Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) memainkan peran vital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas akses pasar, dan mendorong inovasi produk serta layanan, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing ekonomi. Pembentukan Modal Tetap Bruto (PMTB), melalui investasi pada infrastruktur, teknologi, dan peralatan, memperluas kapasitas produksi, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan memodernisasi ekonomi, mendukung pertumbuhan jangka panjang. Selain itu, Tenaga Kerja (TK) yang produktif dan berkualitas meningkatkan output ekonomi, mendorong inovasi, dan memperkuat konsumsi domestik, yang semuanya penting untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel TIK, PMTB dan TK dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi digunakan model analisis regresi data panel kabupaten/kota di provinsi maluku tahun 2017-2022. Hasil analsis menunjukan bahawa ketiga variabel independen signifikan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best model of data and results of economic growth forecasts in Maluku Province for the next 5 years. The level of forecasting economic growth in Maluku Province is based on the ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) method where this method is a periodic series analysis method and known as BoxJenkis which comes from a merger between the Autoregressive (AR) and Moving Average (MA) models developed by George Box and Gwilym Jenkins. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, using a quantitative approach, this research will be carried out mathematical calculations that have been simplified using applications to simplify and speed up the calculation process to determine the best ARIMA model in forecasting economic growth. From several model estimates that have been carried out to obtain the best ARIMA model estimation value

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incoming remittances on economic growth and poverty in Ambon City. Remittance receipts are one of the largest contributors to economic growth and tend to be more stable (Jawaid & Raza, 2012). In addition, the flow of remittance funds is also an important source of state revenue for developing countries (Soava, et al., 2020). (2020). In several studies that have been conducted, remittance receipts have been a major factor in rapid economic growth in several developing countries. The World Bank (2005) generally explains that remittances are transfers of funds made by migrant workers to recipients in their home countries. The data used is secondary data, namely the number of incoming remittances, the poor population and economic growth. The results showed a negative relationship between incoming remittances and poverty and a positive relationship between incoming remittances and economic growth. Meanwhile, poverty and economic growth have a negative relationship. Efforts to encourage increased growth in remittance inflows that have been made by the government should be carried out on an ongoing basis. an integral part of the policy of increasing foreign exchange.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiaatan pengabdian meningkatkan kemampuan Kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) dalam pengelolaan wisata, meningkatkan perilaku sadar wisata masyarakat, meningatkan kegiatan-kegiatan yang menunjang giat wisata seperti ekonomi kreatif, keamanan, ketertiban, kebersihan dan even-even di destinasi wisata, meningkatkan partisipasi kegiatan masyarakat dalam semua kegiatan kepariwisataan termasuk tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, meningkatkan pengelolaan web desa. Sosialisasi dan pendampingan Sadar Wisata di Kecamatan Banda Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dengan cara sosialisasi, ceramah dan diskusi, pengenalan produk, pemasaran, pembuatan website. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang merupakan amanah Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi mendapat respon positif oleh mitra untuk Sosialisasi sadar wisata di Desa Wisata Budaya Desa Rajawali dan Sekaligus sebagai pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Pelatihan Teknik Pemanduan dilakukan secara kontinuitas sebagai upaya professional pelaku pariwisata. Terbentuk kelompok interpreter pada masyarakat, terbentuknya Sekeretariat & Sanggar. Budaya serat masyarakat berwirausaha di Desa Rajawali. Program sosilaisasi dan pendampingan melibatkan stakeholder dapat berlanjut sebagai manifestasi kerjasama pentahelix. PKM Pendampingan sadar Wisata dan Website desa di Desa Rajawali telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Rajawali, yang pada akhirnya bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Harapan kedepan adanya sinergi yang lebih baik lagi antara semua lapisan masyarakat, pemerintah, swasta dan pihak investor maupun dari bumdes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on repurchase decisions with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 200 active consumers of Pemuda brand bread, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that product quality does not directly influence repurchase decisions, but has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Conversely, price has a direct and significant effect on repurchase decisions, although it does not influence consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction proved to be a strong mediator, where price influences repurchase decisions indirectly through consumer satisfaction, while the indirect effect of product quality through satisfaction was not significant. The research model showed a Goodness of Fit (GoF) of 0.689, which is categorized as a large effect. These findings reveal the unique dynamics of consumers in Ambon city where they are more responsive to perceived value and price fairness than technical attributes of quality alone. Theoretically, this study extends the validity of Expectation Confirmation Theory to the context of food MSMEs in Maluku and practically, the results provide strategic guidance for local business actors to strengthen loyalty through quality consistency, proportional pricing strategies, and holistic consumer experience management.
