Abstract

Personal Hygien merupakan kegiatan untuk menjaga kesehatan dan kenyamanan diri demi meningkatkan derajat kesehatan khususnya kesehatan reproduksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, dan diskusi dengan bahan power point dan poster. Hasil pendidikan kesehatan ini didapatkan bahwa antusiasme siswa puteri sangat tinggi dalam mengikuti pendidikan kesehatan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pentingnya dilaksanakan pendidikan kesehatan secara teragenda dan rutin demi menjamin kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja puteri.

Abstract

Background: Adolescence is a period during which puberty occurs. During this time, physical changes take place, including the development of secondary sexual characteristics, the onset of fertility, and psychological changes. These changes typically occur between the ages of 9 to 15. Menarche is the first menstruation experienced by a girl, resulting from hormonal processes. Anxiety related to menarche refers to a state of emotional tension marked by physical unease, worry, and the anticipation that something negative may happen during this first menstrual experience. Objective: To explore adolescent anxiety in facing menarche. Method: This journal analysis was conducted through a literature search using Google Scholar and PubMed. Results: The findings indicate that adolescents experience anxiety when facing menarche. Keywords: Anxiety, Adolescents, Menarche

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Comprehensive midwifery care is comprehensive midwifery management care starting from pregnant women, giving birth, newborn babies (BBL) to family planning so that childbirth can take place safely and take place safely and babies are born safe and healthy until the postpartum period. Objective:. Able to provide continuity of care midwifery care to Mrs. D at TPMB Winda Maolinda Methods: A cross-sectional study was facility-based (retrospective analysis) and used simple randomsampling (SRS). Result: This research was conducted at the PMB Delima Winda Maolinda clinic in 2022 with an analysis of the implementation of continuity of care-based midwifery care at TPMB Bidan Delima Winda Maolinda, Banjarmasin City.Conclusion: The implementation of continuity of care-based midwifery care at TPMB Bidan Delima Winda Maolinda, Banjarmasin City has been carried out comprehensively and continuously. Abstract

Background: Comprehensive obstetric care is the care provided by midwives from pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and intermediate periods, infants, healthy toddlers and reproductive periods which aim to provide quality health services in an effort to reduce AKI (Maternal Mortality Rate) and AKB (Infant Mortality Rate) (Ofori et al., 2020). Another effort made to reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality is to encourage every delivery to be assisted by trained health workers, namely obstetricians and gynecologists (SpOG), general practitioners, and midwives, and efforts to be carried out in health care facilities (Tengah, 2019). The impact that can occur if pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, BBL, and family planning are not properly cared for, it will cause various complications. With the continuity of care service, it is hoped that more women will get these services. tend to receive effective services, more efficient experiences, and better quality clinical outcomes (Ningsih, 2017). Objective:. Providing obstetric care in a continuity of care (continuous) during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, BBL and family planning using the SOAP approach at TPMB Delima WM in 2022. Methods: The method used in this study is using the COC (continuity of care) research method, which is an approach method starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, to BBL. In this study, a descriptive research method is used and the type used is a case study.Result: Case analysis in mothers by Continuity of Care (COC) from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn (BBL), and family planning at TPMB WM. The care obtained by mothers is in accordance with the standards of midwifery care, there is no gap between the care provided and the existing theory.
