Abstract

Adanya tuntutan-tuntuan baru dalam dunia industri meminta berbagai terobosan dalam berfikir, penyusunan konsep, dan tindakan-tindakan yang baru. Maka banyak para ahli yang menyatakan bahwa sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor utama dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti seberapa besar pengaruh rekrutmen dan penempatan karyawan terhadap profesionalisme karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dealer PT. Astra Honda Motor Wilayah Sukabumi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini didapat bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu thitung 9,112 dan ttabel yaitu 2,026 (9,112>2,026) pengaruh rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme kerja. Nilai thitung penempatan karyawan lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu thitung 9,924 dan ttabel yaitu 2,026 (9,924>2,026). Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa penempatan kerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi kepuasan pelanggan dalam hubungan nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan jenis cluster random sampling dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 pengguna MS Glow di Kota Sukabumi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa MS Glow telah berhasil membangun nilai pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan yang baik bagi konsumen. Nilai pelanggan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 8,324, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 9,742 dan kepuasan pelanggan memediasi hubungan antara nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 5,298. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan berperan sebagai mediator hubungan antara nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of job stress and toxic work environment on employee performance at PT Tirta Jaya Mandiri Regional Drinking Water Company. The methods used in this research are descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, the samples taken in this study were 30 employees. The data analysis technique uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression including correlation coefficients, determination, research hypothesis submission. The results of the study using the coefficient of determination test show that job stress and the work environment affect employee performance by 63% while the remaining 37% is influenced by other factors outside of the study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test, it can be seen from the R value of 0.794, which means that there is a fairly high relationship between job pressure and the work environment on employee performance. The results of the F test, namely the value of Fcount 7.371> F table 3.354, show that Fcount is greater than Ftable. Job pressure and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Ditengah perkembangan dunia bisnis yang semakin ketat, perusahaan harus memiliki kualitas kinerja yang baik agar dapat berkompetisi dalam persaingan tersebut. Kualitas kinerja yang baik ditentukan oleh berbagai hal dimana salah satu sumber daya terpenting dalam penggerak suatu perusahaan yaitu manusia sebagai tenaga kerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai efikasi diri, kerjasama tim, dan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Cianjur dengan sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Data penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel yaitu 6.697 > 2.032 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Cianjur dan Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai thitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel yaitu nilai thitung = 5.427 dan nilai ttabel = 2.032 (5.427 > 2.032) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kerjasama tim terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Kabupaten Cianjur. Amid the increasingly tight development of the business world, companies must have good quality performance in order to compete in this competition. The quality of good performance is determined by various things where one of the most important resources in driving a company is humans as its workforce. The purpose of this study was to determine an overview of self-efficacy, teamwork, and employee work productivity. To determine the effect of self-efficacy on employee work productivity and to determine the effect of teamwork on employee work productivity. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative method through quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch with a sample of 35 respondents. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The results showed that the tcount value is greater than the ttable, namely 6.697> 2.032, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on employee work productivity at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch and the results showed that the tcount value is greater than the ttable, namely the tcount value = 5.427 and the ttable value = 2.032 (5.427> 2.032), which means that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and employee work productivity at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch.

