Abstract

Tulisan ini memaparkan perbedaan pandangan dua tokoh terkenal dalam filsafat Islam, Al-Ghazali dan Ibn Rusyd, terhadap konsep alam semesta, sumber pengetahuan, dan pendidikan. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan analisis literatur yang mendalam untuk memahami argumen dan perspektif kedua tokoh ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Ghazali cenderung memprioritaskan keberagamaan dan sufistik dalam pendidikan, sementara Ibn Rusyd menekankan rasionalitas dan pertumbuhan intelektual. Kedua pendekatan ini mempengaruhi paradigma pendidikan Islam kontemporer, khususnya dalam konteks kurikulum dan peran pengetahuan. Limitasi dari penelitian ini melibatkan ruang lingkup studi yang terbatas pada dua tokoh dan kurangnya data empiris. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan adanya kajian empiris untuk memahami implementasi dan dampak dari perspektif ini dalam pendidikan Islam kontemporer. Penelitian ini berdampak penting pada pembuat kebijakan pendidikan, desainer kurikulum, dan edukator yang terlibat dalam pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

In the digital era, transaction data analysis plays a crucial role in strategic decision-making, especially for SMEs such as Toko Adzmi Art in Cirebon Regency. This study aims to develop a sales data association model using the FP-Growth algorithm to identify product association patterns. Daily transaction data over a year were collected, processed through data cleaning, standardization, and transformation, and analyzed using RapidMiner software. Minimum support and confidence parameters were applied to evaluate the frequency and strength of product relationships. The results show that the combination of "Photocopy" and "Passport Photo" services has a confidence of 0.491 and a support of 0.061, with "Photocopy" as the most in-demand product (support 0.497). These findings open opportunities for bundling strategies and inventory optimization to enhance operational efficiency. This model provides an empirical foundation for SMEs to leverage data mining technology to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Increased environmental and sustainability awareness has fueled efforts to develop bio-based composite materials for a wide range of end-use applications, as well as new alternatives to non-renewable synthetic fibers such as glass and carbon-reinforced composites. Considering development and research, Paederia foetida fiber stem (PFs) reinforced composites have recently generated a lot of interest. Hybrids of PFs with carbon powder (CP) have been explored in order to achieve the best properties for composites. This study focused on investigating the microstructural, mechanical, thermal, and density characteristics of hybrid reinforced epoxy composites made of CP/PFs. Several compositions of PFs and CP (30:0, 20:10, 15:15, 10:20, and 0:30 vol.), were prepared to manufacture composite using a hot press method. The effect of the volume fraction of carbon/PFs on the mechanical, thermal, and fracture structure properties of hybrid composites was examined. The findings showed that sample CDS20 which was made up of 20% PFs and 10% CP had the highest tensile strength (42.3 ± 2.7 MPa) and elastic modulus (2310.8 ± 91 MPa). It also had quite high thermal resistance properties with a residual charcoal content of about 23.8%. SEM analysis showed agglomeration of CP and the number of voids decreased as the volume fraction of PFs increased, and the interfaces between CP-PFs-epoxy appeared denser. For infrastructure applications, this composite may serve as an alternative to epoxy composites reinforced with sisal fiber.

Abstract

Environmental indifference remains a significant issue in today’s global era, requiring attention and solutions, such as the Adiwiyata program. One strategy to address this is fostering green behavior, starting with small, eco-friendly actions. This study aims to explore: 1) The green behavior of students at SMP Negeri 2 Kuningan, 2) The implementation of green behavior based on the Adiwiyata program, and 3) How to nurture and develop green behavior in students. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The main informants were teachers, students, and the school principal. The findings show that: 1) Green behavior is generally formed but not yet fully integrated with the expected values. 2) Students have implemented green behavior, though some challenges remain. 3) The school fosters green behavior through curriculum development, participatory activities, and supporting infrastructure. Supportive factors include intellectual motivation, stakeholder involvement, Adiwiyata team consistency, and adequate facilities, while obstacles include budget constraints, insufficient habituation control, and a lack of connection between students, parents, and the community.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out and describe the pattern and model of character building for the students of the Qodiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah Tarekat so that they have social care characters and the motives or reasons for students to follow the Qodiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah Tarekat. This research is field research using a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, study, and the distribution of open questionnaires. The sample in this study found 38 people who are members of the Qodiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah Order. Finally, data analysis uses data reduction, presentation, and data retrieval by triangulation as a cross-check for the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that the social care character education formed by the Qodiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah congregation uses two patterns, namely dhikr and tazkiyat al-Nafs. Developing the personality of Qodiriyahwa Naqsabandiyah Bongas Indramayu, as is usually the case in the tarekat world, is carried out using the dhikr method and soul adjustment (tazkiyat al-Nafs). Their motive for entering the tarekat is almost entirely based on economic motives. The coaching that has been carried out has not succeeded in creating the personality of students with social concerns in interacting with the community.

