Abstract

Posyandu is a Community-based health service managed and organized by the Community. It is responsible for implementing health development to empower the community and provide convenience in obtaining essential health services to accelerate the reduction of maternal and infant mortality. This study aims to determine what factors are related to the role of cadre performance in implementing Posyandu activities. This research method is an analytic description using a literature review design. The results showed no relationship between knowledge factors, age, incentives, training, education, attitudes, and motivation towards cadre performance, and there was no relationship between husband support and cadre performance.

Abstract

Hawker food plays an important role in influencing the quality of human resources, especially in school children. This study aims to evaluate the differences in knowledge and attitudes of grade 7 students of SMPN 17 Kota Tasikmalaya about snacking behavior before and after receiving health education using quartet card game media. The research method used is Quasi Experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest approach. The population consists of all grade 7 students of SMPN Kota Tasikmalaya, with a sample of 65 students who meet the inclusion criteria. The instruments used are questionnaires and quartet card game media. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test and T test showed significant differences before and after health education, with P values for knowledge and attitudes being 0.000 < 0.05 respectively. Students need to increase their knowledge about the dangers of indiscriminate snacking through information retrieval, and schools can utilize the quartet card game media in health education activities for school children. This study showed an improvement in students' knowledge and attitudes after the educational treatment.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is one of the essential tools in assisting complex decision-making processes, including creditworthiness assessment based on customers’ financial profiles. This study aims to design a DSS capable of evaluating credit eligibility more accurately, objectively, and efficiently by applying the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. This method is used to rank customer alternatives based on their proximity to an ideal solution by considering several criteria such as income, expenses, collateral, and credit history. The data used in this research were obtained from customer financial datasets containing information related to their financial profiles. The system was tested using simulation data, and the results showed that the TOPSIS method can provide creditworthiness evaluations with a high level of accuracy while reducing time and errors compared to manual assessment methods. The final research results identified the best alternative as A3 with a score of 0.8859, indicating the most optimal credit eligibility level. These findings are expected to serve as a valuable reference for financial institutions in making credit approval decisions, improving transparency, and minimizing risks in the credit process. The implementation of the TOPSIS method has proven to be an effective approach in supporting data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

Students' problem-solving abilities are used as a fundamental perspective in mathematics learning. The aim of this research is to improve the problem solving abilities of students at SDN Panggung Lor Semarang with differentiated learning using the PBL model. This research is classified as classroom action research (PTK) with subjects of 26 grade 2 students for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data was collected based on written test techniques and observations. The technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on classroom action research, it shows that there is an increase in students' problem solving abilities after implementing differentiated learning with the PBL model. Pre cycle 38.46, became 61.53 in cycle 1 and rose to 90.38 in cycle 2. The indicator for planning problem solving experienced an increase in the average score for each cycle, from pre cycle 30.76 to 53.84 in cycle 1 and increased by 78.2 in cycle 2. The indicator of implementing the plan experienced an increase in the average score for each cycle, from pre-cycle 57.69 to 80.76 in cycle 1 and rose to 90.38 in cycle 2. Checking Indicators the answers experienced an increase in the average score for each cycle, from pre-cycle 28.84 to 40.38 in cycle 1 and increased by 61.53 in cycle 2. (2) The percentage of student completion reaching KKM 75 before the action was 46%, at the end of the cycle it increased to 78%.