Abstract

This research is a study to examine the application of Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Organizational Culture, Financial Incentives and Flexible Working Space (FWS) on employees of PT. Cloud Hosting Indonesia. Specifically, the purpose of conducting research at PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia is to find out management practices in applying the concepts of HRIS, Organizational Culture, Financial Incentives and FWS along with their influence on Employee Performance, especially for employees of PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia. The scope of this research will measure the relationship between research variables both dependent variables and independent variables using quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression methods. In this study, a research sample was taken from employees of PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia and obtained a total of 60 respondents with a sampling method using a questionnaire distributed to all employees at PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia. The results of respondents' responses from the questionnaire were processed so that the results obtained that the HRIS variables, Organizational Culture, Financial Incentives and FWS, all have a relationship between variables and a significant influence on employee performance variables at PT. Cloud Hosting Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh orientasi pasar dan adopsi media sosial terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada Coffee Shop yang ada di Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan pemilik dan pengelola Coffee Shop yang ada di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner online kepada 34 responden. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan bantuan pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, dan adopsi media sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, sales growth, company size on company value for the period 2020-2022 Quarter I to Quarter IV. The population in this study is all pharmaceutical subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely 4 listed companies. carried out using independent variables, namely profitability (X1), sales growth (X2) and company size (X3) and the dependent variable Company Value (Y), this research was conducted on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The research used is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach, the data analysis techniques used in this research are statistical and descriptive, which uses a number of tests such as the classic assumption test which consists of normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, hypothesis test (t test) using SPSS. The results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant negative influence between Return On Investment on the value of companies in the Pharmaceutical subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, taking into account the p-value (Siq.) of 0.001 < 0.05 with a t-statistic value of -3.538 which shows a negative influence. The results of the Sales Growth statistical test on company value in the Pharmaceutical subsector have a significant positive effect, taking into account the p-value of 0.015<0.05 with a t-statistic value of 2.523 which shows a positive influence. The results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant influence between company size and company value in the Pharmaceutical subsector, taking into account the p-value of 0.039<0.05 with a t-statistic value of 2.126 which shows a positive influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Company Size, and Profitability on Company Value in the company for the period 2015 quarter I – 2022 quarter IV. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. The object of this study is Capital Structure (X1), Company Size (X2), Profitability (X3), and Company Value (Y). The research method used is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The data analysis techniques used in this study are statistical and descriptive, which use a number of tests such as classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, hypothesis tests (t tests) using SPSS applications and horizontal analysis. The results showed that from the t-test (partial) Capital Structure partially showed results of 2.101 where t-count was 2.101> t-table 2.042 with a significance value of 2.101, Next, Company Size shows the t-count <t-table (0.472<2.042) with a significance value of 0.640, next for Profitability it shows the t-count <t-table (2.156>2.042) with a significance value of 0.040. The conclusion is that Capital Structure partially has a positive and significant influence on Company Value, while Company Size has a negative and insignificant influence on Company Value then Profitability has a positive and significant influence on Company Value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan inovasi dan kreativitas terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan inovasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas terhadap keberhasilan usaha serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan inovasi dan kreativitas terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM Makanan Ringan di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 88 pelaku UMKM makanan ringan di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pengukuran penelitian ini menggunakan skala ordinal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah koefesien kolerasi ganda, koefisien determinasi, regresi linear berganda, uji secara simultan (uji F), serta uji secara parsial (uji T). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM makanan ringan di Kabupaten Sukabumi, kemudian pada kreativitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM makanan ringan di Kabupaten Sukabumi.

Abstract

The coffee shop in Sukabumi city continues to experience growth every year. One of the coffee shops in Sukabumi, Locus Abdnn, must be able to have the ability to create a strategy that can be used, and one strategy that needs to be implemented is by using the Blue Ocean Strategy. The aim of this research is to understand Albdnn Sukalbumi's Locus Strategy in preventing increase and stabilize sales by using the Blue Ocean Strategy. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were Locus Albdnn customers during the observation period. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 20 informants who were selected based on certain criteria. The data collection techniques used in this research include observation, preliminary research, literature study and documentation. In testing the validity of the data, 3 types of triangulation will be carried out, namely technical trials, source trials, walkthrough trials. After the required data are prepared, the next step is to process them using a mathematical model that is in accordance with the methods used such as data reduction, data presentation and verification. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that Locus Abdnn must innovate to attract consumers by improving quality by adding its own processed Indonesian coffee products so that they become distinctive and able to increase promotions through social media so that more and more local people are interested in buying products at Locus. Albdn. So, in order to increase sales profits, Locus Albdnn must be able to implement the Blue Ocean Strategy and utilize technology and innovation in the process of making instant Indonesian coffee products.
