Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengamatan bahwa motorik kasar anak belum berkembang sesuai harapan. Misalnya, beberapa anak mengalami kesulitan dalam mengangkat kaki saat bermain engkol, melompat dengan akurat dari satu kotak ke kotak lain, menginjak kotak engkol dengan benar, atau melempar batu ke dalam kotak yang bersangkutan. Pertanyaan sentral dari penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana permainan engkol dapat meningkatkan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK? Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang menganalisis secara sistematis dan refleksif berbagai tindakan yang dilakukan oleh pendidik yang juga peneliti. Menurut Suharshimi Alikunt, PTK biasanya melibatkan empat tahapan utama:  perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional enklek efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Almuhajirin Sihitan Padangsidimpuan. Pengaruh permainan ini terlihat melalui kegiatan terstruktur yang mengajarkan anak cara melompat antar kotak, menginjak kotak engkol, mengangkat kaki tanpa terjatuh, dan melempar batu masu dengan akurat. Peningkatan tersebut diukur lintas siklus, dengan hasil meningkat dari 52,86% pada Siklus I Sesi I menjadi 87,49% pada Siklus II Sesi II, dan nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 58,33% pada Siklus I menjadi 81,63% pada Siklus II. . Dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan engkol efektif meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Cooperation is the ability to work together to complete a task with others. The process of working together children are trained to be able to suppress individual personalities and prioritize group interests. Children's learning activities at Kenanga Raya Kindergarten on the ability to cooperate are still not developed. Based on my observations, it shows that children still like to play alone and do not want to play with other friends. This study aims to improve children's cooperation skills through puzzle games at Kenanga Raya Kindergarten Medan. The subjects used in this study were group B children aged 5-6 years, totaling 9 children. Data collection is done by direct observation, performance, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the improvement of children's cooperative skills through group B puzzle games at Kenanga Raya Kindergarten Medan in the 2020/2021 academic year. This can be proven by the pre-cycle results of 25%, 52,2% in the first cycle and increased to 86% in the second cycle. So it can be concluded that puzzle games improve the cooperative ability of group B children in Kenanga Raya Kindergarten Medan.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes on the topic of quadrilateral plane shapes among fourth-grade students at SD 060931 Medan through the use of the educational game media Wordwall. Conducted over two cycles, each comprising planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases, the study involved 16 students and used test instruments validated by experts. Data were collected through learning outcome tests administered after each cycle. The analysis employed descriptive quantitative techniques by comparing average scores across the pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. The results showed a significant improvement in student achievement: from an initial average score of 33.75 in the pre-cycle to 53.75 in cycle I (an increase of 59.26%), and further to 74.38 in cycle II (an increase of 38.37%). The total improvement from the pre-cycle to cycle II reached 120.37%. These findings indicate that Wordwall effectively enhances student engagement and understanding of geometric concepts. The study concludes that interactive and game-based media like Wordwall can significantly improve learning outcomes in mathematics, especially on abstract topics such as geometry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes by applying the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in Science and Social Studies, focusing on biodiversity and culture in the surrounding environment for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 060931 Medan. This research is a classroom action study involving 16 students. Data collection techniques include pre-tests and post-tests, with a test instrument designed to measure students' knowledge. Data analysis is conducted both quantitatively and qualitatively. In Cycle 1, the results showed that none of the students met the Minimum Completeness Criteria of 75, with an average score of 49.1. In Cycle 2, there was a significant improvement, with 14 out of 16 students achieving completeness and an overall average score of 83.43. This research concludes that using the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach can effectively enhance the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 060931 Medan in the Natural and Social Sciences subject

Abstract

Keripik pisang merupakan salah satu produk olahan lokal yang memiliki potensi ekonomi tinggi bagi masyarakat desa. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, menciptakan inovasi rasa, dan memperluas strategi pemasaran pada pelaku UMKM keripik pisang di Desa Lantasan Baru, Kecamatan Patumbak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui pelatihan teknis, pengembangan varian rasa baru, serta penyuluhan pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tiga aspek utama: peningkatan kualitas produk melalui perbaikan bahan baku dan proses produksi; diversifikasi varian rasa menjadi cokelat, matcha, dan tiramisu; serta perluasan jangkauan pemasaran melalui media sosial dan platform e-commerce. Program ini juga berdampak pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra, khususnya ibu Sumini, dalam pengelolaan usaha berbasis potensi lokal. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil memberdayakan UMKM desa secara berkelanjutan melalui penguatan kualitas dan pemasaran produk keripik pisang.
