) using the library research method which focuses on the study of manuscripts and texts through juridical, normative and philosophical approaches. The research results found were as follows; First, the concept of testimony in an act of adultery is not the same as testimony in general, the concept of testimony in an act of adultery from a fiqh perspective must be with four Muslim men who are fair, mature, sensible and independent and testimony from women is not accepted, the witnesses give their testimony to a panel in front of a judge explaining the act of adultery and providing information about the time and place where the act of adultery occurred. Second, there is a difference of opinion among the scholars regarding the testimony of the blind in the act of adultery, according to the general opinion, the testimony of the blind in the act of adultery is testimony that is rejected, whereas according to Ibn H}azm, the testimony of the blind can be generally accepted and another history from the Shafi'i school of thought is that allows blind testimony in the act of adultery under certain circumstances. It is hoped that the implications of this research can become material for consideration, literature or reference for the academic world as well as positive reference material and information for society in general.

Abstract

The hadith that mentions the virtue of praying six rakaat after Maghrib, with the promise of a reward equivalent to twelve years of worship, is one of the hadiths that is often quoted in order to motivate Muslims to increase sunnah worship. Although this hadith is widely known, it is important to trace its validity based on scientific studies of the hadith, both in terms of sanad and matan. This study aims to examine the status of the hadith in depth using the ‘ilal al-hadith approach, and to link it to the relevance of Islamic teachings regarding sunnah deeds and spiritual development. This study uses a qualitative method through a literature study of classical and contemporary hadith literature. Based on the results of the study, this hadith is categorized as a weak hadith because in its sanad there are several narrators who are considered weak by hadith experts. However, some scholars allow the practice of weak hadith in the context of fadha'il al-a'mal (the virtue of deeds) with certain conditions. The content of this hadith has high motivational value within the framework of tazkiyah an-nafs, namely the purification of the soul, and can be part of an Islamic development strategy in everyday life. Thus, this hadith can still play a role in forming a strong culture of worship among Muslims.
