Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Education and Culture Musi Rawas North with the aim to determine the effect of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance partially and simultaneously, the analysis usedin this research is multiple linear regression coefficient determination test, F test and t test , samples used in this study were all employees of the Department of Education and Culture Musi Rawas North. Then the regression coefficient value b2 = 0680 this means an increase of one unit every variable of organizational culture will happen improve employee performance by 0.680 units of coefficient of determination Ghozali (2005: 83) states that this test is performed to measure the ability of the model in explaining the variance of the dependent variable. With the formula used Suliyanto (2011: 59). From the calculation of the coefficient of determination above, it can be seen that the value of R Square is 0.588, which means that the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance amounted to 58.8% while the remaining 41.2% influenced by other factors such as labor discipline, competence, supervision and others that are not included in penelitian.Uji F assisted with SPSS 17. Sugiyono (2010: 286) to test the coefficient together - together toward regression test was used F. obtained value Fhitung 62.131dan Ftable obtained from: Ftabel = n - m - 1 = 90-2-1 = 87 (seen in table 80 is equal to 3,238 F). Ftabel for 3238 shows that the F count> F table means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there is the influence of organizational culture on the motivation and performance of employees at the Department of Education and on culture Musi Rawas North. Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of LQ45 shares before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study uses the monthly LQ45 stock price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis uses two different conditions, before and during Covid-19 pandemic condition in Indonesia to see differences in conditions with a quantitative approach by emphasizing hypothesis testing. This research uses comparative causal research techniques. The results explained there were significant differences in the performance of LQ45 shares before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The t-value from the results of the data processing analysis is 3.009 with sig. 0.004, it can be concluded that H(a) is accepted and H(0) is rejected. The performance of LQ45 shares on the Indonesian stock exchange experienced a decline during the pandemic that occurred in Indonesia. This situation caused many companies to suffer losses.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja ASN (Studi Kasus di 4 Kecamatan) Kota Lubuklinggau. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi (R2), dan Uji F. Dari hasil Analisi Regresi Berganda diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 0,448 + 0,617 X1 + 0,379 X2. Snalisis Determinan diperoleh nilai R square (R2) sebesar 0,867 atau 86,7%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan (Uji F), terlihat bahwa nilai Fhitung (169,645) > Ftabel (3,175), artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau. Dalami penelitiani ini,i Penelitii menggunakani desaini tipei assosiatifi dengani bentuki hubungani kausal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut, bahwai motivasi, Lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawaii nonmedis RSUD Sitii Aisyahi Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan di dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengendalian, Kompensasi dan Ketaatan Wajib Pajak PBB terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Kota Lubukinggau dimoderasi oleh Kepribadian di Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Lubuklinggau, metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang tidak taat wajib pajak.Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa data pegawai, struktur organisasi sedangkan data primer adalah kuisioner penelitian. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengendalian terhadap kepuasan masyrakat di Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Lubuklinggau, tetapi tidak dimoderasi oleh kepribadian sedangkan kompensasi dan ketaatan wajib pajak PBB tidak dimoderasi oleh kepribadian terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Lubuklinggau

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kedisiplinan Dengan Kompensasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perizinan Non-Usaha, dilakukan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Lubuklinggau. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, kedisiplinan dan kompensasi terhadap kualitas layanan perizinan non-usaha secara simultan dan secara parsial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai sebanyak 40 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1). Kompetensi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kompensasi dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,580. 2). Kompetensi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kualitas layanan dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,258. 3). Kedisiplinan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kompensasi dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,521. 4). Kedisiplinan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kualitas layanan dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,233. 5). Kompensasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kualitas layanan dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,457. 6). Kompetensi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan melalui kompensasi sebagai variabel intervening, dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,265. 7). Kedisiplinan tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan melalui kompensasi sebagai variabel intervening, dengan nilai koefisien jalur = 0,238. 8). Kompetensi dan kedisiplinan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi, di mana Fℎ???????????????????? 5,502 > F???????????????????? 3,25 dengan Sig sebesar 0,008 < 0,05. 9). Kompetensi, kedisiplinan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas layanan, di mana Fℎ???????????????????? 4,966 > F???????????????????? 2,87 dengan Sig sebesar 0,025 < 0,05. 10). Kompetensi dan kedisiplinan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas layanan, di mana Fℎ???????????????????? 6,027 > F???????????????????? 3,25 dengan Sig sebesar 0,013 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving employee performance within government agencies, which is not only influenced by structural factors but also by competence, individual behavior, and work motivation. This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence and personal behavior on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Research and Development Agency of Musi Rawas Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sample comprised 42 respondents, determined through the saturated sampling technique. Data collection was done through questionnaires and data analysis using the path analysis method with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 application. The results showed that competence and individual behavior positively and significantly affected performance, both partially and simultaneously. Work motivation is proven to mediate the relationship significantly. These findings indicate that positive individual competencies and behaviors can optimally improve employee performance if supported by high work motivation. Therefore, good human resource management that emphasizes the development of aspects of competence, behavior, and motivation is an essential strategy for increasing the effectiveness of public organizations.