Abstract

Strengthening the research capacity of university lecturers is a crucial aspect of improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia. One relevant skill to support research development and scientific publication is the ability to conduct bibliometric analysis. This analysis is useful for mapping research trends, identifying scientific collaborations, and determining potential research topics through the study of references and citations. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide training in bibliometric analysis using the software tools VOSviewer and Publish or Perish for lecturers affiliated with Kopertip Indonesia (Coordinator of Indonesian Private Universities). The training was conducted both online and offline, using a combination of theoretical and practical approaches. The materials covered included basic bibliometric concepts, methods for accessing scholarly publication data (e.g., from Google Scholar and Scopus), and hands on practice using Publish or Perish to extract bibliometric data and VOSviewer to visualize the analysis results in the form of term maps and author collaboration networks. The training was also complemented by case studies from various fields of science. Evaluation results indicated that the training improved participants’ understanding and skills in using both tools. Participating lecturers reported increased confidence in mapping research topics, selecting relevant journals, and planning more targeted publication strategies. This activity not only enhanced digital research competencies but also encouraged lecturers to be more productive in contributing to national and international scientific outputs. In the future, this type of training can be replicated across other higher education environments as part of efforts to strengthen a data-driven academic ecosystem.

Abstract

Kemampuan berhitung siswa SDN Kemakmuran 2 terutama dalam perkalian, masih rendah. Penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman konsep, antusiasme belajar yang rendah, dan kesulitan menghafal. Salah satu metode yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah menggunakan metode jarimatika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan dan pengaruh metode jarimatika terhadap kemampuan berhitung siswa kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SDN Kemakmuran 2. Dengan teknik sampling simple random sampling, sample yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas 3A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 3B sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes kemampuan berhitung berupa uraian dan lembar observasi siswa dalam penerapan metode jarimatika. Setelah diberikan perlakuan pembelajaran yang berbeda, diperoleh rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen 76,67 dan kelas kontrol 66,43. Hasil uji parasyarat menunjukkan data tidak berdistibusi normal, kemudian dilanjutkan melalui uji Mann-Withney. Hasil analisis Mann-Withney yang menunjukkan signifikansi sebesar 0,028 yang berarti kurang dari 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil Mann-Withney tersebut menujukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berhitung anatara kelas eksperimen yang mengguanakan metode jarimatika dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

The growing concern for sustainability and environmental issues in the field of metal corrosion has become increasingly urgent in response to global demands for the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies. One of the widely used approaches to address this challenge is the utilization of plant-based corrosion inhibitors due to their abundant availability and relatively simple extraction process. This study aims to investigate the effect of varying concentrations of kapok bark extract inhibitors specifically at 1000, 2000, and 3000 mg/L on the corrosion rate of ASTM A36 steel in a 5% NaCl solution. The anticorrosion performance and inhibition mechanism were carefully examined through potentiodynamic polarization (PDP) testing and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results revealed that at a concentration of 3000 mg/L, the kapok bark extract was able to significantly reduce both cathodic and anodic reaction rates. This condition led to a decrease in the corrosion rate from 1.51 to 0.28 mm/year in the NaCl solution. The highest inhibition efficiency, 81.61%, was achieved at an inhibitor concentration of 3000 mg/L. Based on these findings, the kapok bark extract demonstrates significant potential as an environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitor for ASTM A36 steel.

Abstract

Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) biocomposites are a potential material to replace conventional plastics, but mechanical strength and thermal resistance are still low. To overcome these limitations, reinforcement from waru fiber nanocellulose (NCW) and calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) fillers are added to PVA bioplastics. Biocomposites formulator were mixed using a magnetic stirrer until gel formed, then poured onto glass and dried in oven for 12 hours at 60 °C. The density results showed an increase to 2.15 g/cm3 and a thickness of 1.32 mm after adding CaCO3. Meanwhile, PVA-NCW had a density and thickness of 1.27 g/cm3 and 0.26 mm respectively. This indicates as a major factor in increasing the tensile strength of biocomposites. The fillers play a role in increasing the tensile strength of biocomposites through better surface bonding. In addition, the interfacial bonding between PVA and the fillers has been confirmed by FTIR results. SEM observation shows the presence of clumps of NCW and CaCO3. In line with the tensile testing, the highest thermal resistance was also found in the PVA-CaCO3 sample. This is in line with the amount of residue produced by the PVA-CaCO3 sample 6.38%. The developed biocomposite offers great potential as a conventional plastics substitute.
